This dress is great for sucking in the not so fit areas. I have a mommy tummy really bad but I wasn't bothered by it in this form fitting dress.

This dress fit true to size! The color is just as it appears in the picture! I think you need a belt with it, or at least I do (I'm all legs, short torso)! So many compliments-great dress that's fun to wear!

I wore this gown to a black tie fundraiser and I loved it. The deep teal color felt elegant and refreshing in a sea of black gowns. The ruching on the top of the gown is very flattering. The top of the gown was a little loose so I wore a strapless bra to help hold it up. I'm 5'7" and the length of the dress was perfect with 4" heels, you just have to be careful when getting up because the tulle can get stuck on your shoes or under chair legs. The tulle sort of floats when you walk which was a nice effect. Beautiful gown!

This dress was so fabulous and made me feel like a million bucks. I got a ton of compliments on it and while it was a bit too formal for the spring time garden wedding I wore it to, I didn't care because it was so gorgeous. I wore flats and the regular was just a teensy bit long (not in an unmanageable way though); 2-2.5" heels would have been perfect. Other details: the color is this gorgeous, rich, cobalt-ish teal, the corset top stayed up without having to pull it up very often (no bra needed), and overall, it was quite comfy.

I am 5'9" and this dress was a bit short, but not too bad. I wore flats with it, and the inner layer is a little shorter than the outer tulle layer. I made it work. I would suggest wearing spanx or other shape wear underneath, but it definitely isn't necessary. I did not wear a bra with the dress and I didn't feel that I needed to (just threw on some "sticky boobs"). This dress is definitely built for "hourglass" type figures. Overall I was very pleased with the dress!! I would suggest ordering your second size larger than your first because there isn't a ton of wiggle room.

Fit into both the 2l and the 4l; but the 2l fit just right. Didn't have to wear any spanx and wore nu-bra I had purchased from RTR for another dress. love that this dress - one of the few designers- that is long enough for taller girls. still only wore a 2.5 heel.

I loved that it fit like a glove without suffocating me. Even though it was strapless, the dress was light enough that I didn't have to tug it up during the event. It was easy to move in and pretty comfortable. It was a little lighter in color than expected but still very beautiful. It was a thrill to cross the Seminar stage in it to pick up my Court of Sales diamond ring in this gown.

This dress was fantastic. All of the rouching is very slimming and the color is gorgeous. The one drawback is the flowy skirt pieces are not all attached so some of them got a bit blown around. But a BEAUTIFUL dress.

The color is so beautiful! I didn't want to tan before the event, so I looked for a color that would enhance my pale skin. This was the perfect choice! I rented the 4R and 6L. I was surprised that the 4 was the size I went with because I normally go with a 6. I have an athletic build and my shoulders/chest are a little wider, so I thought there was no way the 4R would fit through the chest, but it was perfectly snug and held up all night! (No tugging up on it) Like other reviewers said, the lower waist/hip area is roomy, so that was another reason I went with the 4R because it puffed less, but was still comfortable. That was something I was worried about because I carry weight through my mid-section and I thought the 4 would squeeze me to death and accentuate my lower belly, but it was roomy enough to breathe comfortably and still looked slimming! As far as the length goes, I was worried that the 4R would be too short (as I'm 5'6") and I would need to wear some kind of flat or sandal, but the length on the 4R perfectly skimmed the floor while I wore 4" inch heels. It was my first time trying RTR and I'm SO glad I did! Their customer service is phenomenal and the fact you get to pick 2 sizes (just in case) is awesome and stress-relieving. (I wish I would've taken a picture from the side to help you see!)

Wore this to my schools winter formal and loved it. I have a curvy body and it fit like a glove and accented all my assets. The length was great with 4 inch heels and trailed nicely when I didn't wear them. Comfortable to dance in and it doesn't slide all over the place.

I ordered this as a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding. Thank god it fit perfectly and looked great! I'm a curvy gal and this dress hugged me in all the right places. I recommend this to everyone with curves. I'm 5'2", and I wore a small heel so this dress was a little bit too long, I was able to walk down the aisle and it dragged a bit but when I took my heels off it was impossible to walk in. I would definitely rent again, but wear a higher heel.

