Bust cut is pretty deep- definitely a tight squeeze for D cups! Pockets are a huge plus!

I wore this in 12P for my senior piano recital and it was absolutely amazing. For reference, I’m 5’3/36C and I was super nervous about ordering the 12P for fear it would be too small. To my surprise, it was a perfect fit and I felt so confident wearing it. Such a perfect dress! Also, about the zipper…the first time I put on the dress, I had to have two friends help me zip up the back and it took nearly 10 minutes. After that, I was determined to find an easier way and I think I found some success worth sharing! If you put the dress on backwards and zip it up to your rib cage, then adjust it to the front and put the straps on, the zipper will be super easy for you (or a friend) to reach behind and zip the rest of the way. Somehow that angle helped me zip it up and off several times for my dress rehearsals and recital (taking less than a minute to zip up each time)! Anyway, I couldn’t be more pleased with this dress and this is your sign to rent it too!

I didn’t feel like it was too low as it fit snug around my rib cage to hold it up, the pockets were a nice touch and the material was luxe. I am 129 and 5’7 with my heels on.

Looking for a gown for a black tie wedding in a size out of my ordinary and for an outdoor unknown weather location was TRICKY!! Thrilled I chose this dress for my first RTR experience. Unlike other renters I did not find the straps itchy but I did have a VERY hard time zipping it past the waist cinch. I have a small bust for my size (36C) and thought the dress, while low cut, fit my bosom perfectly. The pockets were fantastic for the cold night and the dress was fun and easy to dance in!

The fabric is beautiful and heavy, and the dress is easy to accessorize. I taped up the hem 2 inches, even with heels. I also taped the top to my chest just to ensure no gaps (but what dress doesn't need that?). The only very minor issue I couldn't solve for were that the straps were slightly loose, but not enough to fall down. I did wear a bra, but if I had just a slightly larger chest I could've gone without. I danced for hours in this dress comfortably and: pockets! This was my very first Rent the Runway and I was so happy I got this dress.

I’m typically a size 4 after babies but where the zipper hits I was able to fit in the 2L. If you’re unsure order the 2L and 4L.

Really pretty. Straps are super thin which I didn't think I would like but I felt like it balanced out the full skirt nicely. Also made it feel more weather appropriate as I wore to a summer gala. Had zero room in the top... friend had to help me zip. Loved it for a one time wear for a specific occasion, but likely wouldn't rent again.

Fit true to size, but the dress was a little on the short side for me (5'9 in 1in heels) but it wasn't noticeable and I didn't mind. Got so many compliments; the dress is so well made and looked amazing!

I was so obsessed with this dress. It fit perfect. Perfect for a girl with no boobs. The zipper gave me a real hard time, where the bodice and skirt meet, but I just rubbed a bar of soap on it and then it zipped up. I'm 5'8" and had 2 1/2 inch heels on. So the long was still long but it was the length I wanted. Regular would have showed my feet. The pockets were so cute!

I loved this dress but im small (5,2) and the straps were waaay too long. Luckily a zip tie holding both straps together in the back did the trick last minute 😂 but it was truly beautiful and i got many compliments.

Loved this dress and received lots of compliments. I got a 4 and 6 and wore the 4. The dress was thick and felt great on. I did feel like the waist cut at my hips in a way that made them look bigger but I still liked this dress. This dress shows lots of boob, more than I expected, so fashion tape is a must or skip this dress if you’re self conscious.

Beautiful and fairly comfortable. The straps were a little long but it stayed up. The only issue is it is SO hard to get zipped because of where the seams are places

Fit: great for a pear-shaped person like myself, as it’s very fitted in the bodice and very loose at the hips with a full skirt. It was a little long for me, as I’m 5’6” and didn’t want to wear heels. Pros: pockets! Didn’t wrinkle easily! I got tons of compliments Cons: not for anyone with a bust that is smaller than a B or larger than a C, as it is impossible to wear with a bra and the tops of where cups would be is sheer

Zipper issues aside, this dress was SUCH a win. I'm 5'3" without heels, but wore this dress to a black tie event with the comfiest platform boots I had. The dress sits incredibly well on the body, and I was able to eat/drink all night! (if you're not as flat chested as I am, it may be snug up top. ) I'd 100% rent this dress again. The quality was *chefs kiss and the pockets were so useful! Got compliments all night.

Pros: Pockets, form fitting in the waist but with lots of room to move with the "fit and flare style, awesome detailing that doesn't show up well in photos (embroidery and lace detail in the straps/chest area), easy to wear, great length for a shorter person Cons: long straps that aren't able to adjust (had to safety pin) which made the spaghetti straps dig in a bit, a bit heavy (so you could be a bit warm in it if it's a warmer day) Neutrals: hard to wear a bra in (had to go braless) which was fine for me and I actually got a lot of compliments on which i was surprised!

