Wore this *beautiful* dress for my engagement party and felt truly gorgeous! I love how it came out in the millions of photos taken that day, and it was completely comfortable to wear-true to size, well made, and easy to dance in when the time for that came later in the evening! :-P To me, this dress was a perfect, elegant choice and I highly recommend to all other "classic brides" out there (for so I came to be termed by my wedding planner and all my other wedding vendors! ;-P)

Ran a little small so glad I got the second size. Was perfect for our small wedding.

I wore this dress for my bridal shower and got so many compliments. I ordered size 6 and 4 (I usually wear a size 4 in dresses), and both fit but the 4 was too tight and felt like the clasps in back would bust if I moved my arms too much. So, if you are unsure definitly order a size up in addition to the size you normally wear. Very flattering! The lace and open back are gorgeous.

I ordered a size 4 and a size 6 and I am usually a size 4 but my hips and are a bit wider and although I was able to fit in a size 4 I felt more comfortable and less snug in a 6. The color was more of an ivory color not as white as I expected but the lace and the the fit was perfect. I wore it for my Bridal Shower and everyone loved it! I received so many compliments. The dress is not see through but I still wore nude color under garments. The back of the dress looks beautiful which is why I wore my hair to the side so I can show it off. You can still wear a bra but I used a strapless bra that allowed me to lower the back strap so you cant see it. I accessorized with a light pink bracelet and earings and wore loght pink pumps.I love this dress it's Beautiful!

Wore this for my bridal shower. The original dress I picked didn't fit so one of the rent the runway girls helped me pick a nice dress and this was perfect. I loved it and got so many compliments so flattering and I didn't have to wear a bra. Bonus !

We were planning to have a special day for us before having our main wedding party with friends. I decided to go with this dress because it is made with lace and I really loved the back. I got my order even couple days before the requested date. Usually I wear size 0 and with it I even sometimes need to go to alteration to make dresses even smaller to make them fit well. With this dress I was happy that I ordered size 2 as a backup. It fitted perfectly. The dress helped to me to look really awesome. Everyone mentioned that it was ideal choice and I cannot look better. It was very comfortable as well. So I will definitely recommend it but if you have Bust size bigger than C be careful, it might feel too tight.

The dress is so much more than what you see online. I loved the dress and so did everyone at the party. Got compliments left and right. When I received it, it was in perfect condition. I got the 2 and 4 sizes and wore the 4. For the first time renting, I had a great experience.

I wore this dress for my catholic ceremony. This dress was everything I thought it would be and more. My now husband loved seeing me come down the aisle in this dress. Fabric and detail of this dress was perfect. I'll always have a special place in my heart for this dress.

I wore this dress for my wedding rehearsal and I absolutely loved wearing it!! I received so many compliments on how great it looked and I really felt amazing. As mentioned in other reviews - no bra needed - this sucker holds you in! **warning** this dress looks SO much better in person and on you than on the model shown. It's a must wear for rehearsals, formal affairs, etc.

This dress was perfect for my small wedding! I am usually a size 6 but needed to wear the size 8 instead. The dress is very flattering and the back of the dress is absolutely stunning! I wish I didn't have to send it back.

Beautiful lace detailling on this dress and I received endless compliments on the back of it. The fabric is a bit stretchy so it wasn't hard to move around in it and the detailing is just beautiful. Great dress, especially for a rehearsal dinner!

Got a TON of compliments on this dress, felt very elegant and sweet in it. Perfect for any bridal occasion. I wore it to my rehersal, rehersal dinner and welcome reception party on Friday night. Went perfect with my Kate Spade ivory wedding shoes that I got wear and break in a bit. I got the 4 and the 6. The 4 was just a little tight for my comfort and the 6 was still plenty fitted in the right areas not to feel too big. Only con is with lace it does does wear easily so this dress didn't have the brand new feel but I suppose that is typical with this type of service. Not sure how often they restock them but this did have plenty of wear left in it. Doesn't need a ton of jewelry. I wore a large pearl necklace and white earrings, stlll fairly simple.

The fit was slim through the hips. Beautiful back detailing! An A+!

I loved the dress from the minute I opened up the box. The material was so soft and the back of the dress was amazing. All I can say is I felt so beautiful and elegant.

I wore this dress for some of my engagement pictures, taken on the Brooklyn Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge. They came out beautifully, thanks in part to this dress! I LOVED the boning/corset of the dress (no Spanx or bra necessary!), the sweetheart neckline, and the lace sleeves. My only complaint was that it felt too long - I wished the hem was at least several inches shorter. Also, although it fit perfectly in the waist, the neck felt tight when I zipped the dress and hooked the top (and I'm very small chested). You may wish to size up. The color was beautiful and the dress looked both sophisticated and feminine with a hint of sexiness all at the same time! I wish I did not have to give it back!!!

Was a beautiful dress. Fit smaller than I thought. Usually wear a 2 in dresses, had to definitely wear the 4 in this and was tight. But okay to wear for a few hours for photos. Detailing is beautiful.

