I ended up renting this dress when the original dress I rented did not work out. It was a blessing in disguise because this dress was so much fun to dance in! I received so many compliments the entire night. It fits true to size and I would definitely rent again!

The dress wasnt quite what I expected. The red material looked a little cheap in person. It also must hold on to odors because ir smelled a little strange. BUT the show must go on! The fit was great and I got several compliments. Dress loojed hreatbin photos too.

5'10", 2L, 135lbs, 32C - the top of the dress is sequined so it felt pretty scratchy against my skin, but other than that it was very comfortable.

Very comfortable, illusion neckline and bias cut skirt really give this dress something special. Forgiving in the midsection and tight on top, but I still wore a strapless bra to help lift a little. Such a great rental!

For sure size up! Im very flat chested and very thin up top and this was SNUG. I cant imagine wearing this with any sort of a chest. I agree that the material isn't as dressy as it appears. It was a little bit hard to get flat as it did ship a bit wrinkly. I am making the dress sound bad but I did love the dress and got a lot of compliments.

This dress is AMAZINGLY beautiful. It's everything you could want in a dress. Very confortable, and the beading is gorgeous. The color is stunning as well. The fabric is thick and it has two different linings, a regular one and a tulle one that gives it a little puff. I rented the long one and it was perfect with 4 inch heels. I got compliments all night long! By far one of the most beautiful dresses i have rented. Even my son (the gentleman with me on the pic) thought it was a beautiful dress!

I really loved this dress, and I received compliments everywhere we went the night of the event!! It was comfortable, and didn't require me to wear Spanx or a bra. The top was tight but not uncomfortable. If my chest was any larger, the dress wouldn't have zipped. It absolutely required a thorough steaming when it arrived. I'm glad I didn't have to size up, because the sz 12 dress fabric was very worn. It didnt appear as bright or new as the sz 10. I paired the dress with nude strappy heals (2") and a clutch to match. Im tall and the length of the 10L was perfect. It was about an inch off the ground in my heals. I would absolutely rent this dress again!! I felt so beautiful!

Loved this dress and recieved ao many compliments! The only thing is the top sparkly part of the dress was itchy around my neck and chest. But so worth it! LOVED IT!

I had a baby 7 months ago, and while the belly is mostly gone this dress did a great job of hiding the flaws!!! Loved the length. I️ was worried it would be a little "odd" but it was super cute. 5'4, 140lb. Oh and has pockets!!!!

Ignore my slouch, it’s actually quite flattering! I wore the dress to an inaugural ball and it was perfect for the occasion! It was comfortable, has pockets, and is a show stopper. My only complaint is that I was mistaken for a celebrating republican that night because of the color...

This dress is sooooo pretty. The beading detail at the top is gorgeous. Loved the bright red color, got lots of compliments. I think this dress runs a little small. I'm usually between a 4-6, and I wore the 8. It was a little short through the torso for me, but I'm long waisted. Still wearable though. Loved everything else about it.

The pockets are awesome, the dress is very special, I definitely got compliments all night.

I absolutely loved this dress. I sized up because I have big boobs and I read that it was tight in the chest. It fit me perfectly and I didn't need a bra.

Had to size up for this one -- getting the zipper up is a two-person job! But once it was on, the dress was comfortable, easy to move in. Wore 2 inch heels as this does not come in a petite size, but it was worth it. I wore this for my rehearsal dinner, and the night was unforgettable. Loved the color, the silhouette and the neckline. I received compliments in this dress all night long. The material is a bit heavy but comfortable and flows nicely on the dancefloor; impeccably crafted. With a third trimester baby bump, the high low style was just a bit higher in front which worked perfectly to show a little leg and cute shoes. Highly recommend!

I rented this for my sister for our parents' Ruby Wedding Anniversary Party/Vow Renewal. My sisters and I were required to wear red so I got her this dress and I wore the red Badgley Mischka Cascade Gown. This dress was perfect for my sister who has a more youthful style than me and also does not like strapless dresses or anything form-fitting around the hips/knees. It went with her personality and looked beautiful. She and I are about the same size and height, but she is smaller in the bust area and noted that it was snug around the chest. The length was perfect with three inch heels.

I'm so in love with the dress. It was perfect for a holiday ball at the French embassy. Fit was true to size for me. This dress made me feel like a princess! And it has pockets which is fantastic. I loved it because it was comfortable enough to move around and dance in, but still looked very classy and fabulous.

Fits true to size. Flattering to my hourglass figure, accentuating my leaner upper body and flattering my lower problem areas. The button on the back did come undone repeatedly throughout the night. I loved having the pockets and the dress was comfortable for dancing and mingling. I spent the whole nights receiving compliments.

I rented this dress for my husband's company party which I have been attending for 11 years. Every year I feel pressure to get something more beautiful than the year prior, and this year I did not fail! I rented this in the 4L and 6L and ended up wearing the 4 because the skirt wasn't as big, but then had to go back to my room to put the 6 on after the cocktail hour because the netting on the 4 was cutting into me under the arms. These photos are of the 6L when I changed, you can see in the selfie one how I had more room, but it didn't feel like it would fall off because the netting... so its a strapless dress without the frustration. So comfortable in the 6L, and LOVED the pockets! This was a favorite, I would rent again for a wedding or something formal.

