This dress was absolutely incredible to see in pictures, and I have to admit I was more excited for this dress than for the wedding itself! A few things to well in mind: this dress is pretty low cut in the front. If you're busty, the girls will definitely be having a hey day. This dress runs VERY true to size. It has no give in the waist area, which if you have a rounder belly, might become uncomfortable or hard to zip because the skirt starts to flare out around the belly area, not below the bust (there's also a petticoat under the skirt which makes it looks super full.) I have a smaller waist than my belly, so that was hard to zip up or keep the waist part where unwanted it to sit. Other than that, I felt like an absolute princess, and the dress is beautifully made. So many people said such wonderful things in person and from photos about this show stopper dress. It is absolutely lovely.

So, I'm about 5'2" and have a 38G cup.... Dresses are like the ultimate challenge, especially fitted (non stretch fabric) ones w/ zippers. When I say my boobs fit in this gorgeous dress, they fit. I usually wear a 16 but erred on the side of caution given it was fitted dress and went up a size. Sure there's cleavage but that is a fact of the curvy girl life. It lays on the waist just right and I love the high low. Let's not forget the pockets (no purse necessary). I wore it to a Friday night wedding at a country club and was complimented all night. BEST DRESS EVER.

Rented an 18 and a 20, and ended up wearing the 20. I'm a 40D, 5'6", and full figured. The dress doesn't have any stretch, so I had to wear the larger size to fit my bust. The pockets are awesome!! The dress color was gorgeous!! Definitely would rent this dress again, and will definitely use RTR for more occasions. The process was great and the results were even better!! Lots of compliments! :)

This dress was a perfect gem for me. I felt like a princess in this dress. I wore it to a friends wedding and received so many compliments. It's true to size and fit perfect. I would have loved to rent it again but I posted a pic and got over 100 likes so can't do that HAHAHA

The straps were a bit to big when I sat, but standing was fine. The shape is so flattering that I felt like I could eat and drink what I wanted without worrying about it. Just the right amount of snug in the chest area. The back was low, so I had to make sure my bra stayed down low enough. Overall, amazing dress and I would recommend it to any curvy woman! So flattering!

The dress ran true to size. I don't have a large bust but it fit perfect! This was my first rental and I was extremely skeptical given the fact my body shape is harder to fit most dresses. (Rounder middle) I tried the dress on and was in love! The material is more of a heavier weight and has crinoline under the skirt for the intended volume. The color was great and the drama of the back length was the perfect balance of classic but trendy!

Pros: well constructed, excellent condition, built for my body shape. material is a decent weight and doesn't wrinkle easily. Crinoline is built in. Boning in the torso provides a nice shape and shows quality. It fits shorter gals just fine in length, but would also work for average height quite nicely too. Cons: like most formalwear, it was on the small side. also, if you have more than a b cup, prepare for the girls to show a bit more than it does for the model. Wearing a bra can be tricky due to the low V in the back and the thinner strap at the shoulder. Can get a little uncomfortable sitting due to the boning.

A bit tight in the bust area. V in the back was low so you need a low bra or pull your bra down and tape it.

I'm somewhere between 14 and 16, and this fit me just right- would have been too tight if I were a true 16. My big boobs had plenty of room! It is a bit low cut, just to warn. The asymmetric skirt, built-in petticoat, and pockets were all I've ever wanted in a dress. This dress is my everything. Take care of this dress, future renters. It deserves all your love. It was so hard for me to give up. <3

I wore this to a wedding and it was easy to sit, walk, and dance in. The 18 was available, so I went with the 20 and it was definitely too big. I pinned up the straps to help hide the bra, and reduce the cleavage. The bride made a point to come over and compliment my dress!

EDIT 8/8/15 MV: Wore this for the 125th Anniversary Celebration for The University Club of San Francisco! I felt fabulous and received numerous comments in person and on social media. Great fit, great cut. Rented the 18 and the 20, wore the 18 I rented this dress as a backup for an event and did not end up wearing it as it was a little too fancy for the affair. However, I am currently trying to find an event where I can rent this dress again as it is very pretty! With kitten heels on my 5'8" frame, the hem of the back was about an inch off the floor, so no tripping! The top part of the hem in the front hit my thighs at a flattering point, so I did not look stumpy. The color is true to the picture, and the dress is quite fluffy, especially in the bustle. The cleavage is deeper than on the model, and the back is quite low. A regular bra shows in the back. Would definitely pick this again!