I *love* this dress. The material is so smooth and silky and comfortable, and I really love the cut and the way it falls especially on my chest. No bra even necessary, which is uncommon for me. Unfortunately I didn't wear it out because the straps were simply too long and made it impossible to wear comfortably, and they are entirely unadjustable. I would recommend this dress for sure, but be cautious about this one lol.

Rented for an evening at the opera, but went with a different dress. I really fell in love with this playful and beautiful gown, though! Loved the weight of the material, the full skirt, and the neckline. To echo others, the zipper was a mess. I also couldn’t wear a regular strapless bra — my bra was very conspicuous over the back of the dress unless I pushed the band way down (even then, it wasn't covered by the dress). Despite these issues, I do hope to find somewhere to wear this dress!

I wore this to a black tie wedding. Pros: The dress looks gorgeous. Cons: It was VERY long. I am 5’5 and wore 3 inch heels and still had to lift the dress to walk. This dress is thick, I do not recommend for the summer time. The shoulder straps stretched out over the night instead of staying taunt. They are not adjustable so I didn’t feel my bust was being supported a few hours in.

This dress is perfect for weddings! You definitely need someone to zip you in, but it's super comfortable, gorgeous and you can wear a normal strapless bra.

Loved the dress and received tons of compliments. The straps on the dress are not adjustable so the top was precarious. I am DDD and the dress had a a lot of cleavage and was a bit loose when I bent over. It's prolly better for smaller cup sizes

I loved this dress! I don't have occasion to dress up much, so getting to dress up in this and make me feel like a princess was fantastic! I kept getting compliments all night, and even though I'm 5'1", the dress wasn't too long in heels. The skirt is thick so on a NYC winter evening, my legs were still warm. And the pockets!! The straps didn't bother me, though I did use tape to keep things in place. Also the zipper does require an additional person to open/close. Totally worth it to me!

Perfect fit and silhouette

I read a lot of reviews for this dress prior to renting it, and a lot of women of similar stature to me mention the top being pretty loose. I have to agree with them; I thought about wearing pasties with it because I was potentially in danger of flashing someone if I made a wrong move, but ultimately decided against that and had no problems. I normally wear a size 0, but the 0R wasn't available the weekend of the wedding I was attending so I chose the 2R and 2L instead. I ended up wearing the 2R because with my ~2.5" heels the dress reached the ground perfectly and didn't have any issues with it dragging or people stepping on the back. The straps were a bit itchy and kept sliding off my shoulders from time to time, but these weren't really major issues. The zipper was a little hard to get up, as other people mentioned. The material was also pretty thick but not so thick that I was sweating (I live in Texas and it's still roughly 90+ degrees here in late September so this was also a concern); I feel that this dress is really good for all times of the year. I absolutely loved how deep the pockets were. I didn't even have to bring any sort of purse with me. I have always had great experiences with Rent the Runway, and this was yet another one; I highly recommend this dress for black tie/formal events.

This was part of my first Monthly Unlimited order after I signed up for my "Wedding Months". My future Hubby and I had a day of cake tasting and venue visits for Honeymoon suite and Brunch. I thought it would be wonderful to have a fantastic, comfortable dress to wear since we were going to be out all day. This was perfect!! Did not need a bra or spanx, it had pockets and gorgeous little details (super fun tulle layered underskirt, beautiful lace detail along the bust-see last pic). When we were done with our meetings, Nick loved me in this dress so much that we had an impromptu photo shoot on that lovely day. What a special dress that turned a day "full of running errands" into a very memorable part of our wedding adventure.

I rented this for our family photo shoot and it was fabulous. The only size avail was 2L, but I figured it would work for stationary photos. I definitely could have sized down and used the regular length. Regardless. The photos were amazing and this dress was a winner!

Wore this to a military ball, got lots of compliments and felt amazing in it! I'm small chested so the dress was a little big up too but otherwise it fit perfectly!

I went to a very formal wedding and this dress was perfect! Before I left, my babysitter said "Your mommy looks like a princess!" to my child which felt great. I'm only 5'2 so the straps were a little long causing my boobs to pop out a bit. I ended up tying knots in the back to keep the straps up. I also recommend getting nipple covers instead of wearing a bra with the low v neck. I kept getting compliments from other guests saying it was their favorite dress of the night (except the bride's of course).

I have been looking for the right occasion to wear this and it finally came! This dress was a stunner! My boyfriend loved it and it was an amazing gown for a beautiful wedding. Wore some tall wedges (I'm short!) and it was perfect. Even when the shoes come off at the wedding it was not a hassle to pick up the dress and dance. It added to the fun! The dress has pockets which is an amazing addition and I didn't have the same problems others did with the straps despite having a smaller bust so I was concerned the straps might not stay put. The zipper is indeed the toughest part bc it's a thin zipper and thick fabric. You'll need a hand! Would definitely rent again!!
