This dress is stunning. Wore it to my cousins Wedding Rehearsal and Dinner (I was Matron of Honor). I had to size up as only the 8 was available so the back bunched up a bit. Still looked great though.

Rented for my doctoral graduation. It was such a high-quality dress and I felt amazing in it. Glad for the illusion top for some coverage because otherwise he cleavage would have been overwhelming.

I rented this dress for a November wedding. It's a beautiful dress with intricate detail. One consideration is the waistline and cleavage- the waistline can be unkind to curvy girls, and there is a lot more cleavage visible than you'd expect. I'm a D cup, and some of the wedding pictures (especially sitting down) are borderline R-rated. Otherwise, this dress was perfect for dancing, beautiful and well-made.

Love the color and the "tattoo lace" effect of the neckline. Flattering fit with the slight high-low and unique pattern. Minimal jewelry needed given the embellishments on the dress.

I feel like the dress fit perfectly. The 8 and the 10 both fit--but I went with the 10 so I'd have more room for sitting/dancing. The embroidery was so lovely. It wasn't noticeably itchy or anything like that. It was great for my extenuating my body type (medium on top, curvy hips/bottom). I got so many compliments. Would definitely wear again!

Seemed to run a little small, but the extra size (1 size up) was way too big. The smallish one worked fine, and I received lots of complements.

The fit was perfect. My daughters wedding was going to be an intimate gathering. It didn't go as planned. I didn't get the chance to wear it.

This dress was great for an evening gala and I received many compliments. The shape was flattering and made it really easy to dance. The bust line was a bit lower than I expected, but once I found a plunge strapless bra it worked well.

This details of this dress we're so pretty. Embroidery, sheer mesh, slight poof to skirt and asymmetrical hemline. I wore it to a wedding. The fit was great but not a lot of stretch to the dress.

Overall I think this dress fits true to size, but I am very small in the bust so it was a little big there. The color and fabric are both so great, it was really such a comfortable dress!

I'm a new mom with a new larger body that I'm still learning to dress. This dress made me feel like a million bucks! I felt STUNNING!!! It hugged me in all the right places, making my waist appear smaller and my shape appear more "shapely". =) I hate strapless like most large chested women- with this dress I wore a regular lower plunge nude lace bra (very close to my skin color). Up close you could see it, but it was hardly noticeable and my husband didn't notice at all until I pointed it out. He said exactly what I was thinking- the lace nude bra just kind of flowed into the navy lace of the dress. My own issues were that in the picture it looks like the dress flares out wide at the bottom with a high/low effect. Mine would NOT do this. I tried to steam it and let it breathe to fluff it out but it didn't work. It still was a beautiful dress with a beautiful and COMFORTABLE fit. Stop reading reviews and just give this dress a shot! You will love it!

This dress was so comfortable at a very long wedding party. I got so many compliments. You can wear it without a bra and it is great for dancing with the full skirt

My bridesmaids wore this dress and they looked fantastic! We rented all sizes and they fit perfectly! The stitching was beautiful and ALL of my bridesmaids loved the dress!

I loved wearing this dress to a wedding- it was very fun to dance in it with the full skirt! I usually wear a size 4 but the 2 fit better. I wish I'd taken a photo of the back because it's very pretty. Really comfortable and no bra necessary. Highly recommended!

I was able to pull off the dress with a strapless bra (I bought the pasties, but didn't need to wear them as the strapless worked out). It was easy to put on as it has a really low back zipper, so I could put it on by pulling it up from the bottom rather than putting it on over the top and jeopardizing an updo. Comfortable, easy to dance in, and it was absolutely beautiful. My first dress through rent the runway, and hope for the first of many more!

Loved this dress! I wore it to a Sunday evening wedding at a formal venue and it was perfect. I loved the sheer neckline, so while I knew I was covered up for church, it was still super sexy for the party. I would definitely rent this again. So many compliments!

Very comfortable and perfect as I'm the mother of the groom. I would recommend wearing a very low cut bra because of the sheer fabric in front. The dress runs small so definitely order a size up, just in case. Thanks RTR!

