I wore this dress to Senior Ball. It was great! I would have ordered the regular size, but they were all out, so I got the petite size, and it ended up working nicely since the dress is naturally kind of long. I carry most of my weight in my lower half, and so the 4P fit my torso perfectly.

It did run a little tight through the rib cage, but overall a beautiful gown! It falls wonderfully about the body and moves with grace. I was getting compliments all night!

This dress was beautiful! The fabric is a rich red, not a bright red. It was really hard for me to tell from the pictures, but it ended up being the perfect shade of dark warm red for Autumn. It fit really nicely although it was a little bit long for me. If I would have had on slightly higher heels, it would have been fine. I was wearing a very small heel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to make a statement, especially during fall.

The only thing 'bad' is that we could make alterations, and you can't try them on to get the right size, but with some fashion tape we made it work. We should have ordered the 16 but were too worried it would be to small. But the price and the service were amazing. We originally ordered the dress in a 20 and it was literally falling off of her, thankfully I paid extra to have it longer so it came early and we were able to exchange it with out problem. The return process is simple and easy, the dress was exactly as described and was made of high quality material. I paid $140 for a dress that would have probably cost closer to $1000 if I were to buy it.

I ordered the 4P originally and the 2P as the back-up size. I ended up wearing the 2P. I have a small bust, and the 2 ended up fitting more snug and comfortably for me. I wore this on stage for a concert I sang in, so I wanted to be comfortable, modest, and show-stopping all at the same time! This dress really did that for me. I absolutely loved the shape and the rich red color. I would order it again in a heartbeat!

Would totally recommend this one for pear shapes!

I loved wearing this dress back in January for a ball I attended. I'm 5'2 and 117 pounds , and in heels a 2R was fine. There's no better feeling than your date saying it's the most beautiful dress he's ever seen! I'm excited to use RTR again.

I wish I could buy this dress! The color was fabulous and it looked great at my husband's military ball. The top was slightly too large but the waist for perfect. With a little body tape I was able to keep the ladies covered. My buddy is 40 C.

The fit was perfect. I'm 5'4/5'5 and weigh around 120. I ordered the dress in a 2R and 4R, and the 2R fit fantastic. The cut had just the right amount of cleavage and wasn't too revealing. The dress also had 2 hidden pockets which were very convenient.

I rented this dress for a red dress only party and looked one of a kind! It's super forgiving in the hips and accentuates the bust for sure. The pockets were handy as well. The bust is a little big so a sticky bra will definitely fit under there. Also, it irons well from the inside Out. Overall, a solid formal dress. Loved it!

I felt so pretty & the boldness of the color & style was a real eye catcher. I have never worn a dress I loved more! I go to this event every year, and it will be so hard to top this dress!

I originally wanted to wear the size 6, but it wasn't available. I wore the size 8. The dress fit fine, but I would have preferred the 6. Overall, it was an amazing dress! I felt like a princess! I received so many compliments! I don't know how I'm going to top next year's prom!

The length was perfect! I did not have to worry about stepping on the bottom or having to wear crazy heels. I could have worn flats, but wore a 2 inch heel and it looked great. The pockets were a huge plus and just added extra comfort to the dress.

I went wedding dress shopping a week prior to me ordering the dress so I had a professional semstress measure me and asked if she could right down my measurements for me. I measured perfectly to an 18 in this dress. But I should have ordered a whole dress smaller because I ended up having to pin it about an inch in shoulder an a bust are. And I have a very large chest!! So that was suprising to me because I usually have to go up a dress size because of my bust size! Overall a very beautiful dress! My occasion was an adult prom and received many complaints on it! It has a beautiful back on it and very good quality material. I was able to dance all night without feeling uncomfortable. I would definitely order this free again for another formal occasion but go down in dress size.

I needed a size 0Petite but they only had a 2R. It was big on me since I am pretty small! I wore really tall heels which hurt and pinned the back to fit my front. Other than that it was a really nice dress!

The dress I wore (8R) was the backup size for the 6R that I was planning on wearing but was returned late by the previous customer so I had to make do! The dress was a tad big up top and required me to use fabric tape to make sure the straps did not fall down. I think this wouldn't have happened if I had my intended size so no worrries! The dress fits like a glove and is absolutely breath taking. Every time I turned around someone was completmenting the gown. I can't imagine a better dress option to wear to a prom or formal event :)

Either wear no bra or a sticky one. The top is a little loose (bust: 36B) but overall so perfect!!

I wore the 2L and it was snug around the waist but totally doable and comfortable. I'm 5'7'' and wore 4 1/2'' heels and the length was perfect! I didn't step on it (and neither did my date). The color is amazing, the picture doesn't do it justice. And it has pockets!!! The back straps are sheer and look so pretty. I wanted to rent this dress for a long time and finally did it and it is now my favorite of all time!!

This dress was better than expected and a back up after a professional stylist. The fit, weight of the fabric, and ability to wear a bra was great :) The color really popped in person. It was a tad long so I had to wear extra high heels, but you couldn't see them underneath anyway.

This dress is true to size. I am a 10 waist and 12 top with d cups. I did use dress tap around the breast only because I am self conscience of them. It fit nicely. I would recommend it for any formal affair. I went to a valentines gala.

Fit was perfect. The length was just right and was still long enough to cover my shoes but I could walk. The color was a beautiful red that shined so beautifully in the light. The pockets were perfect. The fit was just right and not too tight to where I couldn't breathe, but fit me just right. The back is beautiful. Wore this to a fundraiser gala and loved it !

I am pear shaped, 5'7" and usually wear 2/4. I ordered a 2 Long because of availability and it just fit. The length worked well with an average heel. Would recommend renting this dress to everyone I know!

