I’ve been wanting to rent this dress for the longest time. Finally got it but I ordered a size 8 and I’m usually a size 4. But it fit like a glove. I’m not sure a 4 would have fit. So I would say it runs small. I’ve ordered dresses from this designer before and have always been a 4. Not sure what happened with this dress but it is amazing. It has pockets too!

Okay, full disclosure—I was sweating bullets before getting this dress. I’m petite, vertically challenged, fun-sized. And I was convinced it would either swallow me whole or turn into a personal sauna. Plot twist: it was PERFECTION. I felt like the star of the event! Compliments? Oh, just a casual avalanche of them all night. I normally wear a size 2 and this baby fit like it was custom tailored by angels just for me. Yes, I wore heels. Yes, it still dragged a little. But, elegantly. Think red carpet, not tripping hazard. Now let’s talk features: TWO deep pockets. TWO. I didn’t need a purse. I didn’t need a clutch. I just shoved my phone, lipstick, snacks right in there and kept it moving. The zipper is the only drama this dress brings. You will need help. Summon someone with upper body strength and patience. But once it’s zipped? Oh honey, it’s GAME OVER. You’re locked in and ready to SLAY. A note on the fit—it’s got a little poof around the tummy, which I personally loved. It hides a food baby like a champ. But if you’re super slim, just be prepared for people to wonder if you’re baking a croissant in there. I sent a pic to my mom and she said “OMG! You’re pregnant!?” 🤦🏻‍♀️ Doesn’t matter though, because you’ll look unreasonably amazing. Bottom line: Rent this dress. Love this dress. Write sonnets about this dress. And RTR—when you’re done with this dress? Return to Renter. (IYKYK.) 😬

5’2” 124 wore the 4 with some high platforms the length was perfect. So comfortable. Absolutely loved it. The 2 also fit but was tighter and less comfortable.

Ended up sizing up only because the zipper was a little tricky but so flattering. Highly recommend!

I wore this to my BIL’s wedding in California and I felt so amazing in the dress. Everything about it was absolutely gorgeous, from the color to the beautifully draped gown that was just the right amount of formal without going overboard. I got so many compliments and people asking where I had gotten the dress. I ordered the 10 and 8 and tried on the 8 first. It fit and I didn’t have time to try on the 10 so I just went with it. Although in hindsight the sleeves were a little short on my arms (maybe that’s how it’s supposed to look?). I wore 2.5 inch heels and that seemed about the perfect height to keep the dress off the floor. If you have an event that this dress would be appropriate for, RENT IT. It is stunning.

This dress was true to size. The color was a jewel tone blue and stunning. I wore a 3 inch heal and I am 5'4 could have worn a 4inch, but my stylist liked the gold with the look. Zipper was a little hard to open off the hanger but I think it was due to maybe being the first person to wear the dress. Show stopper!

Love this dress and received many compliments. The dress has pockets which is amazing and functional. The only downfall is the zipper. The material on the skirt is very difficult to zip up, once you get it past the skirt, the zipper goes up easily.

The neck was tight on the better fitting size.

This was my first time using RTR, unfortunately whoever rented this size (my backup size) either returned it late or damaged the gown. RTR informed me and since my even was in 2 days and we didn’t know if my primary size would fit, RTR provided excellent customer service and let me rent multiple backup dresses in different sizes free of charge!
