I love this dress! This was a black tie wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Definitely would rent again or would love to own. ❤️ I ended up with a 10 and not the 8….but I often flex between the two sizes.

I'm always an 8 or a 10 in dresses. The 10 was a little big, so I was able to order a quick replacement and the 8 fit perfect! I wore this dress for a wedding in Brooklyn that was cocktail attire. I felt it was a perfect dress for the occasion. The dress has a high/low element that flares out like a tutu that made me feel very Carrie Bradshaw. Highly recommend for a simple, classy dress! Oh and it has pockets!!

This was a very comfortable dress. I wore the size 14 instead of my usual 16.

It was a bit tight on the chest, but not too bad. I felt like a princess, I received so many compliments.

This was the perfect "Audrey Hepburn" type dress for a gala. I rented this in size 4 and 6. I normally wear a 4 but the waistband doesn't have give and the 6 was more comfortable. I was able to wear a normal strapless bra with this dress. I am 5'3" and 130 lbs.

This dress was beautiful o my thing it was a little big on my with straps the other size would have been way too big but I made it work and I got compliments all night long

I love the shape of the dress: semi-low back, high-low hem, and full skirt. It was fun while still being classy, glam, and on trend. I paired with strappy, black heels and sparkly statement earrings. This was my first time using RTR and I can't wait to rent again!

Received several compliments. Well made and love the pockets! The waist is snug without any give but was still comfortable enough for dancing.

I rented this dress after my first choice from RTR did not work out. It was for my brother-in-law's wedding. It worked out great and got SO many compliments all night! Overall, the fit was great. I would recommend getting one size bigger as a back up. I am a true 8 (typically don't wear bigger or smaller) and as the 8 fit me, the 10 fit me more comfortably in this dress. The sequins did rub a bit on your under arms. Oh, and the pockets were amazing!! I would highly recommend this dress for your next special occassion.

This dress was gorgeous! I was so comfortable and happy with my choice! The only minor issue was that the sequins rubbed on my underarms a little. Totally worth it!

I rented this dress for New Year's Eve! Very flattering and I got so many compliments!

The whole process is so easy and seamless!! Everything came in on time and my dress fit well! I loved that the dress has pockets!! I got so many compliments on it. The V back goes down a bit too low to wear a normal bra, but I didn't personally have an issue with that. I thought the dress might be a little uncomfortable at the arms from the sequins but it wasn't at all! Would definitely recommend the dress and rent the runway!!

I absolutely LOVED this dress. I felt great in it and the best part for any dress... POCKETS. Fanatic cocktail dress.

Pros: fit amazingly well, loved the sparkly top, was comfortable, easy to move around in, the back is low cut but I could still wear a strapless bra with it, the dress had pockets which I always love, the length was perfect. I would post a picture when I get a good one back from the photographers. Cons: None!!!!

This was my first time renting from RTR and it was a success! I needed a dress for a Quinceanera that my kids were in the Court & this dress worked out prefect! It was very comfortable & I got lots of compliments. The pockets were a plus too! I typically wear a 16 or 18 (5'3" / 36DD) and the 16 was a great fit. Comfortable and flattering.

Perfect fit, received compliments all night and so comfortable! Even rented suggested earrings, great combo!

This was when I was a size 6-8 and it was a little snug… but LOVED it.

I wore the 10- the 8 fit but the sequins were a little scratchy under my arms and I wanted more room. The back is gorgeous on this dress. It fits so well. I got many compliments on it and loved the pockets. I was able to dance and pretend to ride the flower bike in the lobby!

This dress was perfect for a black tie optional wedding in late October. As others mentioned, it fits snug through the rib cage, so I wore a size up from my usual. The low back was high enough that I could wear a normal bra, and it was very flattering through the stomach. I felt comfortable dancing in it all evening!

I was so excited to get this dress based on the reviews, however when I put it on I thought it looked "ok" at best. It had pockets which was great and I didn't have to wear a bra - a huge plus! The downside: the sequins rubbed my arms something awful and I had red marks on my arms the next day. I found the bottom to be so poofy and unflattering. I'm a large/size 12 and the 12 fit perfectly.

Wore it to my company holiday party. Got way more compliments than expected. Has a classic “Barbie” feel to it with the fit and flare style. Another Badgley Mischka for the win

The bodice runs snug, but necessary to given voluminous skirt. I am 5’4, 127lbs and I wore a size 6. (Size 8 was not as flattering) Check the lining before you go out. I did not and noticed too late that it hung below the front hem.

I wore this to a gala and it was comfortable, beautiful and had pockets!! No special bra needed; a regular black one was perfect. A simple wrap made it warm for the wintertime gala. The sparkling bodice and low-high hemline make this dress really festive and special!

It’s not the most exciting dress, but I wore it for a black tie NYE party. Pretty and gets the job done.

Got a lot of compliments, this is just a classy black dress! Didn’t even need to steam it when it arrived at the hotel for a graduation ball. And it has pockets! I normally wear a four and this time I wore the six and I couldn’t wear a bra, but it was very formfitting and I didn’t need one. The sequins were not itchy, I have a hangup about that!

Rented this dress for a formal evening wedding at an elegant hotel and it was a winner. Not only was it beautiful but it was also comfortable and the pockets were a nice bonus. The back up size came in handy. I usually wear an 8 but it was a little snug and hard to fully zip, so I opted for comfort and wore the 10. Paired with sparkly gold heeled sandals and a clutch. We had a fun and fabulous evening!

I NEVER ever wear this cut of dress, always convinced it makes me look bottom heavy. However, the reviews gave me confidence to try it. And I'm glad I did! The effect was that it made my waist look smaller, in my opinion. It was the perfect dress for a formal wedding!

I wore it to a charity gala. Worked great. Comfy. I’m only 5’0”, so it was long on me, but still looked fine. The 2 fit nicely, not tight, even with my mom pooch, and no shape wear. The 4 would’ve been fine, too, just a tad looser. I’m hippy, so this dress was a great choice for me.

The dress was perfect for a black tie optional banquet. It photographs well. Love the pockets and while it had a deep b in back, was still able to wear a normal bra with it. Only problem I had was very tight on my rib cage. I typically wear a 6 but went with my second size an 8 to be able to breath!

The size 2 fit (my normal size) but in the lung area it was tight. Felt like a squeeze. And I’m not large chested, so I’m sure if you’re higher than an A cup, you will for sure need to size up. I sized up and felt better/more comfortable in the 4.

Fun and flattering

I was 5 foot, 180 pounds, 36D chest. This is a size 12 dress. Since I'm so short the size 14 skirt portion puffed out too much. I went with a size 12. The bottom half does puffed out the way to design which could make it look bigger but it's also forgiving and flattering. Great low back.
