Absolutely beautiful dress. Waist and hips were form fitting but was still comfortable. Sleeves were a little hard to keep up.

1 shoulder had to be pinned to bra, should have had clips. Belt fabric inside itchy but high waisted panties Spanx took care of it. I loved this dress! Fabulous.

I rented this for my graduation pictures to celebrate my PhD. And it was perfect. Classy elegant and so beautiful. Fit great too.

This kind of dress is exactly why I use Rent the Runway. Absolutely beautiful detailing and something that is unique enough that I would really only want to wear it once even though I loved it so much! The neckline is a bit lower than it seems in the picture so cleavage does show. There is little give in the dress so unless the band hits right at your waist point, it may not look right. The cap sleeves are a tad big but I personally liked the look. The length hit right at my knees which was perfect as we were attending a religious ceremony prior to a wedding. The dress and fit received many compliments. The dress fit my body type like a glove: 5'10", 150 lbs, hourglass figure.

The fit is pretty flawless. The shoulders were a bit large on me but I feel like a taller woman would be perfect. The dress is fitted but with little stretch. I would size up if your waist or hips are fuller. I got compliments all night.

The fit was perfect. I usually use a size 6 but my hips sometimes need an 8. The fit was sexy but not tight. The lace was roomie around the arms and stayed put on the skin in front and back; no weird folding or bending. The pale blue. light green and silver/gray lace color is very easy to compliment with neutral color accessories (shoes and clutch).

Pretty dress! It slides off the shoulder a bit and was not tight at all. (A little big in fact) i am a true 6 usually but this was like on me. Because the style is so flattering it didn't matter that it was large. Lots of compliments, would recommend!

Got lots of compliments on this dress. However, after reading the reviews, I purchased doubled sided Hollywood tape. The top lace & sleeves above the bustline are not structured & very "blousey ". Had I not secured the sleeves with tape they would definitely fall off the shoulder.

Beautiful details and got a bunch of compliments on it! A push-up bra would probably be best for small-chested women like me. Unforgiving in the tummy area - Spanx work great. Needed to use double-sided tape at the shoulders to keep them up and some detail on the chest to tack it down. The zipper on this dress is very difficult at the waist due to the banding. My husband's method to get me in and out of the dress was to push in while zipping. Otherwise, loved the dress!

Wore this to a family wedding. Very classy, tasteful but different style. Definitely stood out and got so many compliments. Comfy to wear, felt like it was tailored to my body.

Very, very classy and elegant but not over the top. Showed my figure very well. Is form fitting so if you are bigger in too or bottom, then order size up as it has NO GIVE!

I absolutely adored this dress! I received so many compliments. I am flat-chested so the top was a little loose but it didn't bother me or ruin the fit. I felt beautiful wearing it. The colors are subtle but the pattern is stunning. I suggest wearing a push-up strapless bra.

This dress fit true-to-size, and I was able to wear the size 10. As other reviewers have noted, the waist is banded with a ribbon which has ZERO stretch to it. If I didn't hold in my stomach, the dress in profile was not super flattering. But if you don't mind a little pouch, the overall look of the dress was very up-scale and elegant. The lace of the outer layer is light green, light blue/purple and ivory and looks very expensive and well done. The under layer is actually a light green and has stretch to it, but the lace of the outer layer prevents any significant "give." So, best to order a size that will fit and not try to squeeze into a smaller size. While I am somewhat busty (36E) I had no problem with cleavage showing, or feeling over exposed - which may have more to do with my 57 year old figure than the dress itself. But I was able to wear a normal bra with it and did not have to wear a strapless contraption. This made the entire evening much more comfortable. I don't know that my shoulders are particularly broad, but I had no problem with the sleeves staying up and did not need or use fashion tape to hold everything together - as others have said. Edited to add: As I look back now on the pictures of the event and reflect on how I felt at the time, this dress made me feel as pretty as I have ever been. A great rental of a terrific dress!

I am petite, only 5'2". The top of the dress was a bit long making the neck line a little too deep. I put some loose stitches in the shoulders to bring it up. This worked perfectly! The fit was great for the entire event. Not too long or too short. It hit me just below the knee. I overheard a younger man at the reception say to a friend, "Great job on the dress mom!"

This was the perfect dress for my college graduation - I got SO many compliments on how beautiful it was and how well it fit me. My sister remarked that it looked like it was custom made for me! The two biggest downsides are: 1) the sleeves are very loose for petite people - as other reviewers had said, fashion tape is a MUST to keep the sleeves from slipping down, and 2) I'm very petite (5'1", 120 lbs, wide hips) so the dress falls mid-calf, which can make you look very short. It's gorgeous in photos from the knees up, but if a picture is showing your full body (as in the one I shared), you look tiny. Other than that, it is BEAUTIFUL and I would highly recommend it! This was also my first RTR experience and I loved how easy everything was - if you're on the fence, I would say go for it!

I rented this for Easter and despite the teeny peek of cleavage, it was a perfect easter dress! The lace is beautiful but mine had several pulls in it. They weren't terribly noticeable but it is pretty delicate. I am now an exact size 6 in everything and the 6 fit fairly well but the hips were a bit of a squeeze. Waist and bust fit perfectly and could almost be called roomy. I wouldn't recommend sizing up unless you REALLY think you need extra hip room. Overall, a wonderful dress! P.S. I'm 5'6" and felt the dress was a tad long. Definitely pushing tea length on anyone shorter.

It fit really well (the size 8) which made me glad they couldn't ship out the size 6, as it likely wouldn't have zipped up! A little spacious in the chest area, hence why I am wearing a cardigan over it. I was sad it didn't match the hat I had originally purchased, so I decided to go on and make my own Easter Bonnet, which turned out amazing! Lots of compliments on the dress and hat combo!

Got about a zillion compliments - great for church as it's long and has a little sleeve - very elegant- but was quite faint and needed the spray tan to avoid looking like a ghost

A little tight in the middle try sizing up if mid area and hips are fuller the ribbon sash has no give. Get help with the zipper it's very difficult. The sleeves fall over immediately so buy dress tape for shoulders and the lace should display perfectly. Length is conservative and detailing on the lace is exquisite.

I loved this dress. It's a true light blue - some pictures made it look more frosty looking. The fit was great. I'm a 30G, 34 in waist, and a healthy full figure butt (I know that's right), so I'm always worried about online dresses, but this one was super easy. I wore with nude heels, minimal jewelry, and a purple/pink lip. Enjoy!
