I wore this for my wedding rehearsal and dinner. It was very girl and romantic and fit perfectly though I think it would be tight in the ribcage and bust for some.

We canceled our big wedding due to covid, ended up just getting married at home with 9 people (all tested). The dress was great for the occasion.

This dress is hands down one of the most beautiful cocktail dresses I've ever worn. It is slightly shorter than I am used to but I'm tall-ish. It had a low back so note you'll have to wear it with a low back bra or adjusted one, but it didn't need a slip underneath. Made my 40th birthday party perfect!

I rented this dress for my engagement party and I truly felt like a bride-to-be! I loved he lace and open back. The dress had plenty of room for my hips and booty. It was perfect for my pear shape!

This was one of three dresses I had for my rehearsal dinner, and I ended up wearing this dress. I used a pull-up/push up sticky bra that's been advertised all over Facebook, and the bust of this dress fit's tight enough that everything looked okay. That bra is not so great, but if you are wearing a clothing item that is fitted over it the sticky bra, it can be good for an opened back style that you want to eliminate straps for.. This dress was tight in the bust but had a very flattering A-line to it. I received many compliments on this dress and WOULD wear it again to a rehearsal dinner but would not recommend it as a "second look" dress because the arms are tight and would limit your ability to dance party as you should at your wedding!

I rented this dress for a pre-wedding event at our church. It fits true to size, not much support in the bra. The dress has beautiful details. I'm 5'3 and wore 4 inch heels and it was just long enough.

Marchesa is my favorite designer on this site and this dress did not disappoint. When I showed my finance he immediately labeled it "the special dress" and I think the dressed lived up to that label! The lace was so elegant, classy, flirty, and just gorgeous. The fit was perfect. Runs true to size. I did not notice any tightness anywhere. Great length - not too short but a little sexy. The empire waist is forgiving but I did not think it was boxy on me. Loved loved loved!

I wore this dress for my bridal shower and I have to say, it was a huge hit with everyone including myself! I was nervous since this was my first ever rental from RTR, but everything was smooth and easy. Based on reviews, I ordered my standard size 6 and a backup size 8. When the dresses arrived, I tried on the 8 first and it did fit well enough that I could have worn it; however, the 6 fit better in my chest area (small-chested) and I chose to wear that size to my shower. As people have mentioned, it is tight in the arm area if you try to raise your arms above shoulder height, but that was not an issue for me since I wasn't planning on raising my arms for any extended amount of time. I also was able to wear a strapless bra, and just tucked the back down into the dress--no problem! Overall: beautiful dress, great fit, TONS of compliments all day long :)

This dress fits true to size. It could definitely be worn without a bra, even with a 38D bust. It has no give but still allowed for food to be enjoyed. I loved that it's off white and not long. I got compliments all night and loved how I looked in it for my wedding day!

I love this dress! The fit was true to size and the cut is very flattering. The only knock on the dress is that you cannot wear a standard bra because of how the back is cut. You have to wear a low back bra. Very pretty though and was perfect for a date night out with my husband for my 33rd birthday.

The dress was great from the start. I was worried it would be too long on me since I am less than 5'0 but heels fixed that. Everyone complimented me on my dress and it was the perfect dress for my bridal shower :)

Wore this for my Wedding Shower. It's very pretty. The cut out isn't super low, so it doesn't reveal any "back rolls." The sleeves are kind of stiff, so reaching my arms up required a little work (lots of hugs and greetings), but nothing too uncomfortable. Overall, great dress! I'm 5'6" and 175lbs, apple figure with 36DD.

I am 38D/DD, 165lbs, 5'4'' and usually wear a 12 but I felt much better in the 14. You have to wear a low back bra (I bought the strap thing from RTR what pulls your strap down in the back and it worked perfectly). It fit so well and wasn't too revealing for me. I loved it!

This was a sub for my original backup dress, so ultimately my third choice that I had to go with at the very last minute. It felt very Bridal and is a very pretty dress. It runs true to size but it is definitely short (I am 5'5"). Also you can't wear a regular bra with this so I wore the stickies and being an A cup it looked a little lacking because the fabric is shaped for at least a B. However I still loved the dress and it felt very delicate and bridal!

The dress was delicate with the beautiful golden lace yet sturdy. Everybody loved it's fit on me. I usually wear size 10 so I was glad to have gotten extra fit!

I wore this dress to my bridal shower. I ordered a size 10 (I'm also 5'7) and it fit perfectly! I got so many compliments on the dress! I couldn't have been happier!

The shoulders were a bit tight, but I expected that based on other peoples' reviews. I think this dress is best-suited for smaller cup sizes (I'm a 34C and it fit like a glove). I wore this dress to my elopement and couldn't have picked a better choice!

This dress is a looker! I received a lot of compliments about the dress - the lace and the back of the dress especially. I didn't even try on the 2, as the 0 fit perfectly, and no bra required. As other reviews stated, it is a little snug when you raise your arms, but this didn't affect the evening. The threading on the dress is more silver than I thought. I wore nude strappy stilettos to keep the look soft. Very happy with my rental!

I wore this dress for my bachelorette party in Charleston the night of the Derby! It was perfect for the Derby and white for the bride to be! Very comfy! The bust was a little small and kept hiking up which I had to keep adjusting my strapless bra, but fun to wear!

Absolutely loved this dress. I rented it for a back up to my wedding dress and I was SO thankful that I did. I ordered both the 6 and the 8. Both fit; however, I noticed that size 6 was tight in the shoulder area. It was hard lifting my arms, and I was scared of ripping the dress! The 8 alleviated this issue, and it still fit great in the waist and bust. The fabric is thick enough that you're fine going braless. Length was perfect, didn't ride up on me too badly when I sat down. I received so many compliments!

I had ordered a different dress for my birthday party at a fancy restaurant. The dress didnt make it back to RTR on time, so I got to choose a replacement. RTR shipped it out fast and got it to me on time. The dress is lovely,, beautiful detailing. Even though it is empire waist, it is tapered, so you wont have that "pregnant empire waist" look. The one drawback is, the sleeves were a bit tight. Granted, I have muscular arms, but I couldn't raise my arms above my head in the dress. Fortunately, I didnt need to get anything off the top shelf!

The dress runs a bit tight in the arm and back area. I wore a size bigger than I normally wear just to be comfortable and to allow me to move my arms more freely. The dress is fully lined.

The dress is comfortable and not itchy at all. I used a nubra since I am flat chested. I wore the size 4 and it just fits perfectly. The only drawback is the fit at the back which is slightly bigger but other than that, the dress is perfect.

When I saw this dress on RTR I knew I had to wear it for my bridal shower tea. When I tried it on it was perfect! Then when I wore it for my shower, everyone adored it! I wanted to wear it all day because of how cute it was. I felt gorgeous!

This dress is beyond words! The lace has a bit of a metallic sheen, but really makes the dress pop in the evening. The front of the dress is low cut, but it didn't bother me. I didn't wear a bra with this dress with the cut out in the back of this dress. I wore this for my rehearsal dinner, and did not stop getting compliments how beautiful I looked. I loved this dress! It was gorgeous! I'm 5'8" and wore heels, and I felt it was a smidgen too short for a church ceremony. No one else seemed to think it looked too short, and it photographs beautifully!
