ONE WORD-WOW! This was my first RTR experience and I was very happy! The top bodice was a teensy bit too big but that's because I have a very small bust so I had to make sure I had perfect posture the whole night which was actually good! The color is incredible- it really stood out in a sea of black dresses and I loved the fact that it was so modest. Just to clear something up, the sleeves and the last few inches of the bottom of the dress are see-through, but it is very tasteful. Ive been eyeing RTR dresses for such a long time and I finally wore this to my highschool graduation! Wish I couldve kept it!! Oh well, till next time!! Hopefully Ill rent again :-) Thanks RTR!!!!

I ordered my usual size 8 but after reading other reviews on this dress, I also sized up for a back-up. I ended up going with the 10 and it was form-fitting but comfortable! I loved the sheer arms and the color of this dress; I think it went well with my complexion and I felt very pretty in it!

Well-fitted at the bottom of the ribs made me feel secure.

I usually wear 00. This 0 feels very tight under my chest. Regardless this is a very beautiful dress, the length is right under the knees making it perfect for work. Color is lovely hot pink.

Beautiful dress! The midriff cutout is actually not mesh and is lined with nude fabric. The sleeves were a little tight but everything else fit true to size!

This is both very comfortable and beautiful. Got lots of compliments. Probably would have been better with a size smaller, but it was not available on unlimited.

The dress is very form fitting being tight at the arms and hips. If you feel that you might need to size up from your usual, please do. Black strappy pumps looked great with the black piping around the lace throughout the dress.

I wore this to a daytime event! I got so many compliments. It fit like a glove and was comfortable to sit in during the 8 hour event. I do suggest sizing up for a 2nd size because it is skin tight. Worn with nude heels and Kendra Scott earrings.

It's a beautiful dress . It looks better fitted snug. The dress is smaller in the chest area . I usually can fit 6 or 8 . I'm 34b. I can put a dress on moments before an event and be fine but it took me about 10 minutes with my husband to zip the dress up around the breast area. I switched bras and ended up not wearing one. I would have got an 8 and 10. Bending was a challenge . Love the dress and would get again .

I loved this dress and I got SO many compliments! It was a wonderful length so I felt comfortable and conservative and the 3/4 sleeves kept me warm in the indoor A/C. But, the sheer element and the body hugging (but comfy and STRETCHY) material was super flattering. It's very feminine. The pink color was exactly as the picture, but the black design was a bit brighter than the picture shows. It's really beautiful detail, though, so it felt like a bonus.

Wore this to my 31st birthday party! So beautiful and classy. Don't let the color throw you off! It was so fun and I got loads of compliments!

Loved this dress. Picture doesn't do justice to it. The color is stunning. The style is conservative yet sexy. It's true as others has mentioned, there isn't much give in the fabric, So size up is a good idea, and probably works best for athletic/straight body type. I wore it for an formal event. I put together the outfit to create a look of the 60's. Paired it with a classic pearl necklace and a 2 inch nude pump heel. After putting it together I feel like I could walk into the set of Mad Men and just fit in. It is definitely a fun dress to wear.

Dress fit true to size. Being 5'2" it was a bit longer but I was expecting that. I'm 3 months postpartum and this dress was very comfortable. It made me feel like a million bucks :)

Unique and fabulous color

I rented this dress for a fundraising gala that I planned, so I was running around all night and this dress is so comfortable!! This was the second time I rented and will again! :)

I love this dress and it was a great fit. The zipper was difficult so make sure you have some assistance. But otherwise I loved it and will definitely use rent the runway again!

Although it is long, it fit really well and I wish I could own it.

This dress is so lovely and elegant. As other Renters have noted, this did run somewhat small, particularly through the shoulders, where I am broader than average. I could have squeezed into the six (my almost-always size), but the eight fit much more comfortably. I wanted something with a bit more cover, since the forecast was calling for a cool weekend. I also had several colleagues attending this event so I wanted something professional yet not dowdy. This was perfect- the color is really beautiful and the lace is very feminine. Highly recommend!

This was my 4th or 5th rental dress from RTR and one of my absolute faves. I actually was able to wear this dress for two occasions during my rental period, a spring wedding and semi-formal business dinner in Laguna Beach, score! The color was stunning, very flattering to the figure, perfect length (for us tall girls, about knee length) and best of all, I didn't have to wear a bra! Can it get any better? I found that the 8 fit perfectly, which is my typical size. No need to size up. However, if you're in between a 8 and 10, the 8 may be a bit snug in your biggest areas. Overall 110% satisfied with this rental! Thanks RTR!