I actually went to the RTR store in Henri Bendel and found this little gem! Ladies!!! Did you know that you can walk in and browse available dresses and leave same day with a dress?! It's amazing. I wore this to Le Diner En Blanc- NYC and it was perfect! It was supportive up top (I usually need to wear a bra!) and was able to go braless. There's also some light boning to keep things/you in place! haha It does run a bit small (I usually wear a 6) and the 8 was almost too small for me. The 10 was too big though, so I just went with the 8... probably should've worn Spanx with it, but it was fine, really. The lining rode up just a tiny bit when I would sit and I felt the need to adjust it a few times throughout the evening, but it wasn't too worrisome. I would definitely rent this dress again (though maybe in one of the other fun colors!) As far as moving in it, it's super comfortable, even though it is a fitted dress. I hit the dance floor hard in it and didn't have any issues. So happy with my choice for this event!

I loved this dress! Wore it to my bridal shower and received so many compliments. The dress runs true to size.. I'm usually a 6 or 8 and ordered both and truly could have worn either. The material is very giving.. Super comfortable to sit down in too. I wore the 8 only bc it was the first one I tried on and figured since it fit the 6 would be too small.. Before returning I tried on the 6 out of curiosity and it fit perfect.

The dress was true to size.. No need for a bra but I did put cups in myself for the day to feel more confident

I rented this dress for my wedding rehearsal. As a bigger chested girl I was concerned about the open back and how my bra would show. Fun fact. I didn't need to wear a bra at all. The dress fully supported my on it's own. My mother-in-law and grandmother-in-law loved it! They kept saying it was so beautiful it could have been my wedding dress.

this dress fit exactly how i wanted it to! it was elegant and special...perfect for my rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding. everyone was raving how great my dress was! the lace on top was very feminine, but you need a bra with a very low back and low profile in front so it does not show through the lace.

Wore this dress to my rehearsal dinner - I was torn between the 4 and the 6, and went with the 4 as the 6 bunched a teeny bit more in the waist...whereas the 4 fit a bit tighter and therefore, less bunch. The dress is perfectly "bride-y" to wear to a rehearsal dinner, shower, etc. Received a bunch of compliments on the dress. The fabric is thick/sturdy enough that it's not flimsy and the lace is great quality - and the keyhole back is beautiful. The flowers on the front of the dress aren't actually a different color as they look in the picture- it was just the way the flash was reflecting off the material :)

The dress fits perfectly, although I feel a little bit tight on my bust. It is perfect for my city hall wedding ceremony. Love it! It not only looks elegant but also a little bit sexy as well. For the color: the fabric pattern actually looks a little bit golden through reflection, not pure white. The lace won't make you feel uncomfortable. You wouldn't need a nubra at all! In fact, I wouldn't be able to fit in size 4 if I wore my nubra!

Stunning lace dress with dynamic back. Tons of compliments at my rehearsal dinner! Only negative is the lace looked worn giving away that it wasn't a "new" dress. I decided it looked "vintage" and rock it anyways!

I rented this dress for my rehearsal dinner and was very happy with how it fit. While I do think it runs just a little small, the 4 looked great on me (and this is my normal size). The lace detail, especially the keyhole back, is incredible. I received countless compliments about this dress. I definitely recommend it!

I rented this dress for my wedding reception we had after our destination wedding. I ordered a size 2 and 4 since some dresses I have a hard time fitting my bottom half. The 4 fit my hips well but the top was too big so I went with the 2. It was a little snug at first, but as the night went on the dress stretched a tiny bit and had more give to it. No need to wear a bra as the top was snug enough. I got complainants all night on my dress and so happy I decided on this particular one.

This was a new dress - so no reviews to help me decide. Thankfully, RTR carries this same dress in other colors, so I was able to check those. I wore this to my wedding reception. Pros: Absolutely gorgeous - it's quite a bit "creamier" in color than a typical ivory, so keep that in mind. It's definitely more ivory than white by far. The open back is very pretty. So much lace, so I felt no need to dress it up with anything more than a bracelet (Ben-Amun Pearl Trellis Bracelet) and earrings (Ben-Amun Petite Peacock Pearl Earrings). I went braless and wore Spanx. Cons: only two really - I'm 5'4, so with low heels, the dress came to mid-knee on me - which, under the circumstances was fine. And it did pull kind of funny across the hips. It fit me fine, but had some weird pull/fold at the hips. I'm pretty "hippy" though, so you may not have that problem if you have more of a straight figure. I originally ordered the 0 and 2. Couldn't even zip the 2. I'm a "street size" 4, and I ended up wearing a 4 in this dress (had them overnight it to my location). Great experience!

The lace on this dress is beautiful, and it fit, but the stomach area is very unforgiving. If I had a support system underneath maybe it wouldn't have mattered. I think this dress would look perfect on a size 8 or below. Sorry, no picture
