The dress fit great, though no stretch at the waist at all. The length was great for me (6ft) ... I wore flats and only stepped on the dress once or twice. The crochet top layer will get jewelry caught in it, so be careful! The dress is several layers of fabric, so it was a perfect weight and warmth for a cool rainy spring evening paired with a scarf. I got loads of compliments and felt great!

Loved this dress so much! The skirt was just poofy enough to feel like a princess. The top is gorgeous, a little lower than what I'm used to but so beautiful. I got so many compliments! I'm pretty busty but slim and the 2 fit really well.

Fit well. I'm 5'5" 140lbs with an athletic sort of hourglass build. I think this style works a multitude of body types, key thing is there isn't much flexibility in the waist and wearing a waist-cinching under garment would be tricky due to the cut out at the back.

The fit was about perfect; I'm 5'10 and it's very true to size, skimming the ground in front and trailing slightly in back. You'll want to wear a backless bra and invest in some fashion tape for the front, because the front is very, very deep and will show a lot of cleavage very quickly if you're not careful! Otherwise, tons of compliments and so, so beautiful.

Oh it's dreamy!!! The materials, the fit, the details...everyone loved it and I loved being in it! I was surprised a 4 fit! I have a very small waist and the dress is quite roomy in the hips. It is perfect for an hour glass shape. I got sooooooo many compliments in the dress and kept it longer to take some family pictures in!

The dress fit well, the top was a little big on me, bit with some fashion tape everything worked out great!

Dress was a little low in the front for my bustline but, a safety pin helped that. It was nice to fit into a 14! Thanks for the opportunity. Liked the pockets..And everyone, even my 16 yr old granddaughter who never takes her eyes off her phone said, "Grandma, you look Gorgeous!"

I love this dress! It was so comfortable, though a bit heavy. I wore it for a black tie event and got many compliments. The skirt is quite full and the outer layer is an open lace. I got hung on things a couple of times. It was a tad long for me in flats (5'6") but would be good with a couple more inches of heel. Overall, a gorgeous dress.

Beautiful dress! I'm 5'4" and wore 3 inch heels but the dress was still too long, I had to pin the front to avoid tripping. I normally wear a size 8 or 10 and I'd would wear again but would get a size 8 next time. Great for the Gala I went to but was a lot of cleavage so Hollywood tape is a must

I am 5'6", 130 lbs, and a 36D bust. The dress fit perfectly. The pockets were perfect for keys, cash, phone and gloss. I was able to wear sandals with this dress also so my feet weren't hurting at the end of the night.

This dress is stunning! The color is a beautiful green-gold that is hard to see in the picture. I felt so beautiful and received so many compliments with this dress, and it has pockets!

I originally had a 4L as my back up dress, but my first choice dresses did not come and the 4L was too big. Luckily the RTR crew was fantastic and mailed the 2L and 0L to my hotel for the wedding. The 2L fit perfect. I am a nursing mother so the top did get a bit snug as the night went on (you can see some pulling in the pic). Overall I was very comfortable and got lots of compliments on my dress! Love the little train in the back! As some others have said it IS a lot of dress and you really need to heave it around to get up flights of stairs safely!

I got this as my backup, which I was initially disappointed because I'm not the most blessed in the chest and there were mixed reviews on that area. However, all disappointment melted away as soon as I put the dress on! It was extremely classy with just enough feminine detail to make a girl feel gorgeous and like a princess. Perfect for the military ball I was attending. I received so many compliments all night long. This dress was the best choice I could have asked for and was so sad to take it off at the end of the evening. Extremely comfortable! And pockets?!?! Hello?! Amazing bonus!! And to top it all off, super bump friendly (picture is me at 23 weeks)! I wore 3" heels with the dress and you could just see the shoe when walking, but standing still the dress just touched the floor hiding the shoe with no excess dragging. Highly recommend this dress to anyone. It will make you feel like a celebrity and you'll be so sad to have to return it, just like I was!

I wore this to an OSCAR Viewing Party and received so many compliments! I wore 4in heels and it was still long, but I didn't mind. The fit was so flattering, I am very pear shaped so it hugged my waist in the right spots and showed just enough cleavage :) Wore it with the sticky "chicken cutlets" and felt comfortable all night. The pockets were probably my favorite feature, felt I could carry my phone and it wasn't noticeable at all. The one thing that bothered me in the slightest way was the netting rubbing on my armpits - it was more-so because of the movement I was doing getting gift bags ready but overall I absolutely loved it!!!!

I can't explain how much I love this gown! I wore it to a NYE masquerade and got so many compliments. The dress itself isn't as gold as pictured, but it runs true to size and was very flattering. I'm 5'9", ordered the long, and wore 1" heels, and the dress trailed slightly and did get stepped on. For those of you looking to dance, the material is heavy and heats up a bit, but I was comfortable the whole night. I highly recommend for a formal event!

