I got this for a honorary banquet and this was perfect because it matched my school's colors without being too much. I ordered the two sizes and the smaller size worked out even though at the time the larger size was the fit but yes to walking, am I right! Anyway, I loved this dress because it fit my 6 foot frame well and was classy yet fit me well and was eye catching. It was perfect for the occasion

This dress was just the right amount of “sexy”! While I was dancing, one of the young groomsmen tapped me on the shoulder to tell me how he loved my dress!! It was a smash hit!! I am now opened to wearing brighter colors instead of always the basic black. This dress was a size 4R and not too long on my petite frame.

So this dress is even more gorgeous in person. I got tons of compliments on it at the charity event that I attended. I ordered a size 0 and a 2 and ended up only trying on the 0 which fit perfectly! A few things to note.. the lace around the neck is rather flimsy so it will not stay up on both sides (I kind of considered using double sided fabrjc tape to keep it up on my neck), and the bottom of the dress is very narrow so short steps only in this one. The dress was fitted and lined perfectly to where it wasn't even necessary to wear a bra which was nice. Overall it was a hit!

I usually wear an 8 but the sleeves on this dress were very constricting. I lift weights so my arms and back were a bit broad for the size 8. This dress has no give to it. The 10 fit me perfectly. The color was gorgeous and I received many compliments. I did not want to return this dress and I hope to purchase it if it ever goes on sale. My only complaint was it mashed my chest a bit but it wasn't enough to really bother me.

I wore this for a black tie optional wedding in Minneapolis over New Years. I got so many compliments! I wanted something that was a little different than just black or navy, and the green lace, midi length and cut out shoulders made it perfect. Fits true to size - I'm usually a 4 or 6 in dresses (broader shoulders but straight through torso and hips) and got both the 4 and 6. I wore the 4, the 6 was too loose and long.

This is my favorite all time dress ever rented from RTR! My husband also agreed.I received endless compliments and most importantly felt beautiful. The dress is a beautiful emerald green color with black lace. I wore a strapless black bra with it. The dress accentuates your curves while hiding your flaws...now that's the perfect dress! I really didn't want to return it! I certainly stood out compared to others wearing black dresses. This dress was rented for a work function/gala, so I wanted to be classy while having a bit of an edge. I almost always wear a size 12 in dresses (163lbs ,5'ft7") I sized up to the 14 due to others reviews of the dress.

This dress is a showstopper! Gorgeous and eye-catching, the material and fit were perfect for me and I absolutely loved wearing it. I rented this dress for a black tie wedding at an Old Hollywood/Haunted Mansion-style venue. It fit the theme perfectly! At just under 5'1", this dress was just the right length to be a floor-length gown with low heels (obviously not midi the way it is shown on the model). For everyday clothing, I'm in between a 6 and an 8, and with this dress the 6 fit me perfectly. The 8 would have also worked but was definitely a little roomier around the waist. The material is not stretchy, so it was a little restrictive around the ankles with walking and dancing, but not overly so. The hardest part was getting it over my hips to put it on! Overall would absolutely recommend (and would love the opportunity to wear again!)

Absolutely LOVED this beautiful dress. Rented it for an independent movie premier where I got to play a supporting role, and I got multiple compliments on it. A beautiful green color, lace detail is gorgeous, and flattering to the shape! Can't wait to have a reason to rent it again!

The neck is a little big scratchy but not bad. The only downside is walking - the dress is long and tight, and you are forced to take tiny steps. Also, avoid getting into a car that is high! It's impossible without hitching up the dress high. Otherwise, the dress is beautiful and I felt great in it.

It's a tight style, a bit difficult to dance with but overall very elegant and beautiful! I got many compliments to the dress.

I cannot tell you how many compliments i received on this dress, it is even more stunning in person. I love the green color and the fit is so flattering!

The lace around the neck wouldn't stay up on one side, which wasn't ideal, but it didn't look bad. I tried using fashion tape to make it stick for the photos we took, however that wouldn't cut it. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a something in-between black-tie and cocktail, with a streamlined, somewhat ornate look.

This dress was perfect for my sorority's holiday luncheon. People were stopping me left and right with compliments. The fit was perfect and it was very comfortable. The lace is both elegant and sexy. I was able to wear a regular bra and didn't need a strapless because you couldn't see my straps through the lace.

This dress is very unique and beautiful, but it was my back-up, and just didn't wow me as much as the other dress. It didn't feel as sexy as I had hoped, and the tealength was a little awkward on me. My friend in her 60's rocked this dress at an Indian wedding. I just wasn't feeling it so much on me for this event. I ordered a 4 and a 6, and since it was the day after Thanksgiving and a week of vacation, the 6 fit more comfortably with a couple of extra pounds than usual. I was more like 130 than 125 that day! The dress has zero stretch to it. Beautiful dress, just a little matronly for the way I wanted to look for the hubs that night

It fit me fine from the waist down, but was pretty tight through the rib cage area. I'm 5'2", so I knew a full length gown would be too long for me. This dress was meant to be midi length, but was closer to full length on me.

