Fit was AMAZING. I am heavy chested and have issues finding dresses that fit properly on the top and bottom. I live that I had the option of choosing another dress size or the choice of choosing a second dress all together. The dress shipped in heat time, earlier than expected. Okay this dress was phenomenal. It sparkled! I did not have the right bra for it so I had to pin the back to help the front fit better and it ended up being longer than I thought but that helped with how chilly I was outside. Many compliments. It was stunning!

I'm between sizes so I couldn't wear the 12 the 14 was a tad loose in some parts, like the back was a little loose and the chest area. Even so, I didn't wear a bra and you couldn't tell because the construction was perfect in the front. Since I had to wear the larger size it was floor length on me before heels (I'm barefoot in the picture-and I'm 5'3) but I still loved it and I felt fabulous. And it has pockets which I love!

Must be tall to wear this dress. I am 5 ft 9 1/2 inches and this still felt a little longer than "midi" length to me. Zipper challenges were real. Poor quality zipper, despite the lush feel of the dress materials. I had to utilize a dry bar of soap against the zipper teeth in order to get it closed without sticking. Received numerous compliments about the dress at the gala I was attending.

This dress has a revealing back profile that hides nothing -- sexy, yet sophisticated. I wouldn't recommend this style for anyone typically needing a shaper and/or bra support though as the waistline sits right on the hips. Wore with short black gloves and beautiful embroidered shawl with the perfect shades of red. Pockets were a bit high for me and think a "long" in this size would have been great.

Rent this dress! I got so many compliments and looks all night. I felt so glamorous and fancy. I rented this to wear as a volunteer for a black tie award show at the Paramount Studios in Hollywood. It was perfect! The 8 fit like a glove. I didn't even try on the 10. It was slightly big under the arms but that's to be expected with an open back dress. I'm usually uncomfortable going braless but this was pretty supportive since it's fitted at the true waist. The length was perfect, true tea length on me. I love the pockets! I needed to have my phone on me so they were awesome. No need for a necklace. I also rented some earrings, which were perfect. The skirt was comfortable and made shape wear unnecessary which is always a plus. It was so easy to wear. A real showstopper!

I tried both the 14 and 16 (longer, more ribcage room more chest room) and went with the 14 despite it being a tad snug fit (38C) in the natural waist since it was a better fit for me length-wise and less baggy in the chest. I wore 2 inch heels and am 5ft3 and the dress barely skimmed the floor, which is way longer than the model photo but didnt bother me too much. LOVED that it had pockets and deep ones (fit my iphone and lipstick). Its forgiving if you have a tummy and allows a regular bar to be worn. I did find the fabric a bit warm for a spring evening event. I had red glitter and a light rash on my under arms at the end of the night, something to consider if sensitive to certain fabrics. Oh, main zipper is on the side .. good to know if you're dressing solo :)

I rented this look for a formal wedding n downtown Charleston. I loved the deep red color and the fact that the dress had pockets but it was definitely much more sparkly than I anticipated.

Great dress for a fancy November wedding. Comfortable to wear, except for a little under the arms. The fabric is a sparkly flocked tulle, so it was a bit rough, but not too bad. Many complements on the dress from other guests, so that was good!

The color of this dress is a rich red and it is covered in sparkles. The only drawback is all the glitter all over my car. I wore it for a jazz performance for Valentine's Day and it I really stood out among black and grey dresses. It was just showy enough to be fun and the style is just dressy enough for a evening event. The bodice is slightly large, but I used fashion tape on the back straps to pull them back a little and then it looked great. You don't need a bra to wear this dress because there is a full liner. The skirt has several layers, which makes the skirt look fuller and swish around when you move. The glitter really catches the light. It looked amazing in the dance floor. It is a slightly heavy dress and you have to tuck the skirt in when you get in a car or to your seat but it was extremely comfortable!

I am very petite, and this dress went almost to the floor on me. It was a chilly night, so I wasn't upset about the length. Because I am so tiny, it is very difficult to find the right dress for my size. It was a little big on my sides, but not noticeably. I received tons of compliments, and will definitely keep using RTR in the future.

I was a bit between sizes 8 and 10. I've previously worn a 10 in an MH Monique Lhullier dress, but the bust of this dress is pretty large. Since the fabric was thick enough to skip a bra, I went a size down to the 8. It was a teensy bit snug in the waist, but I still felt great. I was also surprised by the length--definitely longer than expected. I'm 5' 8" and the sheer overlay was nearly to my ankles.

