I got this as a backup dress and fell in love with it. Didn’t end up wearing it but if I have another reason for a formal dress, I would rent this again. Paired it with a floral belt to break up all the sequence.

I felt amazing in this dress! I received compliments from coworkers, waitstaff, the hubby…. I felt like a star. It photographs more to the silver/platino effect. I paired with mixed silver and rose gold jewelry and black shoes for this reason.

I got so many compliments on this dress! And I would totally rent it again! I knew that the 14 would fit, I just ordered the 12 as a backup because they didn't have the 16. Which would have been to big anyway.

Wore it to girls night out, Hollywood red carpet theme party. Dress was very glamorous and sparkly. Was afraid that would be a bit snug on me because of my heavy top (36DD), but looked perfect, got lots of complements that night!

Where this for the opening night gala of a film festival I have a TV pilot in, end it totally fit the bill! Highly recommend for hourglass shapes anyone with a bust. I had no problems with it staying up slit in the front isn't too bad in my opinion. Just be careful going up and downstairs. Measurements 40-34-42

This dress was absolutely gorgeous! It was a little big in the bust but was a perfect fit everywhere else. I wore this for my bridal shower and had so many compliments. It was comfortable for the most part minus a wire poking through the material and poking my chest. If I could buy this dress I would a million times over!

Great dress- loved the length as I am 5'4" and anything full length is always too long so this was ideal.

Loved the dress. Fit well and was super comfortable and easy to wear. Sitting down was challenging because the wrap slit goes to the waist so it was hard to keep the skirt closed across my legs. It was well made and very nice quality. Highly recommend!

I got married on NYE and this sparkly, sexy dress set the tone for our rock 'n roll disco New Year's nuptials. I got so many compliments and paired it with an unexpected white croc bootie to casual it down a bit. Would rent again for a cocktail party in a heartbeat!

Loved this dress!!!! It really stood out but I didn't feel like I was showing too much skin. The bodice is well fitted but it's not tight over the tummy area at all. I do agree with other reviewers that you need to watch the front slit - this probably wouldn't be the best choice if you were sitting a lot. But perfect for a night of dancing and mingling! I loved it so much I would have bought it, but it's such a standout that it isn't really a dress you'd wear over and over. 100% recommend!

I wore this as a second look at my New Year's Eve wedding. It's a beautiful dress and I got a lot of compliments. The issue I had was that it ran large, especially on top. I am normally a size 10 (about 31" waist, 42" hips) and a 34DDD/34F bra. I needed the size 8 in this dress and even in the 8, the top was loose and kept slipping to where my strapless bustier was sticking out. Overall, the dress had a beautiful look, I just wish I had pinned it to the bustier or secured it somehow so it wouldn't slip down.

This dress was absolutely stunning in person! I wore it multiple times to different events, and I got so many compliments. It fit great around the waist, but the bust was a little large on me. Even at 5’2”, the length was great. Even with the top being slightly larger than expected, I would 100% rent again!

This dress worked out well for me and I felt like a million bucks in it. As other reviewers have said, the slit does go all the way up. As a 5’10” woman with wide hips, this created challenges with sitting, but I used my napkin to keep myself covered.

The dress was absolutely perfect for the 1920s theme party without feeling too tacky! It fit true to size, overall so happy with the rental!

I wore this dress for my bachelorette dinner with friends and got many compliments! I felt beautiful and special in it. The one thing I will say is that the front point goes very far up. I never would have worn this dress without tights underneath and wouldn't feel super comfortable dancing in it.

Such a stunning and luxurious dress, I have a small top and big hips so I wore a 4 instead of usual 6 and it was still big on top. If you do have hips it will make the slit higher as it pulls the dress apart more. Heads up, I couldn't sit without caution.

Loved how fun and sparkly thus dress is! Be warned, when you sit down, the front of the dress completely opens! Fine with a napkin on my lap, but was tricky to navigate at our rehearsal dinner when I kept getting up and down.

Cute dress! Rented for a bridesmaid dress where we had to wear grey or silver. Comfortable but large on top, had to wear a strapless bra (it wouldn't have stayed up without one) and continue to pull it up throughout the night. I am a small 34C, so maybe need to be bustier for this? also, like other reviews mentioned, slit in front opens to the waist, so tough to drop it low on the dance floor (bummer). Fun dress, but would have preferred something better fitting/easier to dance in.

Ive loved this dress since before I was a member and when RTR opened up 2 bonus spots I jumped at the chance to play dress up at home (quarantine couture). This dress was the light and inspiration I hoped it would be. I felt absolutely confident and connected w my feminine energy and strength in this dress. 10/10 recommend working from home in a monique lhuillier!

For a sleeveless gown, piping gave enough structure to keep the ladies in. May have been a bit poky by the end of the night. Nice cut for curves.

I was ecstatic over this dress. There were no backup sizes available when I ordered so I could have possibly sized down but the 2R worked for me. We stood and danced most of the night so the slit was not much of an issue. You do have to be aware when sitting down though. I highly recommend!

I’m short and curvy so the combo of high waist and “wrapped” skirt made for the most flattering and elongating combo. I was worried the sequins would irritate my underarm, they did not at all! The dress stayed put for hours on the dance floor and I rarely had to pull it up and adjust. Being relatively flat chested, strapless is always a gamble but this dress was PERFECT and fit like a glove. The slit doesn’t look or feel high when standing but definitely had to be careful when sitting. I didn’t have to wear a bra of any kind which I love!

I am definitely a pear shape and this gave me plenty of room through my hips. It was a little big should have rented size 10.

Size down if you are between sizes. Not crazy flattering but not unflattering...just a tiny bit boxy maybe? Still cute and sexy for a lot of different types of occasions.

This dress was so fun! I wore it twice while I had it. The chest area is pretty fitted. I didn't wear a bra because it would have fit. But since the chest was so sung I didn't need the support of a bra. The sparkle was soft and subtle not Vegas like. I would buy this dress

i wore this to a black tie optional wedding and it was perfect for the occasion. i will warn that you have to be careful with the front slit when dancing. you aren't able to drop it low lol.