Dress is absolutely fabulous, however the fit was a little snug for a curvy girl like me. I was comfortable but should have gone up one size to be even more comfortable when sitting. I received many compliments on this dress!

I love this dress. The fit was perfect on me and I received tons of compliments all night. I would definitely rent again. It is a little hard to walk in if you have a long stride due to the skirt length and lack of a back slit but otherwise it was very comfortable and I loved being able to wear a regular bra.

This dress fit me like a glove. I did get a size smaller in case it was too stretchy but it had just enough elasticity that the 8R was a perfect size. For an outdoor wedding in early October, the thick fabric kept me just warm enough while still being able to dance and mingle without getting sweaty! It's beautiful color and lace-work garnered compliments from lots of people and made me feel beautiful without being uncomfortable. I wore about a 2 inch, beige colored heel with this dress and the length stayed about where it is on the model.

Loved this dress! It fit like a glove and I felt super glamorous in it. Just be careful when wearing rings with this one.

I usually wear a 10, but the 12 was the only size available. I took a chance because I really wanted this dress. I had room in the 12, but it still worked. Since I am short, it came all the way to my ankle but I was okay with that. The only odd thing was that the neck was a little baggy so I tried to fold it over.

This dress is *gorgeous* and I felt like a princess while wearing it. I got compliments all night and in the subsequent days. Worn to a black tie wedding and very comfortable to dance in. Only small issues are the skirt does not allow you to take large strides and that some of the embroidery can snag (I caught it on the hardware of my purse a few times), but overall an amazing dress and I wish I could own it!!!

The fit was perfect for my 5’5, 128 lb athletic physique. The size 6 fit just right. I did have to take smaller steps since the dress was fitted without much stretch. I was able to dance comfortably. This was my first time to rent the runway, and I will definitely be doing it again! I received many compliments on the dress and the colors!

This is the second time I've rented this dress and decided not to wear it. It's truly beautiful craftsmanship, and the emerald green couldn't be more stunning. On petites, it's definitely a full-length gown; I think this is the reason I never wind up going with this dress. Because it turns into full length, I sort of look like a pencil — very straight up and down and less enhancement of my curves / hips. I'll still wear it one day. It's too pretty not to keep renting.

This dress is STUNNING! The color is gorgeous the intricate detail the fit, nothing short of incredible! Rent this dress!!! It was very comfortable. Only thing was it was slightly hard for me to walk as I have a long stride but it was a simple fix for me ! Just had to walk slower and not take as wide of steps as I normally do! The dress fit true to size for me as I normally wear a size 12 dress in most cases. I am 5'5 and half tall and I weigh between 165-170z I felt amazingly beautiful.

The fit of this dress is a bit tight and it doesn't leave much wiggle room if you have a figure so i sized up from my normal size and it fit perfect. It is more fitted in the chest but that's better then it being loose. I got so many compliments at this wedding and made me feel like a million bucks! I definitely recommend this for a fall or winter wedding!

I have coveted this dress for almost a year and finally decided to wear it to my holiday party for work. I neglected to read the fit and size notes (best for A-C bra sizes). But with some help from a safety pin, I was able to make it appear as if it was an open back design and it came out beautifully! No one noticed the difference and I received plenty of compliments.

I rented this dress for a 1920's holiday party, and it was perfect! I usually wear a 6R, but the 8R fit well. It puckered a little bit at the back, but not enough for it to be problem. The zipper was a little hard to get down, as it was getting stuck in the lace. The green of the dress was perfect for the holidays. The peek-a-boo sleeves of the dress covered the worse parts of my arms. I did have to wear a strapless bra, as the straps of a regular bar did show through the lace. The length of the dress was much longer than what the photo of the model showed, but it worked well with my shorter heels. I got tons of compliments on the dress. It was a perfect dress for a 1920's party!

As a short woman it can be hard to find something with unique / interesting design that is also form-fitting so it doesn't swallow me whole. This dress checks both those boxes, and truly the most beautiful dress I've ever worn -- received so many compliments!

Wow ladies! I gotta say, I was anxious about this gorgeous garment fitting bc the reviews were saying it was too form fitting..and also because they didn't have a 12 available. I'm a size 10 in old navy jeans and my shape is like a thermometer..slender in waste and then shapely in hips. This was an incredible piece and I truly felt like a million bucks! When I put the dress on, I heard Beyoncé in the distant singing "who run the world, GIRLS" You will be absolutely delighted!

This dress was awesome, fit awesome, felt awesome, I loved it. And the COMPLIMENTS were coming all night long! Do yourself a favor and rent this dress. So sad I have to send it back.