This dress was stunning! I wore this gown to a Mardi Gras ball and I felt so confident in it. With each twirl on the dance floor I felt like I was in a movie. The dress was the perfect fit and everything about it was perfect. Simply a perfect dress for a perfect night!

This is one of my favorite dresses I have ever worn. It's comfortable, flattering, the color is divine, and the pockets are awesome. I got so many compliments all throughout the night. The only issue was that it was a little long even when I wore 4-inch heels. Still, I would definitely rent again!

Color is a bit darker in person than in picture

I was initially worried about the fit, as I originally thought 6R would be the perfect fit, but only 8R and 4R were available at the time I ordered. Then, a few days before the event, I received an email that the 8R was no longer available due to damage by the previous renter (RTR had AMAZING customer service though - they allowed me to choose another dress up to 2X the rental value and they shipped it within 24 hours, in addition to the 4R size of this dress)! Luckily, the 4R size of this dress fit perfectly!! I am 5'5" and I wore 4.25" shoes, and the R length was absolutely perfect. The dress just floated on the dance floor and I spent the entire night dancing (I would say to be careful during the electric slide, haha - you may want to lift the skirt to make sure you don't trip). And the pockets were PERFECT - they fit my huge iPhone 6 with an OtterBox, and I loved being able to bring my phone to the dance floor. I am about 150 lbs., but I am very pear-shaped, so the thin top half and full/flowy skirt was perfect for my body shape. However, the top and waist of the dress have very little give, so I would definitely recommend ordering the size that would best fit your top half. With the mesh back, I just ended up wearing a nude bra, and I didn't find any problems with that because you could hardly tell. My only (very minimal!) complaint was that the fullness of the skirt made it a little difficult to maneuver sitting down and standing up at the dinner table, and because I was attending a military ball, there were a lot of moments when I had to stand/sit quickly, which made maneuvering the dress a little annoying. But overall, I received so many compliments and I felt so beautiful both at the dinner and the dancing, and I will DEFINITELY be ordering this dress again for events in the future!

It fit very well and because of the because of the full skirt I did not have to wear spanx at all. It was the most comfortable I have been all dressed up, ever. I am 5'6.5" tall and it was the perfect length for me to wear pointy toe flats with. Super comfortable feet as well! Something to keep in mind is that the back is low and mesh so I wore a stick on strapless bra with it. Got MANY compliments on it. Make sure your event is a proper "black tie" formal or you may feel over dressed. I showed just how big the skirt is in my photo, but it is not heavy. Easy to dance in and again, POCKETS for my phone and lipstick and tissues. NO bag to carry was bliss so I could have a glass in hand all night! Enjoy!

First of all, this dress was beautiful. I felt beautiful, and a bonus (okay two) is it has pockets and twirled. I inadvertently wore the 2, really needed the 4, so I freaked a bit when we couldn't get the dress to zip, but a Christmas miracle happened and with many helping hands, we got the zipper up. When I got home is when I realized I had on the smaller size (which explains why I wanted to remove two ribs all night). I am larger chested, so if you are too, def go up a size so you will be comfortable. I got many compliments on how stunning this dress was all night long. I secretly wish this dress was mine to keep. I might just rent it again to sit at home and eat a pint of ice cream because I loved it so much. I haven't felt this pretty in years.

I rented this gown for a masquerade ball. The color is super rich and festive. The bust was cut really modestly and large which was a small issue. I was able to use some tape to close a few gaps in the front and back. Also, I'm 5'2 and the dress was barely skimming the ground in flats to the point that my heels would have been visible. If you're taller that 5'3 go for long. Overall it was beautiful and fun to wear!

Runs a bit big especially in the shoulders and chest.

I typically wear a 00R, I am 5'3 120lbs and wore 3 inch heels. The 2R was the same length as the 0L, they didn't have a 0R available when I placed my order so I took a chance-- figured I could just get GIANT heels if needed. The 2 was waaay too big, but the 0 literally fit perfectly, with my 3 inch heels the dress just skimmed the floor. 32C, 24 waist, 34 hips

Perfect fit! I am so happy I ordered the petite, I am 5"2" and it was the perfect length! (I wore short heels, but could have been in flats) So many women had to hike up their dress to dance or worried about people stepping on their dress. I literally glided everywhere I went! I got so many stares, my favorite stare was when I stuck my hands in my pockets and people whispered and a guy was even like, that's a great idea to his date. The sweetest compliments was when a server complimented the dress and said that it is a classic, and that she is happy such a elegant style is coming back. That it reminded her of her daughters wedding dress. The funniest compliment was when another RTR renter complimented me and I told her, it's RTR! Lol All in all, I am so grateful I rented it! Tip: wear a strapless bra, and rest it out to make sure it doesn't show. I got my bra at Victoria Secret, with sticky adhesives, it didn't show.

The dress fit really close to my normal formal wear fit. I typically wear size 8-10, and I wore an 8L in this dress. It was super comfortable and held me really well. I'm a 36DD and no bra was required. The zipper was a little tricky on the 8L, that was the only issue I had. I couldn't fill in my size info for some reason, but I'm 5'6ish, 165lbs, 36DD. I wore 5 inch heels.

5'7", 140lb, 34C and the 4L fit perfectly. I work 3 inch heels and it was just dusting the ground in the front, with a small train in the back! I am so glad I didn't go up or down a size. The zipper is hard, so I had help getting it up. Mine also had a small stain on the back and some minor ripped tulle underneath, but you could hardly tell. The dress is gorgeous and was perfect for the occasion!! I loved the pockets and the fullness of the skirt. I had pictures taken and my husband and I kept having people stop us to take their own picture of us... seriously, rent the dress.