The dress fits true to size but definitely seems more efficient for a girl with a small bust. I was able to rent the 0P (I'm 5'3 and wore 5 in heels) the dress just barley hit the floor. You have to be careful with the tulle as it gets caught easily and will snag. The color is pretty similar to the photo, so elegant. Perfect dress for a black tie wedding! ;)

This was my back up dress. I should have worn a 4R but it wasn't too big to notice. I would say it's a little on the long side. I wore 4.5 inch heals and still dragged a bit. Everyone complimented my dress.

This dress was very similar to my wedding dress so I already knew the shape would be flattering for me. I wore all gold jewelry which totally complimented the dark teal color. I wore nude heels because i knew i could last in them! The dress was the perfect length with my 4 inch heels. My friend gave me double stick tape for the top which worked perfectly with no bra. I wore spanx to achieve the flat stomach look! ha. Watch wearing certain jewelry that will snag it. I wore all smooth jewelry. comfortable dress. it is tulle on the outside but satiny on the inside.

It fit amazingly well.. I didn't need to wear a bra with it which is always awesome. I wore 2 1/2" heels and it was still long enough (I'm 5'10") .. I absolutely LOVED this dress and will be using RTR again.

I received so many compliments all night! I wore this to a black tie wedding. It fit beautifully! I am 5'6" and wore 4 inch heels and the dress was just long enough, less than half an inch off the ground. My backup size was also a R length, so I did not try an L length, but for my height I am pretty sure it would have been too long. Other women commented that the top part dug into them, but I did not experience this. It fit well, I was just overly concerned about tearing the tulle, as it got caught a few times on my heels. I did not wear a bra with this dress and it was fine. The bust area of the dress is very supportive, no bra needed. I can't wait to rent another gown from RTR!!!

Absolutely LOVE this dress. My first rental and it was a great experience. I felt gorgeous as soon as I zipped it up and knew I made the right choice. All confirmed when 3 of the other dresses I considered purchasing were worn at the wedding by other beautiful women. Night was full of compliments. The dress was exactly what I wanted simple, elegant and beautiful. No one had anything close to it. The bust fits great but a bit baggy in the midsection. I would have wanted it to be a tad bit more form fitting in the midsection but it still gave me the hour glass figure I wanted. The zipper and clip are on the side. Unfortunately clip was digging into my skin all night. The dress is long and warm, for sure wear a higher heel. All in all dress was comfortable, moveable and absolutely gorgeous.

I was a little scared, because the dresses arrived the night before and I had no back up. There was only one size of this dress and it fit me perfectly! I had so many complimenrs.

This dress was such a great choice. Not only was it beautifully designed it was also so comfortable to wear. The color is a beautiful teal color the pictures don't do it justice. The back was a little low for a strapless but could have been rigged if you felt you needed one. I wore a low back bra and it worked out perfectly! Absolutely loved this rental.

I wore this dress to a charity gala and absolutely loved it. Strangers stopped me to compliment me. The dress fits true to size. I'm pretty short so the only trouble I had was with the tulle at the bottom, making sure my heels didn't snag. I cannot say enough about how great I felt in this dress.

I initially requested the 8R and the 10R when I finally said yes to the dress ;) I decided to wear a higher heel to help "slim me out" and the 10R was ok but was a bit on the short side. I sent an email Wednesday night at 10:30pm and had a response from Muriel at 10:40pm saying they would overnight me the 10L! Unfortunately the Long looked to be about the same length as the Regular. But I did end up wearing the 10L for the wedding, I noticed on the 10R that there were two pretty distinctive oil stains going down the front of the gown. Something that you couldn't see when looking at the dress, but when you had it on it was noticeable so I'm sure when they cleaned it from the person before they didn't see the spots. This was the second time I rented a gown from RTR for a wedding, and it was also the second time so many people went out of their way to tell me how fantastic it looked! Absolutely LOVE RTR and their customer service is AMAZING!!! -Mel

We rented these gowns for my sister's wedding. We had a hard time finding the right "peacock" blue/teal but this one stood out online. We took a big risk but it paid off. I'm much larger than the other 2 who wore size 2 & 4 gowns but the dress complimented all our body types. It was long for me at 5'2" however with a moderate 2-4" heel it would have been fine. I decided to wear a flat shoe anyways. The color was perfect and it was comfortable.

