The fit was great! I ordered the 2 and the 4. I'm usually a 4, it was a tad loose around the middle. I wanted it to be more form fitting so the 2 was perfect! It is a sequin dress, so snags are in evitable. You just have to be careful. Other than that, no complaints! I didn't have any issues with anything hanging off of my shoulders. Again, I think sizing down to the size 2 really helped. If you're thinking about this I would consider getting your regular size and a size down.

I'm 5'6 weigh 187lbs with 36 DDD bust. The reviews say size up and I agree. They did not have a 16 available to try, so I ordered my standard size, 14. The dress is FABULOUS and I was going to make it work!! I wore double spanx to slim my best and fit the 14. It was tight in the arm a little bit, but nothing I noticed at the event. The dress did not bunch or show any signs that it was a tad too small on me. If you have hips and breast size up. Love love love the dress. Got so many compliments!

I loved the dress! I am in between sizes at the moment so I went with the 8 but all in all the fit was great. The sequins on the arm did like to snag with the body of the dress but it wasn't terribly bad!

The dress was fabulous. I would recommend to size up. The sequins do get caught on each other and you will need assistance to untangle. Overall great experience. If thr need arises I would rent again.

I wore this dress to a jazzy themed wedding. Received many compliments. It is very shiny. I have a large waist for my height and had to size two sizes up. I would recommend this dress!

This dress is FINE! It is just so sparkly and pretty! I am so glad that I worked it for my 50th birthday party! Great fit and cut for my body type. I have broad shoulders and small boobs. I am high wasted, too. I loved the diagonal ruffle hem, the little black belt, the color gold. All around great rental!

Super fun dress! Fits like a glove and definitely sparkles galore. Just be careful sometimes the arm gets stuck to the side because of the sequins.

Rented for a black and gold party that I ended up not going to. If it really nicely, but the length was a little bit long for my short height, and it was a 3/4 length, which made me look pretty short.

Beautiful dress. I typically wear a size 2, but after reading the other reviews and how tight the waist is, I decided to go with size 4. Unfortunately, size 4 was loose everywhere except the velvet waist strap. It was so tight and uncomfortable the entire time.

Made my boyfriend dress up to stay at home. Was a great dress for that as it does snag (as other reviewers noted), so minimizing movement is helpful. It photographs really well. I will say it ran a bit loose in the stomach area, wasn't a super fitted look there.

I wore this dress for a gold-themed belated birthday i threw for myself. This dress is gorgeous. The fit is fairly spot on, however I'm tall (close to 5'10") and noticed that the waist and hips of the dress fit a little higher than they should. Also, the sequins constantly get caught in everything (including yourself). This is very much a dress you'd want to wear when you're not moving around very much.

I'm normally a medium or large depending on the cut of clothes because of my hips. Lol but this size 8 felt good it wasn't too tight or big I was comfortable. I highly recommend this dress for your occasion

I absolutely loved this dress! I felt like a million bucks and got lots of compliments throughout the night. It was comfortable and easy to dance/move/sit in. The sequins are held on by what feels like fishing line basically. There were a handful of times that a sequin under my arm would get snagged on a loose loop of the fishing line on the side of the dress, and I had to untangle myself. Small inconvenience, but totally worth it to feel that fabulous!

Rented this glamorous dress for my formal company holiday party. It's completely amazing! Got so many compliments all night! I'm usually a size 2, sometimes 4. The 2 fit me almost perfectly, but was a little loose in my waist — I probably could have gotten away with a size 0, although it may not have zipped over my boobs (I'm a 34C and the size 2 was perfect around that area). Length was great for me too, I'm 5'3" and wore a 2R. Overall, loved this dress and would definitely rent again!

The dress is nice but it's sensitive! Things can easily get caught on it; it even will catch on itself. The sleeves and bust were too small in size 2, so I wore the 4. The size 4 was a little roomier in the hips and waist but it didn't look too big. Overall, it was a comfortable fit and I received a lot of compliments.

This was really pretty/shiny and went well with my dark also-shiny cape. It was *extremely* easy for the sequin netting to get tangled in things (hair, other sequin strings) and the one arm was very tight. I don't have huge arms; it really seemed unreasonably tight. You might want to size up specifically because of that.

Rented for NYE. I'm 34b & sz 6 w curvy hips and butt; both 6 & 4 were fine but I went w/ the tighter size 4 for more fitted look & used a pair of spanx. Typical sequin dress issues - sequins can snag on smallest thing, it didn't fit me like "like a glove "- a little rumpled in some areas- & the side without the sleeve didn't hold up as well as snugly as side with sleeve. All that in mind, for a several hour party, it was the perfect NYE party dress & a unique look from other sequin dresses

I noticed this was a knit so decided to size down, which worked out perfectly (even with my 32DDD). It's definitely comfortable for a cocktail dress so if you're looking to sparkle this is a solid choice.

I rented this for a black tie event where I knew lots of folks would be dressed in cocktail attire. The dress is a bit hard to zip up as sequins get in the way. Overall beautiful but a bit too big for me in the hip/butt area. I am typically a 2-4 and this was the size 2, so I didn't actually wind up wearing. I think I'd rent it again, it just didn't work for this occasion where I decided to wear a floor length gown.

Sequins are gorgeous and the dress is sassy. I would recommend shape wear to keep everything tight. I rented a 4 because that's my normal size for this designer but the bust was huge and looked baggy - normally not a problem as a 32DD. Overall just an awkward fit so I wore something else.

It is an amazing dress and I got multiple compliments. It is a statement of a dress for sure perfect for the holiday bling. It’s very nicely done and very form fitting. My hips are wide so I sized up for comfort as this dress has zero give. Only con is that your arm sequins tend to get stuck with the body sequins.