This dress is gorgeous and made me feel like a million bucks. I wore this for a charity event in December and it was perfect. The 2R was a perfect fit. I'm 5'2" and the back of the dress just hit the floor with 2" heels. I think the 4 would have been too long. I received a million complements on the dress :-)

Like other comments, needed to steam dress prior to wearing and some good adjustments w the tulle under the skirt. With a little attention, was perfect! Order size up if bigger busted! I'm a 32DDD and needed every bit of space in the size 6 dress! I bought a sticky bra to wear with and was perfect. Totally recommend!

The RTR team saved me after the dress I ordered months ago didn't fit. They overnights this gorgeous gown to me, and I felt regal wearing it all night long. It's surprisingly comfortable--the fabric is heavy and very forgiving. The neckline is flattering, and you don't have to wear a necklace, so that's a bonus. The fit was spot on!

Overall, the dress was true to size. It has pockets and flares/falls at the waist. I'm 5'7 and with heels I didn't have a problem with the regular length. I would totally wear this again and would recommend it.

I rented this dress for a "black tie optional" wedding. Typically I opt for black dresses but this one was a show stopper--with pockets! In addition to photographing beautifully, the dress has a stunning structure and movement--especially on the dancefloor. Compliments on compliments all night long! I ordered both the 6L and the 8L; as a 34DD I typically have to go up a size on more form-fitting tops, and this fit perfectly. With a 4-in+ heel, the back side of the dress just skimmed the floor (I'm 5'8). A show stopper and stunner indeed -- my boyfriend LOVED that his girlfriend was the one to make a bright splash in the sea of black tuxes and dresses!

This dress is hands-down worth E-V-E-R-Y dollar! Personally, I think Marchesa Nolte has some of the best dresses on RTR. Her designs are stunning, and you're sure to be a showstopper in her dresses! This one is no exception - the illusion neckline has delicate gold flowers that pair well with jewelry, the bodice is fit well (look ma, no bra!), and the skirt is full-bodied. I could have done the 6R since the back of the dress slightly dragged along the ground, but the brick-and-mortar location only had a 6L in this dress. It was still beautiful as it made a mini train. The fabric is quite thick and was wrinkly when I picked up the dress, but nothing that a quick steam couldn't fix - *TIP* Steam this dress from the INSIDE. It works much better for getting those tough deep-set wrinkles out! The dress also has deep pockets that will hold your phone and lipgloss without any revealing lumps. Overall, perfect dress for your special occasion!

This dress was very comfy all night, it's a thick fabric which does wrinkle (as evidenced by my photo) after a long night of wear. The pockets are deep and very convenient. I received so many compliments all night! The only downside is I had a few scratches/ red marks where the sequins from the top of the dress' screen rubbed on my chest.

I was able to wear this comfortably without a bra. The zipper was a challenge to do on your own as others have mentioned but not deal breaker. If you are tall, I definitely recommend getting the long. At 5'9 "I had just enough length to wear 3-inch heels.

I thought I would have to wear the 6, but the 4 fit better in the top and waist. I have a petite torso but curvy hips, so this dress really complimented that by hiding the curves and highlighting my waist. The color has more orange undertones and I was able to find a lipstick that matched pretty well. The beading on the top is a really nice accent and I didn't need much else to accessorize. With 3" heels the length in the back was perfect, I didn't have to lift the train too often. You will feel like an absolute princess in this dress.

The top fits tight. Even though the fabric was thick, I wanted to wear a bra and had to size up to do that. The fabric needs a steaming so be sure you have time to steam day-of. I would never have picked this dress if not for the other reviews and also because I could rent it - not buy! It was a stunner and I highly recommend for a formal affair or formal wedding. If you are tall, make sure you get the long. I'm 5'10" and with 2.5-3" heels it was perfect length (I didn't want it touching the floor so yes, there is a bit of space but so worth it when walking or getting up out of a chair).

I attended a gala, and had famous celebrities compliment me on this dress! Do yourself a huge favor and rent this dress! It fits like a glove, is super comfortable, and is extremely flattering, both in person and in photos.

I ordered this dress last minute and loved it! The pockets were perfect and the dress fit great! I wore it with 5 inch heels (not pictured) and the high low made it easy to walk while the back of the dress was the perfect distance from the ground. I do recommend wearing a bra but it might be seen from the back so make sure you watch for that.

When selecting this dress, I had read that it can run small and was nervous about its fit. However, for my body type, the fit was perfect and the lace on top did not rub up against my skin at all. The fabric of the dress is a little thicker, which was perfect for a cool night. I received compliments on this dress all night long, and the pockets were a great addition!

Pockets are a huge plus - didn't have to carry a clutch all night. Beautiful cut and color! RTR Chicago rep told me to get a size 6L, I got a 4L as a backup, which fit perfectly.