This is my second experience with RTR and won't be my last! My boyfriend and I were invited to my college roommate's black tie optional wedding in the California Bay area, and I needed something special to wear. I wanted the dress to be elegant and beautiful, but wanted to make sure I could dance and be myself in it. The gown fit me like a glove. I normally wear between a size 4 and 6 and unfortunately have gained a little wait over the past year. But the 6L was perfect. It hit all of my curves the right way, and I didn't even have to wear a bra. I received compliments all night, and felt like I stood out, without taking any attention away from the beautiful bride. I will definitely rent from RTR again!!!!

Love, love, love. Fit true to size. And I got so many compliments on my first-ever rent the runway dress! The color was amazing, the criss cross of the lace and other fabric on the front was very helpful to conceal certain things that my 3 babies "gave" to my body, and it was so fun to wear a designer dress that I would never have otherwise bought.

Curvy girls do not be scared! I'm a full 12 and wore a 10 to accentuate my waist. No bra needed and I never "tugged" . The dress was revered al evening and I was the only one in the unique color, dress, and style. This dress was made for small waists and curves! Spanx are a must! No bra... Be sure to have a hunky husband to assist in zip up! Xo

This dress was light weight, comfortable, and true to size. I was able to dance without feeling restricted, even though the fabric didn't really "give."

I really should have gotten a 6, but somehow I did not order a backup size, and I just loved this dress so much I didn't want to choose an alternate, so I sucked it up (literally) and wore the 4. It looked amazing, and the built in hook & eye band inside the dress was the only thing that made it zippable! It probably would not have looked as awesome if it had been any bigger though, so it worked out fine. Gorgeous dress, very well designed. Not too long with 3.5" heels (I did pick it up a bit walking around just to be safe, but it wasn't tripping me or anything). Felt very pretty and confident, and that is saying a lot for me!

Beautiful dark teal color. Fit well through the torso. Did not ever feel like it was falling down. Long length would have been great with 1" heels for a 6'0" person. I wore 3" heels and it was a little on the short side, but not 'awkwardly' short.

I have never felt more beautiful in another dress. This dress fits every curve absolutely perfectly and its color is SO gorgeous. I typically wear a size 4, but the 4 didn't fit my waist as well as the 2. The 2, although, was super tight around my chest and it was kinda hard to breathe BUT It looked really good and that is all that matters, right? Other than the tight chest, the dress was really comfortable and I was honestly sad to take it off. RENT THIS DRESS. It made my senior prom perfect and my experience with RTR was amazing, I will most definitely be renting again :)

I wore this dress in a black tie wedding. I wore the size 0R and it was a bit too long ( I'm 5.5" and I wore 4" heels), I had to constantly watch my self to go up and down the stairs. However, the dress is absolutely gorgeous and I'm so happy I rented it! The dress is sexy and elegant. Perfect color to stand out in a ocean of black. Beautiful gown! Two thumbs up!

The dress is very true to size, I rented size 2 and 4, and the 2 was perfect. I thought it was going to be more fitted at the middle part, it wasn't, maybe because of the style, so I had to keep pulling it down so it didn't look bulgy in the middle. Also because of the tulle fabric at the bottom, you have to be very careful not to get caught into anything because it is very delicate. Other than that I recommend the dress, the color is beautiful. Very pleased with the result and the service!

I wore this to prom and it was a dream! The dress is cut very curvy, and is meant to accentuate your curves. It fit nicely around my waist, but was roomy around my bust area. Still, it was an easy fix with one strategically placed safety pin. I've never had so many compliments about my curves before! The length was perfect for me, it barely brushed the ground for 5'1 with 6 inch wedges on. Overall, loved it.
