This dress was amazing I got so many compliments! It was comfortable and elegant. My only issue was that the fabric was so heavy, the dress slipped down a bit. This might not be an issue if you have a bigger bust to keep it up. Overall loved it!

This dress was SO comfortable & flattering, EASY to wear and I wanted to keep it forever! 😍 I do think it ran a tad big in the chest if you are really looking for that snug fit, but that very well could have been due to a misfit strapless bra! Overall would HIGHLY recommend this dress!!

I am a true size 16 and the 14R fit perfectly comfortably. There was a relatively open bust so I wore a strapless bra and shapewear. The stomach is not very forgiving as far as hiding a tummy, lumps, or bumps but I thought it looked lovely with my curves. I felt beautiful in this and would definitely recommend it!

This dress was really beautiful and I felt great in it. I ordered the 4 and got the 2 as my backup size, and the 2 fit much better and more snugly. The corset top did dig into my waist a bit after wearing it for a few hours and dancing a lot, but it was comfortable for the most part. Definitely long and you will likely need to wear high heels if you’re not tall.

I wore something else but I thought this was a nice dress. The fabric is thick and high quality. It was a little plain Jane/bridesmaid vibe. I'd strongly suggest a funky/blinged out belt and it would be perfect.

Wore this to a fundraiser gala and felt beautiful. Fit just right. Had boning in the chest so no bra needed. Felt amazing. Heavier build so it was plenty warm in colder weather!

This dress fit like a dream! It is heavy, but was perfect for a chilly fall wedding. I ordered the 4R and 6P because the 4P was not available. I would have preferred to wear the 4 but it was WAY too long. The petite length was perfect for me but I still had to wear 3+ in heels to make it work. The 6 was slightly big up top but with the boning was still able to get away with not wearing a bra. I’m generally between a 4/6 so would say this fit true to size. Overall an amazing dress that I would GLADLY rent again…was sad to send it back!

I wore some honey love shape wear under and I got so many compliments the whole night. It felt beautiful, sturdy and still delicate. The slight is too high for shorts shape wear as a heads up but other than that it’s made it to my favorites list to be re rented when I need a go to!

I am ALWAYS a size 4 - literally with everything; pants, jeans, leggings, dresses, etc... This dress is gorgeous but the material is HEAVY and the 4 fit more like a 6/8!!! It slid right off my chest!! The length is definitely long and meant for someone who is over 5'10". If you aren't over 5'10", get the Regular length as it will be plenty!!! I ended up returning and getting the 0R - which fit like a 4R. The corset is tight but you need that extra snugness to hold up the dress and not risk it falling off while walking and dancing!!

I was 16 weeks pregnant and needed a dress for a gala. I loved it! I could definitely wear it again after pregnancy. Length is perfect for my long legs and held up well around the bust.

I felt so good in this dress! I channeled my inner Elsa and people definitely caught on. I got so many compliments. I really loved this dress. I went with the recommended size even tho I was hesitant it wouldn’t fit, but it did! It was a little short for me, but actually worked well because the weather was wild that night and it would have gotten soaked.

Loved this dress, but it kept falling down. It’s a heavier gown and I felt like I was going to be flashing people all night. I think a smaller size would have worked but it’s hard to tell. I’m postpartum so not quite sure of my current size 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I did not wear it to my black tie wedding.

This dress doesn’t have any stretch or anything so order you usual size. I ordered the 10L and 12 didn’t come in a long for some reason and I wish it did, it would have made a huge difference. This is truly a stunning gown and will make you look like an haute couture model BUT it runs long and at least one size large. I’m a 12 for the bust usually and I am one headturn away from flashing everyone in this 12, so definitely size down one. I’m also 5ft7 and you can see the pooling at my feet! The structure and velvet material are even more beautiful in person, though, so I really wish this could have worked.

I wore the beautiful gown for an outdoor wedding and felt like a princess! The bow in front is comforting to let the belly out you while you enjoy all hors d’oeuvres. The fit around the waist was just right and the corset emphasized cleavage. The dress is very long and needed higher heals so that it didn’t drag.

I had originally rented two different dresses for a formal event, but one of the dresses was unable to be shipped due to the previous renter not returning the dress on time. Consequently, RTR allowed me to select two different dresses to rent at no cost. I chose a blue one, and without loving any of the other options, I decided to give this one a try. The theme for the gala had something to do with the 50's, so I thought the velvet would be a fun "hollywood glam" nod to the 50's (maybe??). I ended up not liking the way the other two dresses looked/fit, so I surprised myself and went with this option. It fit great and looked amazing. My only complaint is the hanger strings kept wanting to pop out of the back of the dress, and because it was a rental and not my own dress, I didn't want to cut them off.

The color didn’t flatter but the dress really had old Hollywood glam feel. It fit perfectly and while it looks a little busty in photo it really wasn’t. I didn’t need a bra but cut of dress would’ve allowed for one I am just unsure would the outline have shown thru fabric. It was a nice thickness and stretch that hugged but didn’t squeeze. It was too thick or heavy that you would get hot and it really did have a beautiful drape and flow. I wasn’t a fan of the tie around the waist. I just felt it cut the line of the dress but there is a seam across waist as well. The slit it a nice touch without being too high. I’m 5’8” and in bare feet a small heel would’ve been all I needed to keep it from dragging.

Even after reading the reviews and seeing the fit, I went with a size smaller and the dress still didn’t fit. Very heavy material which almost makes it wanna fall off. Not meant for smaller chests. Pretty dress, just make sure to get multiple sizes if you’re really into this look

This dress runs large in the bust and is overall just blah. Silver lining, it was extremely comfortable

I got so many compliments, beautiful material. The dress is heavy, but the boning of the bodice is really structured. I’m 5’4 and this dress was wayyy too long on me and I had to wear very high heels which I ended up regretting a bit. I’m usually between a size 4 or 6, but the 4 ended up being a bit loose, so maybe consider sizing down.

I went with the larger of the 10 and 12 I ordered. The 10 zipped up, but the zipper poked out at the bottom which made look like I had a tail. So, I went with the larger one which hung better. The fabric is heavy which is nice. However, I was pulling up at the top most of the night. I guess I’m in between sizes. I got lots of compliments on the dress. It is very nicely made.

Fits well and has a corset-like center. Love the grey velvet. Recommend going a size smaller and wearing a push-up bra.

I really needed a 12 instead of a 14. It was just too big overall for me. It was hoping the 12 would be available in time for my Gala but no luck.

The dress was perfect for the event. Unfortunately didn't get any photos but it fit exactly as expected. Highly recommend

being 6'2 it is always a challenge to find long dresses that actually. fit. trust me this is the one! I wore a very (1") short heel but the dress was still skimming the ground. Loved the off the shoulder look but it needs to fit right in the chest - the top was large on me (34b) but I used pins to bring it in on the sides and it was perfect and looked great!