Wore this dress for NYE gala in D.C.....I loved the dress overall. Unfortunately I ordered a 12L which turned out to be too long for me. I'm 5'7 and wanted to wear very high heels and figured I needed the extra length. But the regular probably would of fit me better. Other than that the dress fit me perfectly and I can't wait to try other dresses through this site:)

This dress was fabulous! I received so many compliments! It has a little train so if you are short like me people stepped on it a bit. It is on the heavier side, but gorgeous. It was a tiny bit big in the chest and has a deep V even in the larger size. Overall I loved it!

Great dress and was complimented all night.. down side, it was too large. I had no time to get a new gown and the fabric was so heavy safety pins just wouldn't do. I ended up having to wrap the dress around the waist and securing it with an long obi belt to make it wearable. The lace overlay was also stretched in some spots causing it to bunch oddly but these were small things that didn't detract from how great a gown it was. I'd rent again.

I ended up getting this dress as a replacement when my first option didn't work out, and I'm so glad I did. It fit great and worked out with a basic 2 inch heel. I got so many compliments from random strangers. The only downside was it gets a little warm because of the amount of fabric you're covered in, but otherwise this was a fantastic dress for a military formal affair.

This dress is the closest thing you'll ever think me in to a ball gown. It was everything you would want...open back, full skirt, gorgeous fabric. My only qualm was that it definitely runs big...I am not well endowed so I had to be sure not to lean over. I'm not sure if the 0 would fit but I may try if I rent again.

This gown is truly lovely. The detailing is regal, and it is very sophisticated. However, this gown has a lot of fabric. If you are 5'8", I do NOT recommend ordering the long as I did. It was too long. Overall, I loved wearing this, and the photo attached is actually cropped from a magazine spread I ended up in for attending the event. Also, there are pockets, which is an absolutely lovely feature. If you want to turn heads while keeping a simple elegance to your demeanor, wear this.

if your busty its a bit revealing

I wore this dress to my junior prom, and the top in the front at the breast area is awkwardly spacious, especially if you're flat chested, so I used a safety pin to fix that. It's also a really thick and heavy dress, like 4 or 5 layers, so I wouldn't recommend for an event where you'll be doing a lot of dancing in a crowded space because it can get hot. Other than that, the dress and got several compliments, it's pretty long (I'm 5'5) but perfect with heels (although it will be difficult going up and down stairs), and the back is really cute! Personally it's too elegant for my style, and gives a princess-y feel cause it's so stiff and thick, but the quality is amazing and fits true to size (besides the roomy chest)

The under layer is slate grey and the black lace overlay has flecks of gold. So the color in person is definitely off from the picture but I loved it. Runs slightly larger than what I normally wear. Was happy to be swimming in the 16 and comfortably fit in the 14. Well constructed. And with decent heels the 14 was the perfect length on my short 5'3 frame

I loved the dress, you will need a special bra or garment tape. Because I am smaller chested it was a little large on top. Overall great dress and I would recommend it!

LOVE a dress with pockets. Very comfortable, even if heavy. If you have a very small chest, you may need tape or a pin. The pockets inside are worn down with small holes, but still overall the dress was fantastic.

It was easy to get into and out of. I felt like a princess for our engagement photos. Everyone has been complimenting me on it and I'm still in love. If it wasn't such an expensive dress I'd consider buying it just to wear it again whenever. On the sizing end of things the only CON was that I'm a full C cup and the top was a little ... lot loose. We had to pin it a bit to make it work. I think its one of those cases where if it's a bigger size you're expected to have the chest to fill it.

I wore this dress to a formal New Years party and was the most comfortable lady there! It fit beautifully and even had huge, deep pockets. I carried my phone and lipstick all night without a purse! I'm nearly 6'0" with flats on and this dress skimmed the floor. The negatives....the top gaped open all night and needed pinning. In addition, the skirt was very full and was constantly being stepped on. Styling notes....the color is close to a deep brown with gilded accents. I wore antique Victorian jewelry (it fit the gothic style) and painted my nails dark to keep it fun. Don't bother with heels, the skirt is so big, no one would see them anyway

The top was tight, but was great to keep everything in.

The dress was a little big, I got a size 10 too as I'm usually a 9 but I should have got a size smaller instead. It wasn't overly large but it could have fit tighter. I did though have to break the thread to make the neckline more comfortable. The color was gorgeous, and I had a lot of fun dancing in it. I was still getting compliments the next morning at brunch.

This dress was extremely easy to get it and out of, I loved the opening in the back and that I didn't need to wear a bra with this dress. I'm a 36DDD so it's not often I can not wear a bra and still look good. I wore this to my senior recital and it was my second dress. I got compliments all evening from this dress and I most certainly recommend it.

Fit for Cinderella : This gown is so beautiful in detail in fit. I love the material and though heavy it is easy to walk in a flows beautifully. The length is slightly long on my 5'4 frame, but can be adjusted depending on your heel height. I also love the peak of skin on the back. As the back is slightly open I suggest no bra or a Nu bra for this gown. This gown is perfect for a black tie venue!
