I’m usually a 14/16 and the 14W fit great. It has boning so you could wear it without a bra but it was a little loose so I wore a strapless and it was amazing. It was a work party with “cocktail attire” dress code and I still get compliments.

No need to wear a bra. The corset holds everything in place. Comfortable to dance and sit in.

This dress fit unexpectedly well. The fabric is some of the best I have ever worn. It was breathable and hugged my curves in all the right places. The only con is that the zipper is a little sticky. I had to practice zipping it myself since my partner was in the wedding party. Otherwise, no complaints and I would definitely recommend this dress. I am 5'0, 284 lbs and I wore the 20W comfortably.

I wore this to a holiday party and LOVED how it looked on me. I'm really short (5 feet) but the length was fine. The asymmetrical shoulders felt trendy and it hugged in all the right places. I will rent again!

This dress is a stunner, you have to wear this if you have an hour glass shape because it's meant to accentuate your curves. It highs in all the right places!

I felt so good in this dress. I have a large chest and didn't feel like anything was going to fall out even without a bra on. It was slightly large on me which makes me think it runs a little large. Lots of compliments! I will definitely be renting this dress again.

This was my back up dress. It was flattering and easy for a formal fundraiser! I forgot to take pictures once I was fully dressed, so this is me trying it on! LOL Success!

I loved this dress! I felt wonderful in it. Could've gone down another size. I'm busty and it covered well, I could wear my strapless bra with no problems. Great fit and so well made. Was perfect for an after 5pm wedding. This was my first time to use RTR and I will definitely use again. It was so easy! I only wish I had taken a full length photo!

Im 36G with an apple shape. The pic is without a bra and shape wear - it looked even more amazing with both. Highly recommend for busty gals. There is some give so I'd order regular size and one down! I wore the 14 :)

It was a little snug in the abdomen for me, but a 10 would have been too big, so I just wore a shape wear underneath it.

I'm 5'4", ~160lbs, I carry my weight in my hips + have broad shoulders. I wore it out to dinner and the second I went to check-in for my reservation, a gal came up to compliment me. Only downsides: where the silky liner ends and the lace skirt begins, the fabric is a bit itchy. It did bunch up weird across my hip area, but wasn't overly obvious since it's black. The boning makes it a little uncomfortable to sit in, but isn't unbearable. Overall pretty, but took off a star for comfort.

Loved this dress! Thick and sturdy material and hugged in all the right spots. If I would order again, I'd order one size up. It was tight and felt constrictive at times.

Wore for my Tacos&Tequila/dia de Los muertos bday party and it was a hit. Fits great although I almost wished it hugged my waist a little bit more. Got tons of compliments. Everyone wanted to know where it was from. Fun fact, in reading other reviews prior to renting, I noticed one young lady wearing it different & in her notes stating it was hard to get into. Turns out she was wearing it incorrect. But. That way was cuter so I freaked mine the same way lol. It's really a classy & sexy dress.

I had my fingers and toes crossed that the ruffles on the sleeves and the ruffles on the ham wouldn't be too fussy and I wasn't disappointed! The fabric is thick enough to keep you feeling supported but has enough movement so you can dance all night long. I'm tall and this had a nice midi length – so petite girls be mindful that it will probably hit you at your calves.

I wore this for a formal wedding and I truly felt stunning in this dress. I received compliments the whole night and was very comfortable as well! The dress is heavy but the material is good quality and it showed.

The dress has lots of support. The zipper is a little funny but I put it on and off by sliding it down without using the zipper. Did not have to wear bra.

I am size 12 in pants and usually a 14 in RTR but only the 16 was available so I rented anyway. Was a little big but not noticeable. Very comfortable dress to wear all night long, flattering and fun! Would rent again for sure.

Wore this lacey feminine figure flattering dress to a bar mitzvah and received tons of compliments. True to size albeit a little long waisted for my short waisted frame but not a deal breaker at all. Corseted, comfortable and classy with flamenco flair.

This fit and flare black dress was amazing, but it did fit very snug! I loved how it sucks everything in and accentuates hips (which I don't really have). My only wish is that the arms were stretchy, the fabric that fell over my arms was a little tight with no give.

I wore this for a black-tie gala fundraiser event with a Rio Carnivale theme. I wanted something that was not full length but fancy enough to work next to my hubby in a black tie tuxedo. This fit the bill perfectly -- sexy but classy, flirty and fun, I paired it with multicolored fringe earrings and a leopard print clutch and nude, strappy evening heels. We danced for hours and the dress didn't budge. It's true to size (I wore the 20W) and it fit well. The lace is thick and it's lined in a smooth silklike satin. There is some side boning in the bodice. After Reading reviews about the tricky zipper I decided just to slip it over my head and that worked just fine. I only needed my trusty strapless bra and a pair of black smoothing shapewear shorts underneath. At 5'9" the lined portion of the dress hit me at mid thigh so the black undergarment kept me from worrying about showing too much as I twirled on the dance floor. For shorter women I think the lined portion hits closer to the knee. This was my first RTR experience, I will be back for more!

I'm gagging at how much I loved this dress!! My only issue is the W!! I'm not sure why there wasn't a standard 14 but the W did give me a little more room than I really wanted. Try sizing down if you are a little more narrow in the hips Other than that the compliments poured and I felt incredibly sexy!!!

The fit is incredible. I wore the 14 but also ordered the 16. The 16 would have worked but the 14 gave me the fitted look I was wanting. I received compliments all night. I wore this to a black tie optional wedding.

I chaired a big, beautiful, and very successful 25th Anniversary Gayla for the LGBTQ youth organization that I'm on the board of. I couldn't decide until a half hour before the party which dress I would wear, because I really wanted to be more colorful than basic black. This dress just fit too perfectly to pass up! I felt sexy, I didn't have to tug of rearrange, and I got complements all night long! The zipper at the waist is tough, as others have said. I actually put on spanx just to zip it, and then shimmied them off, because the dress nipped my waist and smoothed me enough to go without. First time I have EVER not needed a bra, but a strapless would be fine, too. I can't believe that a dress that has this much structure and shaping can be as comfortable as this one. I wish I could buy it!

Such a nice fabric, super thick but light weight wear. I would wear this again and again!!! It fits pretty true to size - I'm a bit more straight hips size so it was just a tad loose there but the flare at the bottoms really just helps accentuate anything you have! I'm a 38D bust and was able to wear strapless spanx slip and worked beautifully.

I rented this for a holiday soirée. The material is structured and the lace hides most imperfections. I still recommend shapewear. Also, it took a little help to get the zipper up completely, but once it was done, the dress fit like a glove! Even still, I was able to move. I received many compliments. Highly recommend!

I wore this for my friends black tie wedding on NYE. I got so many compliments! I originally ordered the 16 as that's what I normally wear in formal dresses but it was too big (good problem to have). I was able to get the 14 and it was great! The dress is kind of thick and great quality. Would recommend!
