Not your typical black gown! The lace and beads are one of a kind! Perfect for a festivity of any kind!

I thought this would be my front runner but I didn't end up choosing it. I think I would have loved it if it had the nude liner rather than the black liner. The lace is lovely and it's very comfortable. It just didn't wow me. It would be perfect for a more understated affair.

I was honored for an award at a charity Gala and wore this dress for a 1920s themed event and LOVED it!! Matched the theme but would look great at any event. Was a little tight but overall I loved it. Would highly recommend. If you are in between sizes like myself I would go up a size

I ordered this dress to get a gauge on the size for a different dress by the same designer for another occasion. This dress is gorgeous, fits true to size but I am 5' 10" and I need a 4L, the 4R was too short (see photo)

Dresses came in sizes 8 R and 10 L. Surprisingly, the length of the 8 was too short so the long was chosen even if it was a little larger than what would normally be worn.

The fit is overall is true to size but I would say on the smaller size of an 8. The bust ran a little small but I just went braless and it was perfect. The length worked well for kitten heels or flats but to wear anything higher I would have needed the 8L and I am about 5'6". The liner is black, not nude as pictured, and most reviews say that. I actually like it better that way. Whether I was sitting, standing, or dancing the dress was very comfortable! I highly recommend this one for your formal affairs!

I ordered the 10L and the 8L. Both fit. I went with the 8L because it formed to my waist a bit better. The 10L still looked good but wasn't as form fitting. This was my first RTR experience and it was fabulous! The detail on the dress is gorgeous and it was incredibly comfortable. So you know exactly what my measurements are, I'm 5'7", 154lbs, Bust 34", Waist 30", Hips 41". I wore 2" heels and that had the length just touching the floor. So I'm glad I ordered the L.

As others have mentioned, this dress has a black underlay instead of a nude one as shown -- still gorgeous. I'm about 5'7.5" and the regular was a bit short. It ended up working fine, but if you plan to wear higher heels or are a taller gal, get the long.

A little large

The gown fit well and was fairly forgiving. I recommend wearing it with a strapless bra due to the cutouts on the top. The lace and beading give this otherwise simple gown a sophisticated feeling - perfect for a formal affair. It was comfortable to wear all night.

Fit was perfect. It wasn't very long, so I wore shorter heels, which was fine by me!

This dress is just beautiful and fits like a glove. Bust runs a little small. I am 5'2" and 145lbs. Bust is 36C and the dress is very snug through the chest. Minimal issue considering the reward. Will definitely rent again!

I absolutely loved this gown. I am typically a 4 (but can go down to a 2) but it was only available in a 2L so I gave it a chance. It fit perfectly and with heels, the length was fine. At first, I was thrown because the lining is black and not nude as in the picture but I ended up loving it just the same. It breathed well and I was able to dance and enjoy the night without problems. I got so many compliments and felt like a million dollars in it! I would highly recommend this dress!

The dress is simply amazing!!! Is not heavy even though it has beaded work. It fitted like a charm and it was very easy to dance in it. The pictures don’t make it justice, it’s a gorgeous dress . You’ll receive many compliments!

I found the 4R somewhat loose but wearable because the heavy fabric falls smoothly. Received lots of compliments. The liner is black, NOT nude as it appears in the RTR photos. Would rent again if I had the opportunity!

Fits true to size! Can't wear a normal bra with it, so be aware. Super comfortable, made for a great night.

Dress fit true to size. While it was heavy on the hanger, it didn't feel heavy to wear. Wore to a black tie gala that I ran - was easy and comfortable to run around in all night. Perfect with a small heel. Underlay is black - not nude as it appears in photos of model. I received compliments all night on the dress.

The gown was a perfect fit and so very comfortable. The cut and detail of the gown with beaded lace was truly elegant. I received compliments throughout the evening!

I usually struggle with dresses because I'm a 2/4 on top but a 6 on bottom. However, the 4R size fit me PERFECTLY. It was form-fitting, but not too tight. It was also super comfortable and the length was perfect.

I wore this to a black tie event with colleagues and clients. It was conservative enough for the event but the beading and semi-illusion neckline made it a great dress for a young professional. The dress is extremely flattering and the beading is beautiful. I got compliments all night. I wore short heels because the dress was not long enough for my nicer heels. I'm 5'5 so potentially order a long if you're much taller.

This was the back up to my back up and I had to make last minute decisions because my dress was not available. I asked the stylist for something more covered up and appropriate for my age and this was suggested. It worked perfectly. The size was right on although the 10R would have been a better length with 2 inch heels as I had to mind the hem all night. I wore with a strapless bra because the shoulders are sheer. I felt terrific and would rent it again.

This dress could not have been more perfect. It fit like a glove, the details were subtle, but gorgeous, and it was incredibly comfortable. I'm 5'3" and with 3-inch heels the regular length was great. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend this dress to other curvy girls.

This is such a beautiful dress. The details in this dress are so pretty! I am wearing a four in the photo and the dress does fit true to size. The dress is slightly fitted in my waist but not at my hips. I do recommend going a size up for a backup size. The fabric has no stretch to it. The dress would work for any cup size. I am a 36D and felt very comfortable. This dress must be worn with a strapless bra or NuBra. This dress would be perfect for a formal event during the night. Pair with black heels and gold jewelry.

Loved the dress! Had tons of comments. One problem I had was the under slip was hanging out and rolling up showing the tan color....quick fix though my mom did a quick stitch and turned it under :-)

This dress was a beautiful fit. I'm carrying some extra weight around my hips and thighs after just having a baby and this dress made them look awesome. The lace and length of this dress scream elegance and I felt absolutely beautiful wearing this dress.

This dress fits true to size- I usually wear a 4 and the 4R fit perfectly. The length was perfect- I wore 4 inch heels with it- my shoes were just peeking out. It was floor length with flats. One con- Since the dress was lace it was really easy for my heels to get caught on the back while walking so I had to be really careful with my steps the whole night. The style of the dress was form-fitting but still forgiving as it was an A-line cut and can be flattering on any body type. The beading is not really noticeable so the dress looks like black lace but it was still really elegant. The dress was pretty comfortable to wear but the top part was a little itchy. Overall this was an amazing, beautiful dress and I would definitely rent it again!!

I'm just under 5'8" and I took the size 6 long-it was Very long, needed to wear platform 3 inch heels and the dress still touched the ground. The dress is very well made, of high quality, beautiful & elegant. Looks more black, in real life you don't actually see the gold lining. Had a nice weight to it with the beads, and it was very comfortable. You don't need a necklace with this dress. Fit true to size, I think this dress would work on all body types.
