The fabric is thick so take that in consideration

I’m so glad this dress was available for my shipment. Dress code was formal, Tuscan. Material is gorgeous—- heavier weight but not heavy. Tulle lining gives the skirt a bit of fairytale oomph. Pockets were lovely. I did order two sizes and the smaller ended up working out for the event. I’m in between sizes (trying to get back to my usual side post-nursing). Fit is as others have reviewed: smaller throughout the chest, longer straps. Regular length did work for me with a 3” strappy wedge (guests were warned the event was on cobblestone), although I tend to be on the shorter side. I also am shorter through out the torso and smaller chested.

Really fun, comfortable dress. The only drawback is that at my size, the chest was a little too big for my B cups. Would definitely recommend though!

It was a little big on the top, wish it had adjustable straps to adjust but I probably could have safety pinned it. Lots of compliments all night on it, very comfortable dress, hides the food baby and has pockets. Was able to dance in it and it was the perfect height for itty bitty wedges

I wore this to my friend’s wedding. It was so flattering and comfortable fitting at the right places. I felt so pretty in it. Plus it has pockets! Loved it! By far one of my favorite’s rtr rentals.

This dress is a showstopper. I'm average height and the dress sits just on the floor with no shoes. I opted for a 2" heel and the dress floated above my feet just barely, but you couldn't really see my feet because of the A-line skirt. The deep v-neck doesn't allow for a normal bra, so I opted for a sticky bra. My bust is on the small side in proportion to my waist, so I should have gotten fashion tape as well. Whenever I moved, the cups would shift and show my bra. Even with that, I still loved it. I got so many compliments and would definitely get this for another event.

I'm a size 34d and bra, I ordered the size 4 and 2 and ended up wearing size 2 since it was more fitted. Got many compliments.

This dress was an easy choice for a black tie wedding. The zipper is snug but in a way that helps you feel held together. The pockets were very handy as well. I'm 5'6'' and the L was still too long with 4 in platform wedges, but I powered through and so glad I did. Lots of compliments. No need for fashion tape, but if you are smaller or larger than a 36 D this dress could require some support. Too low cut for a strapless bra, but not to risqué. I will definitely be renting this dress again

I love the pockets of the dress but can also make that your hips looks bigger, the cleavage is low so take that in mind.

I went with another option for the event, but this is absolutely stunning. For context, I'm 5'10 and always on the lookout for full-length gowns that are actually long enough and ladies – this fits the bill. Fabric is gorgeous and luxe and would be perfect for a fall or winter wedding or formal event. There are pockets, which is just a joy. For my long torso, the straps were a big short and tight and the waist of this garment hit a little high on me (about 3" above my belly button). For that reason, I think this would be forgiving in the midsection area. I ordered a 6R and probably should have gone for the 8R for the length of the straps. The dress just skimmed the ground, which is what I was looking for as I wanted to wear flats to this event. I will definitely be ordering it for a future occasion – it's SO beautiful and subtly sparkly.

Loved this dress and the way it looked on me. Received several compliments. I did have a shawl that I wore with it as this was an outdoor wedding. Also, can't forget the POCKETS! I was able to keep my car keys, lipstick and phone in them and you could not tell.

I loved wearing this dress! Since it was long, I wore platform sandals so I was super comfortable all night. It has pockets which is a plus! Had to wear boob tape for this bc it is low cut.

Great high quality fabric held up to an 8 hour Mexico City wedding without getting too hot. The pockets are huge and comfortably fit my iphone10, wallet, mask and lipstick and the dress is just poofy enough that you can't tell anything is in your pockets. I am a size zero and it fit well in length and the fitted lower rib cage area, but the chest section ran a bit large (I am a 34B and had about an inch of extra space, which wouldn't have been a problem if I bought cups/a strapless bra. 9/10

I ordered this as a replacement dress for my cousin's formal wedding in Montana and I'm SO glad I did! The fabric is stunning and vibrant, and I felt like a modern day princess. I'm 5'7" and the 6R was the perfect length with a little bit of heel. Some reviewers said they had trouble keeping "the girls" in place but I didn't have any issues - I was able to dance and jump around no problem. Absolutely in love with this dress and I would definitely rent again!

I am busty 36G fit my breast well. The straps were a little loose but not too terrible! It was a hit very comfortable. The pockets were everything.

Based on my measurements I thought I would be an 18WL for this designer, but once I tried it on I was so relieved to have the 16L as a backup size! (Which is why I said it runs small!) Only a little roomy in the chest area, but nothing that severely impacted the look/wearability of the gown. I wore this for my undergrad vocal recital and it was easy to walk on and off stage in (in heels) and the dress received a TON of compliments!