This was a great dress! The fit and flare style was very flattering, and even fit my 14-week (2nd) baby bump! Based on others'reviews, I sized-down and rented a size 2 and 4 (normally would have gotten a 4 and 6). I ended up wearing the size 2 and was comfortable the whole evening, even with my baby belly, a full dinner, and cake, too! Not a ton of accessories were required with this dress, as the dress was beautiful on its own, but I found that understaded classic black pearls complimented the dress pretty well. I received tons of compliments all evening from complete strangers. Rent it!!

The dress fit as expected. There was an intermediate lining between the bottom lining and the dress that was a little warped, so it didn't really lay flat. Otherwise it was a great rental!

The subtle shine of the embroidery made this dress prettier than I expected. Wore for a fundraiser and was comfortable, able to wear a strapless bra, and eat whatever I wanted!

This dress fits true to size. It does not have a lot of give, but I was able to dance the night away and was comfortable all night. I didn't have to wear a bra, but I have a smaller 'b' bra size. The dress didn't need dressing up with lots of jewelry, statement-making shoes, etc. as it has so much beautiful detail. Some reviewers complained of the mesh at the top being uncomfortable, but it didn't bother me at all. Lots of compliments on this beauty! This was my first RTR experience, and I will definitely do it again!

I wore this to a cocktail wedding reception. It was so comfortable & I was able to dance the night away without worrying about the dress moving & any slips even without a bra on. The dress was slightly big, but true to size. (Worked out well since the food was delicious). I would definitely rent again & would wear everyday if it was appropriate.

Great fit for an hourglass shape, but wouldn’t recommend this dress for a small bust. I went down one size and I am a 34DD. I wore this dress in a size 4. Also need to wear this dress braless or with a strapless bra so it needs to fit well in that area. This dress definitely stood out and I received tons of compliments. Very flattering along the waistline and I have to say it looks better in person than in pictures. I had originally ordered another style that didn’t look good and this was a last minute backup and actually one of my favorites

This dress is so beautiful. The pics don't do it justice. I was nervous about the cleavage (I'm 36DD), so I bought a black bandeau bra. It was perfect, covered the girls and actually looked like it was just part of the dress. It travels beautifully, and I love the tulle under the skirt. I'm a true six and this dress felt good and snug at the rib cage. The 8 was too loose and I'd have been bummed if I had to wear it, but the six was perfect. It was one of my neice's colors, and blue lace is truly stunning. Lots of compliments. Definitely would rent again!

12 and 10 both fit fairly well but I went with the 10 because it was a little bit more snug and shorter. Got lots of compliments. The neck was a little itchy.

The picture turned out blurry but so yourself a favor and rent this dress. One of my all time favorites. Perfect for a wedding or any formal event. Fit like a glove, classy, amazing detailing. Slightly forgiving cut but still very flattering. Marchesa is one of my favorite designers. I get excited when I actually have a reason to rent one of her dresses they are just so special to wear. Seriously, I got so many compliments!!! People actually complimented me to my parents who weren't even there over phone and text!!!! Stunning!

Wore this dress to a fall wedding in Colorado. Couldn't have loved it more! I felt like a million bucks and got compliments all night long. It fit true to size. Because of the sheer detail at the top, I wore a stick-on bra to keep it from showing through. I'd definitely recommend this rental to others!!

This was a replacement dress for the dress I originally ordered. The material was much more substantial than I thought it would be and really fun to move around in. The embroidery on the dress was also very nice and glittery. I did not end up wearing this dress as the cut was too short for the wedding I was going to attend, however, it was a very cute dress and would definitely rent it for a party in the future! (Also to note: I was sent a size 2 which fit ok, but a 0 I think would have fit perfectly.)

I was very happy with this dress! All the reviews were right - it runs true to size and you will get tons of compliments! I found my dress to be comfortable, not too itchy or anything even with the lace. I had to wear a strapless bra with this but you might be able to get away with a black one. I didn't wear any jewelry because I was afraid of it catching on the mesh neckline.

The slip was the only thing that was a little irritating. It was scratchy.

I looooved this dress. The material was so beautiful in person, and the illusion neckline was so feminine. I found it fit fairly TTS with just a smidge of stretch for comfortable movement. I wore it for the ceremony and when I went to change, my girlfriend stopped me for this picture saying it was a shame to "waste" it when I looked so cute! Very comfortable and flattering fit.

It fit perfectly: great length, beautiful cut. I wore a strapless, backless bra- a regular bra would be a bad idea.
