Fit perfectly with spanx. A little tight in the collar but I was comfortable in it all evening.

I love this dress so much! It's a bit heavy so the straps definitely dug into my shoulders but worth it!! Tried it on at the Chicago store and was pleasantly surprised how great it fit. Perfect for a fall wedding. No bra needed.

The lace and color made me feel cute and sexy! Lots of compliments and loved twirling in this!

This dress was beautiful! But ran a little small- I am normally a true size 12 and had to rent the 14 in this. It is also way more fuchsia in person than in appears in the photos (looks more red/cranberry online). Was perfect for a formal wedding I attended this summer! Would def recommend, but consider sizing up if you have any curves!

I loved the way this dress for me with my bigger hips. It was elegant and comfortable. The only con is that the neck was a little itchy but manageable! I wish I owned this dress!!!!

This dress is gorgeous- it's got a great rich color, beautiful lace design, very nice cut. I got a ton of compliments when I wore it to a spring wedding. It was a bit long on me but still very flattering. It is FITTED and body hugging though so I did wear spanx. It looks great but there were definitely some moments when I felt like it accentuated my stomach a bit more than I would've liked. If you're looking for something that's tasteful, stylish, and yet bold and beautiful this is definitely your dress. I would skip it if you're very self conscious of your body since it does hug every curve! I sized up and wore an 8 and felt like it was perfect- if you're heavier or have a larger chest I would recommend sizing up!

True fit. Loved how the bottom moves while you walk. Comfortable while sitting too if you're at a wedding or formal event with sit down meal.

Great dress for a wedding. Form fitting, but not uncomfortable. Didn't have to wear a bra which is always a plus!

Beautiful and classy dress. I chose to wear another dress for my event, but will keep this in mind for future events.

The dress fit great and is a beautiful color. Well made. I just ended up going with something else for the event I had. The dress has a great true to size fit and is very flattering.

I'm really a size 2, but this dress wasn't available in it. Fits snug through waist and neck. Fabric poofed a bit below the waist and with the beige slip underneath, but was overall fine. I'm 5'2", petite and brown-skinned, so it definitely looked like the dress was see through due to the color of the beige slip. But it's a sexy, pretty dress that is not revealing and generally comfortable, despite a snug neck

Didn't wear because it was a little larger under my arms. It really is a beautiful dress tho'

Loved this dress. It's a beautiful color. I am a size 4 and RTR had a problem and couldn't ship it but still sent me my backup size 2. I barely fit but it worked -- am 5'5" and 120 lbs -- I'm pretty small everywhere but I have wide ribs (!) and that is where it was tight. It still worked and I got lots of compliments. Would definitely rent another Marchesa again.

This dress was so lovely to look at, but the lace around the throat was itchy during just the few minutes I had it on. I can't imagine trying to wear it for an entire evening. The fit was true to size and the length was perfect. The ruffle at the bottom is super gorgeous, too. I just couldn't get past the itchy throat!

Although the lining of this dress is great quality and not actually see-through, if your skin is too close to the color behind the red, it appears as if you have nothing on under the lace. I'm normally not afraid of a lacey dress, but this one gave off the wrong impression (i.e. that I was showing off skin from head to toe!). Wouldn't recommend unless you're looking for something sassy or have a darker complexion.

This was sent as a replacement for the dress I wanted which became unavailable at the last minute. It looks red in the photo but more fuchsia in person. I have red hair so there was no way I was wearing this and even if I wanted to, I couldn't get it over my hips. Seems to run quite small, so order up.

I didn't wear because I ordered for a 20s theme party and it wasn't lacy enough. It fits and this designer runs small on me so I did order a size up. I found it a bit scratchy around the neck.

I'm normally a size 6. I ordered the size 6 and size 8 thinking one of them will definitely fit. Even a size 8 was super tight on my hips. Kept having to pull it down every time I took a couple steps. Decided not to wear the dress and ordered another one through rent the runway.

The dress is gorgeous and the material is quality however it is very form fitting. I did order a size up and it was still very tight. If you have the right figure (tall and thin) this dress is fabulous for you!

Gorgeous dress, fit but wasn't the greatest. I'm usually an 8 or 10 and the 10 was snug. The dress was beautiful but would not have been comfortable dancing etc. through the night. A great dress for a cocktail party, awards gala etc. but not for when you are moving around.

Beautiful design and material...BUT...This dress is extremely fitted to the point of running small but I couldnt wear it because the neckline was choking me when the dress was zipped all the way.