This dress was so beautiful in person. I got compliments on it all night! It's much more dark navy blue than in the picture. Not sure why it photographs purple-ish. It runs pretty small and is hard to zipper on large or wide rib cages. I sized up 2 sizes and it was very hard to get on even then. We squeezed me in, and it's very low cut. It didn't bother me but might not be appropriate for a church wedding. Otherwise it's a beautiful and very comfortable gown. I felt like a princess all night!

Loved the pockets! Needed double sided tape to keep my girls in (& they were definitely out to play in this dress!). I rolled my ankle the weekend before this event so I hid sneakers under this dress, no one noticed and o was very grateful! I definitely recommend!

Love the pockets and the dress as a whole, but it is a bit boob forward for anyone with a larger chest. This dress was actually pretty easy to pick up and hold while going to the bathroom, despite having some puff and lots of layers. Depending on the crowd, I’d recommend this dress.

This is a beautiful gown! I’m 6 months postpartum and nursing, so it’s hard to find flattering dresses that can support a full bust. This dress was perfect. I got so many compliments and felt great in it. It is low cut, but I was okay without a bra. Also was easy to pull down for pumping! I sized up based on reviews and it worked out. I probably would have been okay if I had gotten the 12 but the 14 worked for me too. Another plus—it travels well. You could barely tell I had it packed in a suitcase. I just hung it up in the bathroom while showering and the steam took out any small wrinkles it had.

the bigger size and the tall length ended up being perfect for me, especially with heels! I definitely had room in the bust but the fit was still snug so it looked fine.

This wasn’t this first dress I ordered, when I received the other dress I hated the way it fit my body so I reported it and they quickly shipped me another dress of my choice (this one). And I LOVED it. The fabric was beautiful and I felt so beautiful and confident and not at all insecure with how much cleavage was showing. Quality dress and excellent customer service all for such a fair price point! I wore to a Mardi Gras ball and I love not having to buy a big expensive dress that I’ll have to store in my closet forever for just a one night event. Thank you RTR!

Only draw backs is the fit for the chest, as I night went on my girls kept trying to get out.

Loved this dress! I got so many compliments and it really looks beautiful on. I am between and 16 and an 18 and I ended up wearing the 20. It was a tight fit but I looked snatched. Honestly, I would have bought the dress if I could!

Gorgeous dress, perfect for a black tie wedding. Bit tight through the waist, but that helped hold everything in- no boob tape needed. I did temp hem it up about an inch and a half since the 12R wasn’t in stock

I wore this 8 or 9 weeks pregnant so by the end of the night it felt a bit tight. Would say it’s a smaller 20 and if you’re a 20/22 it might be too tight/ too small in the arms. The zipper over the waist seam was tough. It was a well loved dress and the one I had needs to tlc near the zipper. I received so many compliments on the dress and I felt beautiful in it. I am 5’8” and I wore about 2” heels so that the dress just on the ground. A perfect rental for a formal autumn wedding!

Wore this to a recent black tie wedding and got tons of compliments! Went up 1 size as I was 16 weeks pregnant and I would say it’s bumb friendly but was tight in the chest. A little long as I had to wear 4 inch heels and was still dragging a tad. It has a layer of tile underneath so it’s pretty hot and wouldn’t wear to a hot summer wedding, otherwise perfect!

Overall, so so so in love with this dress! It fit perfectly through the waist and was a bit large for me around the bust but no so badly that I couldn’t wear it! It twirled great and made me feel so so gorgeous! If I were being nit-picky, I would say the dress is a bit heavy and this caused the straps to start digging in after a few hours. But I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat!

I wish I could wear this every day!! The original dress I ordered came damaged so this was my backup and for that I'm so lucky. Very comfortable and easy to dance in. Didn't have to wear a bra. It's thicker, but I wore it to a July wedding and was totally happy! At the time I was a size 6 and probably 150lb. Also the pockets were perfect. I know this side picture is weird, but it shows how great it locked even from that hateful angle!

I’m usually between a 12-14 and the 14 was perfect on me. It supported my bust enough that I didn’t need a bra, but I could see some people wanting to use tape to control the area. I wore platforms for the length since I’m not tall. The pockets were awesome. In case anyone else is unsure, it is navy and not black.

I loved the dress, the material was thick, and formal. There was a bit of crinoline layer underneath to give it a perfect amount of volume. It was just a smidge tight for complete comfort in the bust area, and I wonder if it would have fit better if I had a bigger size or if it would have been too big (they only had Long length available in size 14 and being only just over 5’4, I needed the Regular length). I wore a camisole under the dress otherwise there would have been just too much boobage/cleavage for my comfort level - especially at a family wedding. I felt like if I was a little smaller up top (I’m a 36D) the dress would have been perfect for me. But the little camisole - in an “evening blush” color - worked well. I loved the slight sparkle to the flower design also. Overall, I would 100% recommend renting this! Multiple people asked to borrow it for events they had - I told them they should definitely borrow it from RTR, lol.