I wore this to a charity auction and I had people coming up to me all night to tell me it was their favorite dress at the event. I even had a few tell me the same thing days later! I loved the full skirt and the color blocking at the bottom. The downside was that the straps were about 3 inches too long. I had to pin them into place and hide the pins.

I rented this for our family photos and I've never been complimented more hahahaha. Just an absolute perfect dress

this dress was everything! i received compliments all night long, even from the bride! it is elegant, chic, and comfortable - plus it has pockets! i read the reviews and ordered two sizes up which was a good idea - i normally wear a dress size 16/18 and ended up wearing the 22 and it was perfect. the only "downfall" was that the back of the dress has a deep V so i ended up going braless (which was honestly fine bc i felt so confident in it!).

It was a little tight around the waist, but fit great everywhere else.

Wore this dress to a New Year's Eve wedding and it was perfect for the occasion. Just enough puff and drama I wanted. It fit a little snug around the waist but it was super comfortable. I didn't want to give this dress back!!

It runs a little tight in the bodice, but the size up gaped in the shoulders. I just strapped my chest down and hoped for the best and it was really fine.

I ordered the 16 & and the 18 in this dress, and received an email a day before delivery to let me know that the 16 (my usual size) was no longer available due to damage. I picked 5 backup styles and they sent me the first available, but luckily the 18 fit me! The straps were a little loose and the back gaped slightly- I like to think the 16 would have fit me better but the waist was pretty snug. Overall this dress looks even better in person than it does on the model- extremely flattering and made me feel the perfect amount of fancy for the black tie wedding I was attending.

I thought this dress was satin, but it was a much heavier fabric than that, perfect for a beautiful fall evening. I thought it was pretty true to size, but a little tight around the midriff. The straps were pretty wide-set but didn't fall off my shoulders, even though I have very small shoulders. I liked how this sort of made it feel like an off the shoulder dress. There was tulle underneath that made the dress look full the whole night. The color online was spot on. I loved that it was a blue dress, instead of the typical black affair. I really wish I could add this dress to my closet.

I was so sad to package this dress up. I wanted to keep it forever. When I picked up the dress from the Rent the Runway store in Las Vegas, it was love at first sight. I had ordered two sizes too big as I had a lot of reviews. Figured I'd rather have to pin something than not be able to breathe. Thank goodness, I did. The dress runs extremely tiny. The two size too large dress fit perfectly. Trust me, my measurements had me at a smaller one, but the dress can be difficult for different shapes. The color is stunning. The dress is stunning. I wore this to a black tie wedding outside, and I was extremely comfortable. It wasn't too hot. I was able to enjoy food all night long. Danced for several hours. The straps stayed in place, no need for a bra. Everyone kept commenting how much they loved it. Would rent again and again!

I totally love this dress! I'm 6ft tall, so the hi/lo effect wasn't as dramatic, but the fit still won me over. It fits true to size. If you have more tummy and/or boobs, think about ordering up. Plus, the tulle and lining underneath can make the dress for a bit tighter. Overall, still loved the dress!

The dress fit just a tad bit tight but that was my own fault ( I put on a extra pound or 5. I am pear shaped and it payed effortlessly on every curve. I absolutely adore this dress.

Fit perfectly! My measurements for reference: 5'10" tall, 38H, 36" waist, 47 Hip. I normally wear a 16 but ordered according to the measurements from the designer. Very comfortable and so pretty. Guests were compliments me all night on it. I worked a formal event for 10 hours and was very happy with how comfy it was. Also, it has POCKETS! Held my phone and work radio so no need to awkwardly carry a bag. So happy with this dress, will definitely rent from RTR again.

