I am 5'1" and very thin with small ish chest. So was a bit bigger on me and hit my knees a little lower than on the model. But tbh still was worth wearing it and I loved the color

Wanted a green dress since I knew the event I would be going to was on St. Patrick's Day. The dress is actually more teal, like most of the other commenters have said. I liked that it had sleeves, since it is March. I got 2 sizes, the 16 and 20, I ended up wearing the smaller one because the 20 had a rip in the lace. The sleeves were a bit snug with the 16 which is why I originally wanted to size up, but the 16 was fine. I was comfortable all night!

This dress is turquoise. Not green. But I loved it. The arms were a bit snug but it fit perfectly. Has pockets by the hips. The length went down to my knees. It was a great dress. I will use RTR again for sure.

This dress is absolutely adorable. It's going to give you a classy look/feel with the touch of beautiful color (this pic doesnt do it justice). I would get your normal size unless you are bothered with it being a tad tight. The top is fitting.

I wore this dress to a wedding rehearsal in November, it was very comfortable and warm. I received a lot of compliments. I loved the vibrant color and the feel of the dress. It had my midsection well which is my main problem area I am a 36 D cup usually wear a size 6 but chose a size 8 as a backup. I did not have to use it at all. I would definitely recommend this dress to others.

This dress was really comfortable and I felt so confident in it. It was form fitting and flattering, but the sleeves and skirt length made it comfortable for a bat mitzvah, both in temple AND at the party. The only comment I have is this was very true to size for me, but I ordered a size smaller as my back up and this certainly would not have fit on top, it was way too tight. I have a small chest so someone with a large chest should consider this for sure. Great dress!

I thought this dress was more green, but it worked just fine, actually a jewel color with more blue. The skirt swings for dancing, with layers to give the skirt body.

Color was nice. Fit was comfy. Ideal to wear during cold weather since fabric was heavy. Loved the pockets.

Like everyone mentioned the arms run small. I ordered a size up and was perfectly comfortable to dance the night away. High quality material. Wore to an outdoor summer wedding and I was a little bit warm when in the sun but as soon as the sun went down I was glad I had a bit of sleeve and a heavier material. Color is great and I paired it with coral accessories (earrings and a clutch) to give it a bit of pop. I know it comes in lots of colors so I would definitely rent again!

I teach 12th grade and May means a lot of events, so I did an 8-day rental and used the dress for our senior luncheon and graduation at the US Naval Academy. It was perfect for both and I received plenty of compliments on both occasions. I run between a 12-14, so I went with the 14 and was quite comfortable in this dress, even in the arms (which some people commented on). I would rent this dress again.

This dress came pre-stocked with complements. My favorite part was the pockets for my phone and car keys and it was a handy place to stash a camera's lens cap when I took pictures at the wedding. The dress is comfortable, flattering, and you can't tell in pictures how bright and expensive it really looks close up. I was in Florida at an outdoor wedding and I wasn't too hot in this dress. I loved the cut too - very flattering for petite girls. It didn't make me look shorter and the 3/4 sleeves were great. Some people say the arms are tight, but it was not restricting for me and felt right. If you have larger arms than average maybe size up, but overall a perfect fit. This was paired with Kate Spade green earrings (suggested by RTR) and they were perfectly matched. I was going for "modest but fun" and it was great.

The fit was true to size for me, but I can see why others had to size up for the arms being a little tight. I'm a sucker for a dress with pockets, and these added a touch of fun to a beautiful dress. The color is much more vivid in person than in an pictures I've seen. I can see myself renting this dress in other colors in the future. I loved it!

This dress is so beautiful. The picture doesn't do it any justice. Paired it with nude shoes. Wonderful for my friend's rehearsal dinner at a vineyard. I am normally a 14/16R, but the 18W fit perfectly. Others had reviewed that it ran small, and I'm so happy I ordered a size up. Arms were still a little tight, but the 20W would have swallowed me whole. Got compliments all night. Definitely didn't want to send this one back.

Dress is very true to size. I liked the sleeves and the dress was the perfect length. It was nice for a spring outdoor wedding.

I never even tried on the 4, tried the 6 first and knew the 4 would be too small. The arms and ribcage were snug as others have mentioned. The dress is not as short as it looked on the model - which I liked. The material was great. I loved the layers of the skirt and that the A-line added a waistline that I don't really have. I felt great in it all night and got several compliments.