I am five foot tall, 103 pounds and the size two fit well. However with my two inch heels the dress was floor length, which was ok except that the front of the dress was a good inch longer and dragged on the floor. Also the bodice was at least 3/4" too long and the back of the dress gapped somewhat. I think this dress would be best for someone 5'2" or taller.

I rented this dress for a company Christmas party and loved every second in it! The color is fantastic and it has pockets - what is better than pockets in your dress!? I received tons of compliments and would highly recommend this dress. I would also recommend ordering a size up for your back-up since the zipper is a bit tight in the waist.

This dress fit like a dream. The pockets saved my life I was working for a gala and the length was perfect for running around all night. The only slight problem I had was the sparkles rubbing under my arm throughout the night. If you are looking to make a statement, be comfortable, and look fabulous, I suggest this dress.

This dress was so great! I received several compliments. It's a thick material and not too heavy. The pockets are wonderful and you don't even know they are there. I would say if you are shorter this may not be the right dress. I am 5'5 170lbs. The dress stopped at my ankles. I rented 10 and 12 but the 10 was too tight for my chest.

It fit perfectly. However because I am short (5'1) the dress was actually to the floor and not calf length. and I LOVED that it had pockets!!! I'm obsessed with dresses with pockets.

Everyone is right: no bra needed even with 36D! Seriously! This was a little too dressy for the 5 pm wedding I attended. Also, I have a narrow ribcage and it was snug. IMO, rent your size then one size bigger for backup. The back detail is BEAUTIFUL and flattering. The hidden zipper on the side was difficult to pull over the seam as it is with most dresses.

I got a size 6 and an 8 just in case. I initially worried about the straps hanging awkwardly but they laid nicely on my back which and dress zips up just above the curve of my hips so it showed the more flattering areas of my back. It was a little long on me (I'm 5'5") so on a taller girl this would be the perfect tea length which was what i was going for. However, despite the length I still loved the dress. I thought the support at the bust was great and I didn't feel any need to wear a bra which is pretty much unprecedented for me. There aren't cups or anything but the bodice is structured enough that I didn't feel self conscious at all. For a bustier woman it may not be super flattering/comfortable without support cups. It covered in glitter which I must have missed in the description so I was a little surprised so be warned there will be glitter everywhere as you try it on. Not a huge deal but nice to know up front. It also had pockets and I'm a sucker for anything with pockets because I was able to walk around the event without having to worry about carrying a clutch. I put my lipstick and mascara in one pocket and my cell phone/ID/credit card in the other and everything was very well concealed. I received a ton of compliments on the dress and I felt really confident, comfortable, pretty, and sexy. It was a great first experience overall.

I'm a 34D and didn't need to wear a bra! It was so comfortable and makes you feel so elegant.

The dress is heavier than expected and the picture doesn't do the sparkles on it justice. The waist fits true to size but the top was a little big. I didn't notice a difference in the strap and chest size between the 4-6. I wore the 6 as the 4 was a little more snug in the waist. Overall it's a beautiful dress and looks great on

Fit tightly around the waist and armpits, but not uncomfortable at all. I ended up wearing my smaller size and it worked perfectly for me. It was a little longer than I expected, but with 3-4 inch heels, it worked great.

The fit was very comfortable. And POCKETS! The pockets in the dress were great. Fabric was a bit heavy.

It was comfy. Just need to wear a nu-bra, but those are hard to come by for women with DD's or bigger breast size.

The dress fit nice and was overall flattering, however it was really heavy and not what I was looking for. Its also a lot more bedazzled that I was anticipating and that bedazzling its not fun under the arms. 5 minutes on and I was already getting annoyed by the texture and scratching.

This dress is beautiful but I have to say it looks very different in person than it does in the pictures. I am a huge rent the runway fan, and have been using the service for years now - and this is the first and only time I've ever experiences receiving a dress that looks DRAMATICALLY different in person. In person the dress is VERY sparkly, and has a bit of a ruby slipper appearance (Wizard of Oz reference). It is still beautiful but in my opinion reads a little more appropriate for a prom or sweet 16 than a wedding or more mature event. I wound up wearing the dress because I didn't order a backup and it was also a bit on the uncomfortable side. The cut and fabric of the dress make dancing very uncomfortable and you will leave a trail of red sparkles wherever you go.

I got this as part of my unlimited and thought I'd wear it for holiday parties. Alas, the 14 was too small in the rib cage for me. Could not comfortably zip it up.

I received the dress the day before the event and going out of town. From the model's photo, the dress almost looked red polka dotted but when I received it, it was covered in sequins. From looking at it on the hangar I didn't even bother trying it on, it was wayyyy to sparkly for the evening wedding I was attending...even on Valentine's Day. Very disappointed.
