Fit is great but a little snug at waist. Someone will have to Hook and zip the back of Dress. The peek a boo skin in the back is fun but be mindful if you wear granny panties:-()

I loved this dress! Sexy with the exposed back and lace, but covered enough that it was appropriate for a work function. I have a small enough cup and it was fitted enough that I went braless. I loved the fit and received tons of compliments. One of my favorite designers and I was thrilled to wear this!

True to size. Can't wear a bra or have to wear stickies. For me the top fit snug and not wearing a bra wasn't a problem. A bit itchy around the neckline. Nothing I couldn't deal with considering I liked the dress but if you're sensitive to that sort of thing it's something to consider.

I usually size up in marchesa to be safe. This dress is really beautiful but has confusing zippers In back so it's easier if you have someone to help.

This dress has so much detail. It will get you a lot of compliments. The only caution is if you have any back rolls or worry about the lower back area or need to wear shapewear because this dress has the back out and that means, no high waist Spanx, etc.. So a good fit it necessary.

Lots of heavy and detailed material which made the dress look high quality. Fit was slightly tight in the bust, so didn't need a bra (if you're top heavy, maybe try sizing up). Loved the cut open back, which made a pretty conservative dress a little sexy!

This dress was amazing. I recommend sizing up 1 size: I normally wear a 14 and the 16 fit like a dream. So flattering, curve hugging. I felt like a star at the jazz club that night. I received a lot of compliments.

Loved this dress. Received lots of compliments when I wore it to my company holiday party. This is a heavy dress, so it's well suited for winter semi-formal events. Be forewarned, you can't wear a bra with this because of the open back. I leaned into the vintage aspects of the dress and wore it with a petticoat underneath, which really helped emphasize the full skirt.

I didn't end up wearing this back-up dress because my husband voted for the red one but I was IN LOVE with this dress. Very understated but the back cut out makes it a little playful. The detail on this is incredible. The sleeves were silky and comfy. The length was a little long on me but appreciated for a winter work function. I wish I had another event this weekend that I could've worn both! It was a little loose on the top but I don't think I would've gone down a size. There's enough detail in the bust area that you can wear it braless or just with sticky boob things (no way to wear a strapless bra). Sorry for the weird face in the pic, always awkward asking the husband to take photos.

The details of this dress are to die for. I had read reviews that the bust was tight, and I’m so glad I sized up!! It actually fit just right, with the waist being slightly snug. This dress has two sets of zippers was a little challenging with no help to zip! I wore a cami underneath because there is a cut out in the back and I did not want that showing in church. The dress is heavy, so it was perfect for a cold rainy day. It is absolutely LOVELY and I want to wear it again.

Order a size up for this. You'll want a nude or strapless bra, as the lace shoes through a bit at the shoulders. The lining is tan. The lacework is beautiful. I danced for hours and didn't get itchy or sweaty. I did have an issue with the lining trying to pop up out of the gap at the small of my back.

This dress is everything. I wanted to wear it to work, to parties, to sleep in - I loved it so much. Actually wore it for a dinner party and then put on tights and a blazer to wear it to work for a presentation, and couldn't stop lovingly touching the fabric. It's thick but not heavy, slides over curves, and is surprisingly sexy with the cutout and sheer sleeves, while still seemingly modest. Wouldn't wear this for a professional event without a blazer on top, but I will absolutely rent again for any excuse I can find. Would be perfect for a wedding.

LOVED. this dress. so so so much. I've rented a few times before but this was by far my favorite one to wear. The intricate lace/embroidery is absolutely stunning, if you look closely you'll see little insects, butterflies, and gorgeous flowers and textures and patterns. The skirt was so fun to dance in! Being spun around makes you feel like a princess. The sleeves were the perfect 3/4 length on my arms. I'm absolutely obsessed with every tiny detail about this dress. It was semi heartbreaking to have to send it back, but I consoled myself by saying I'd rent it again one day ;) Definitely size up if you have larger boobs; I fluctuate between an A and B cup, and the 0 had kind of squished my boobs flat. The 2 was a bit more comfortable, but I got the two sizes mixed up when I was packing to leave town for the wedding. Definitely have an extra person with you to help with the zippers because they're way too complicated to do on your own. Believe me, I read comments about that and stubbornly thought that I'd be able to handle it, but I was sorely mistaken lol. Could not recommend this dress more, especially for a fall/winter event, but do be wary of the open back/snugness of the bodice

I rented this for my birthday, and as soon as I put it on I knew it was perfect! The lace is so detailed, and the underlay was my EXACT skin tone. That literally never happens--it was kismet!!! It runs pretty true to size. I'd say just be careful with snagging the lace. It's not delicate by any means, but nerve wrecking nonetheless.

This dress is beautiful in person, but the waist ran really small and pinch in an unflattering way. Didn't wear.

This is an absolutely gorgeous dress, but I didn't end up wearing it to my event because it felt too formal and elaborate. It's definitely not a daytime-wedding piece (which I maybe should have guessed!), and the detailing could make it seem too heavy, especially if you try to wear it with tights. Would recommend for a holiday party or wintry evening event though.

This Is a nice dress however you need a large bus to make the proportions work. I have more of a pear-shaped and frankly it made a 51 year-old woman look like she was pregnant because of the High waist line

Runs small. Didn't end up wearing the dress. Lovely material, just didn't fit.