I ordered this dress as my backup and once I opened my order I knew I was going to wear this dress for the wedding. The dress was as comfortable as it was beautiful and I received compliments all night long. The color was vibrant and gorgeous and I can't wait to order this dress for another event.

This was my first RTR rental and I was beyond thrilled! The color is amazing and really popped compared to the numerous littles black dresses at the wedding I attended. Loved the swing skirt bottom, it made the dress perfect for dancing. I agree with other comments that the sleeves are uncomfortably tight. I went with a size up just for that reason. Everywhere else for true to size. I received compliments all night and felt very glamorous! I would definitely rent this again.

This dress looked beautiful on the website and in person. It was true to size, but has stretch so didn't feel too tight or loose. The sleeves felt a bit tight at first but weren't a problem. I wore this for a work event - a gala I was producing, and it was easy to work in and look great. The lace pattern, though pretty, was almost a bit much on my 5'10" frame, so I broke it up with a nude belt and then paired with nude heels. Worked perfectly.

I needed to size up .. 4 perfectly fits me but if you have big bust.. It will be comfortable to size up. Length was perfect.. It wasn't too short (5"1)

Dress was lined so no need for a slip. Material was easy to move in ( made dancing easy). Fit was a bit snug in arms so the bigger size worked better for me.

I wore the ten and had no issues with the arms being tight like others had stated. I did try on the 12 and the arms in that were tighter than the 10 I wore. I assume it depends on the dress and how often it has been worn. I got many compliments and even had a friend ask me all about RTR because this dress would be perfect for a wedding she will be attending.

The dress was great! Comfortable fit and great color for a beach wedding. The pockets were a hit! I normally wear a size 12, but opted for the 14 for comfort. The lining is soft and comfortable and it paired well with a neutral color shoe and pearls. Would rent it again for sure!

I felt comfortable in the dress and got a lot of compliments on it during the event and afterwards (in pictures). Like a lot of other people have stated in their comments, the sleeves were snug, but not to the point where it was uncomfortable. I wore this on a cool early spring night and found it to be the perfect dress choice. The AC was high in the restaurant/venue I was at, and the sleeves on the dress kept me warm.

Since I'm tall I was concerned about the length but it turned out to be perfect. I ordered a size up because other people had commented on the sleeves being tight. The sleeves were snug but there was plenty of room through the shoulders and bust that I didn't feel like my movements were constricted. The dress was very comfortable and I loved the color! (It's much brighter than the picture on the website)

This was my first time using rent the runway I am a 10 sometimes a 12 ! The 12 was not available so I went for the 10 and it fit perfect was a little snug in the arms but I usually have that problem but it was not the bad . Was def true to size !

I liked everything about this dress. the lining was soft and silky, the length was just right, and the neckline was very flattering! when i rented i noticed others commented on the sleeves being tight so i got a size up just in case. I however didn't find them to be tight at all.

I wore this dress for my bridal shower and it fit perfectly through the waist and chest - it was a tad tight in the arms but I didn't feel restricted in my movement. The skirt flowed so nicely and I felt perfect and comfortable the whole day. The color was a bit more green than what's shown on the model but still beautiful. I would most definitely rent this dress again if given the chance!

I wore this dress on a Saint Patrick's Day bar crawl with friends. The dress was the perfect weight and the lace was gorgeous. I felt like it hugged me in all of the right places and gave me an amazing shape while concealing parts of my body I didn't want to flaunt. Plus it had pockets! It was perfect and I will absolutely rent it again!

I wore this to a St. Patrick's Day themed party...it was perfect. I love the color...green and blue mix, wish I could keep. I wore the size 6...the 8 was not available but may have fit better. I am a 34D bust and it was tight in the bust and arms but by the end of the night I did not notice. It was not tight in the waist and flows in hip area. I am 37-29-37, fairly athletic. The satin lining makes you feel like a million bucks. Very well made dress. I am in love with the color!

Overall, the service was amazing. This wast first time renting and I would defiantly do it again and recommend it to anyone. I rented this dress for my godson's christening and it was perfect. When reading all of the reviews I didn't believe when people said they received compliments all night.. but turns out, it's true. So many people complimented the color and dress throughout the entire event. I am 5'2 so I was concerned it was going to be a little long but it worked out fine and fit was perfect.