I absolutely love this dress. If I didn't live in laid-back hipsterville, I would definitely buy it. The lace has a thin black edge around it that adds interest, separates it from the "usual" lace dresses. My husband looked at it on a hangar and said, "it looks like a grandma dress" until I put it on - vavavoom! Conservative coverage, but impeccable fit and peekaboo styling guarantees glamour. I would've preferred the dress to hit right at knee, as on the 5'10" model in the photo, but as I'm a little fire plug of a gal, it hit mid-calf.

Lots of compliments all night.

This dress was a hit all day and night. I received a 20 and a 22, but I wore the bigger size because I needed extra room in the bust to move and dance. I wore nude shoes. There is a black or navy blue threading that goes all over the dress, so dark shoes look great as well. Rent this dress! It looks great on women of any and every size. I will definitely look to rent it in another color for a future event.

I was not sure the item would arrive on time, since this was my first time renting a garment I ordered with a week in advance. The item arrived exactly on the date set. Next time will use the 4 days renting. Received plenty compliments, very flattering. Pros: Excellent Quality, it was true to size and fit like glove, no need to try the alternate free size, it has a soft inside. Cons: You have to be very careful that the lace does not get tangled with bracelets or any other surface that is not smooth. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Dress is a fitted sheath-- extremely flattering and the color is great. I wore it with spanx and a strapless bra-- it was comfortable and easy to wear. It's a well constructed dress and arrived in great shape. It would be great for any occasion, but I wore it to a rehearsal dinner. Could be dressed up with more jewelry or dressed down with casual shoes. Just really an easy choice! Got tons of compliments and I would totally rent it again.

I wore this for one of my bridal showers. It was a bright pop of color in a sea of neutrals. The length is lady-like, but the body skimming cut is very sexy. The sleeves on here are a *bit* more flexible than most lace dresses, though I still couldn't lift my arms above my head. I received many compliments and felt beautiful. The construction of this dress is excellent. I highly recommend this!

This dress is so fun and classy. The material has no stretch and I could've used a bigger size, but it looked good with Spanx. The length was perfect, hitting just below the knee. So many compliments- you can't go wrong!

First of all, the color of this dress is gorgeous. To me, it looks much better on than on the hanger. It has a very sexy feel for having such conservative features such as sleeves, the length, higher neck line. The lining is silk so it does not give or breathe, and the sleeves are a little tight when you want to raise your arms. This is one to look pretty in.. not to do a lot of labor in. But, it is a stunner. People will compliment you all day, and it is the perfect kind of dress because it is appropriate for everything from work to a formal dinner party. Looking at the pictures of other women in this dress helped me decide I wanted to try it, and I was glad I did.

The fit was pretty true to what other people have said. Wasn't tight in the arms for me, like others mentioned. I ordered the 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 4. Didn't even try on the 6. Great length, hit below the knee.

This dress is so beautiful! It runs pretty true to size. The length was a little longer than I imagined it would be but it ended up being perfect. The color is a bright pink design with small black accents. You cannot really see the black detail on the lace on the website but it is so pretty in person!

Pros: It was super comfortable, didn't ride up, easy to dance in. It was flattering and I felt sexy in it! I paired it with a green necklace for contrast (also RTRW). Got lots of compliments!

This dress is gorgeous! The lace overlay detail is stunning over the exceptional color. It is sexy but not too imposing. The fit is so comfortable and flattering. I have a very large chest and I didn't feel like this pulled on me or was too tight. I have rented it twice now. Home run.

This style was a pleasant surprise! I think this style is so much better in person, so I was very glad that I got to try it. The lace is very soft, but still durable, so you are able to move freely without worrying that you will rip anything. The color is a nice bright color for autumn or winter. The half sleeve is nice and the length hits just below the knee. It's fitted throughout the mid-section and, although the lace adds texture, I don't think shapewear would hurt.

I had not originally picked this dress. When the original dress came I wasn't crazy about it plus the description failed to mention that is was 14% wool. I live in Texas and that just does not work in 95 degree heat! I called around 5:00pm on a Friday. At the time I was highly annoyed as I had somewhere to be and I had spent enough time picking out the first dress. The stylist suggested this one, but only had an 8 available. I am generally an 8, but I already new this designer ran small. To say the least, I was worried. The dress came by noon on Saturday. It definitely was tight, but I think I got away with it. haha It turned out to be the perfect dress for my boss's 90th birthday party! They are conservative people and the dress fit in with the feel of the party. Plus, I was complemented my my boss's wife who notices everything and is very conservative with high opinions about the way women dress. The lace is lovely and it has areas where you can see through, so that gave it a sexy edge. Also, I am tall and the skirt went below my knees.
