Most fantastic dress. Fit true to size. I got so many compliments on it

Loved this dress - it was comfortable to wear and dance in all night and received loads of compliments! It also didn't require a bra so that's always a plus.

Dress was a perfect fit! Did have to watch how I bent down if I needed to, only because I'd moon everyone.

This dress has beautiful embroidered detail that just feels special and rich. The colors are eye catching. One con for me is that I’m small chested (34a) and had to wear something pretty padded in order to get a comfortable fit up top and so the bra back was a little visible around where the back of the dress clasps. Not a huge deal though, I’d rent it again. I’m 5’2” and currently 125 and a little hippy, but this fit perfectly, not snug.

I LOVED this dress. I didn’t want to take it off but if you’re a curvy girl like me, then I suggest sizing up a size than your normal because it was tight in my hip area - even in my back up size. And in turn, the top of the dress was loose. But other than that, I absolutely adored this dress with all the flowers and the back of it was so beautiful!

Absolutely loved this dress, wore it to the horse races for a fancy day and would highly recommend it for a similar daytime event, if you have a garden party, yea party, or shower you can’t go wrong with this! Loved the open back and the contrast with the more conservative front. Very flattering from all angles, got a ton of compliments!

This dress was sent to me as a replacement and worked perfectly for a formal work event in Spring/Summer! I am an hourglass/pear-shaped 6/8 and the dress was form fitting without being too tight or too short. The embroidery and detailing is beautiful. Classy but still fun! I wore a sticky bra and the dress was quite comfortable.

Fit was perfect. I normally wear a 16; the 18 was just a bit snug for my liking, but the 20 fit like a glove!

I rented this dress for a late afternoon wedding and it was the perfect choice. The fit was true to size and hit me just above the knee. My biggest concern was whether I would be able to get away without wearing a bra and it wasn't a problem at all. The lining was thick and offered plenty of support. I wasn't self conscious at all and didn't fidget with the dress at all. I got compliments on the dress the entire wedding. I was so happy with the dress!

Amazing detailing. The mesh was really comfortable. It was perfect for a semi-formal wedding. I opted not to wear a bra with the dress but if you need the support, you’ll need to opt for a adhesive option, as it’s essentially backless with the cut out and mesh.

Loved the dress, I got lots of compliments. I was glad I had two sizes to choose from. The 6 fit but the 8 was more comfortable.

Selected size 2 based in reviews and it was perfect. I am 105 pounds, 4' 11". 32 DDD bust and hourglass shape. Highly recommend.

Good quality, thicker fabric with lining

Love this brand. Beautiful colors, unique design, and a good fit on a petite. I wore the smaller (4) of two sizes that I ordered. This dress got lots of compliments!

I had to wear a bra; could not get by without, so I also wore a sheer shrug. The lower back opening was more revealing than I was prepared for and the shrug added the modesty I needed. Loved the embroidery and otherwise the fit of the dress was beautiful. If the same dress came with the lower back being regular material, I'd give full stars.

This is a very pretty dress and fit is TTS. I agree with many other reviewers that the fit is a bit boxy and the skirt is a bit on the short side. Still I love the embroidery and the colors. Pretty for spring, conservative, elegant.

This dress was lovely. The open and sheer back made it so fashionable. I did find it a trifle big on the shoulders and in the chest area. I'm a 32C. It didn't impinge me from wearing it twice though.

My favorite part of this dress was the delicate opening in the back which made this dress a bit breezy and sexy while still being elegant. Pattern is nice and found it true to size - works well for petite.

Another amazing dress by this designer! I rented to wear to a bridal shower that became a virtual shower. I wore a beige bra and you could not really see it. Back is so beautiful-you will need help zipping/latching up. I usually wear a 14 for Marchesa but followed others guidance and went with a 16 - fit was perfect!

Fit like a glove and perfect petite length. Only issue was sheer back so had to wear specific bra for this dress. Lots of compliments. Vibrant colors and embroidered bodice made this a standout.

True to size, perfect length, really comfortable! Only thing is that if you are not confident with your back it's not the dress for you cuz it shows a lot! I have a bit of fat in my back and it kinda made me feel uncomfortable but that is just me! Overall super cute and comfy dress

I enjoyed wearing this dress, definitely unique and stands out. The open back detail is wonderful, and makes it feel a bit more sexy, though overall I'd say this dress was conservative enough for a country club wedding. Definitely fits true to size, and the shape allows plenty of room for larger hips.

The embroidery was a little scratchy in the armpit area (I blame my bigger athletic shoulders) but other than that the fit was spot on. The detail on this dress is stunning. The cut was so flattering, too. Perfect for a fall wedding and reception. I'll definitely rent Marchesa Notte again!

I got so many compliments on this dress. I had gotten this is size 2 and 4. I could have pulled off either but opted for size 2 because even tho it was a bit more snug around my midsection, I have a smaller chest so it seemed to fit better in that regard. I was very comfortable in this dress. I am 5' 3" and 120lbs.

Marchesa Notte never lets me down. I've gained a lot of weight (50lbs) in the last couple years and barely anything makes me feel like I used to but this dress came close. It was also super comfortable. No need for a bra or spandex which is such a rarity. The dress was super flattering. It's so gorgeous in person. I received several compliments on it. So happy with this rental!

This dress fit me almost perfectly. I wore it for an outdoor dressy event on a very warm summer evening and I remained cool and comfortable all night.

Fit was gorgeous, felt like a rockstar in it. The open back gave it the needed air conditioning for a hot summer outdoor wedding. Surprised I felt comfortable without a bra (being 34D) but that also helped me stay cool!

Get. This. Dress. It is perfect and beautiful and I felt so pretty in it!!! I never wanted to take it off. The fit is perfect. True to size, has a sexy cutout in the back and at 5'4 1/2" it came right above my knee. The mesh part is very high quality but also delicate and feminine. The embroidery is beautiful. The colors are lovely. You will feel like a million bucks in this dress. Perfect for a garden party, but anywhere you go becomes a garden party when you're wearing this.