Wore this to the Miss UUSA 2015 Pageant and felt like one of the contestants! I got so many compliments on this dress it was unbelievable. It does run small, I sized up and wore the 20 and still had to pin the back because it wouldn't zip up all the way. Besides that, it was fantastic! The fabric is very heavy so if you're going to be in a warm setting, I wouldn't bring a jacket or maybe a very thin one. This was during the summer so it was perfect for me.

Wore to an outdoor fall wedding, color was so beautiful. Runs a bit small, I'm normally 18/20, so glad I got larger size. Adds a bit of bulk to your bottom, which adds to the drama of the dress, but may not be for everyone. Very sheek 2015 version of a princess dress. Loved it!

The straps were a bit big. I was very surprised about that because I have a very long torso. The length was a little shirt in the front for me but I was expecting that for my height. I had SO many compliments on the dress.

This is a gorgeous dress. I was nervous about it fitting across my very large chest (I'm a 38J), and I'll be honest it was tight. But it worked. I had to get help, I needed help with the zipper, but once I was in, it was pretty comfortable. It runs a bit small, but considering it accommodated my bust, I can't be mad at that. There is a bit of a crinoline underneath, that does wonderful things for the shape of the dress, but it can be a little tricky when you sit down. Also, the v in the back is pretty low, so you may end up pulling your bra band down a lot. After the 2nd time I did it, I stopped worrying about it. I loved the length of the dress. Both the front and back of the hi low hem hit in flattering places. For reference I'm 5'8" and wore 2.5 inch heels. The fabric on this dress is pretty thick. I rather like that, but it may be heavy for some people. All in all though, I loved this dress and I definitely plan on renting it again.

Love, love, love this dress! I got so many compliments on it - it wasn't too heavy or warm and I wore this to an outdoor wedding. It is definitely fitted through the ribcage, but had plenty of room in the hips. I was able to wear a strapless bra with no worries about it showing in the back. The front V is LOW, but not distasteful. The best thing about this? POCKETS. I hated to wrap this up this morning to ship back to RTR. I rented this one and the 20 as a back up and ended up wearing the 18. The 20 was more comfortable through the ribcage as this dress is fitted, but it was too loose around the bust and through the shoulder straps, so I went with the smaller size.

This was a last minute find, as the dresses that I had reserved did not work out. It was perfect, I wanted something unique because the wedding that we attended was filmed for a show. The dress was fantastic, the fit was fabulous and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Not sure what to say other than the fit was perfect. I'm not very hippy for a large girl, and the dress made my shape stand out. Very classy yet feminine and fun! The dress did run small so I had to go up a few sizes to accommodate my bust, but it worked out well. Only problem I find is that every time I try on dresses the zippers have issues. This dress had a minor problem during the fitting but I still took it home that evening. In the middle of the event, the zipper broke and my entire dress was open in the back. Now, keep in mind that the dress wasn't tight. . . had no problems zipping up. . . but the zipper popped at the end of the night and was very embarassing!

Bust area is kind of small. I'm a 38DD and my boobs were smashed a little. On the bright side it gave me great cleavage lol.

This dress is beautiful, but the fit was a bit tricky. I needed a larger size for the waist, but then the top was too large. I wore it and made the best of it. I wish the proportions were better. It really is a beautiful dress and the colors are lovely.

This was my first time at RTR. this dress spoke to me. Came in the box earlier than expected wrapped nicely. I am big busted 38D and it was too tight. I couldn't zip up the dress it was flattening my chest. If I could have gotten the bigger size I would have been fine. Cannot wear a regular bra the back is lower. The material is beautiful and the dress itself is classy. I called RTR theYywere so helpful and accommodating. I got this dress on Friday. The wedding was sat. They shipped two different dresses to my hotel along with jewelry. Isabella at customer service was patient in my flustered state. I had requested the size 20 in this dress but it was unavailable. I had to make a decision quick so that my new dress would ship in time. They didn't charge me extra either. Will rent again!

You definitely need to size up on this dress. I am normally a size 16 and the 18 was snug on me in the chest. When I order this again, I would definitely size up to a 20.

The dress was gorgeous and the material was lovely...however it was far too low cut for the gala I was attending on behalf of my company. I would definitely rent this again for a wedding, though!
