Beautiful design, loved the fit through the shoulders and chest. Body tape helped keep sleeves in place. Very tight on me around the waist and no give in the material. Also a bit long on my short height. Liked the roses and sparkles. Love this label in general.

I wore this on my birthday weekend, which included an evening at the ballet. It was exactly what I wanted for the occasion. The detailing in the lace has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. There are very subtle gold threads woven strategically and tastefully throughout the dress.

I wasn's so sure about this dress on the website but I absolutely loved it in person. It is extremely flattering on. It is so romantic and flirty but conservative at the same time. It would be great for an office party or wedding. I wore it for Valentine's dinner and it was the best dress in the restaurant, other tables were even talking about it!

This dress fit like a glove! I normally wear a size 6 in almost everything, but I ended up wearing the 8. Retail sizes tend to run smaller than designer sizes, so I wasn't surprised. I am about 5'8" and 140 lbs, slim, with a 34D chest and broad shoulders. I received many compliments throughout the evening about how pretty I looked. In my opinion, this dress is very modest, but offers a bit of SLIGHT sex appeal with the mesh cap sleeves and chest area not being lined. I would definitely recommend this dress for your special event.

This dress fit like a glove and was stunning. Very well made and fitting dress. Was a little tight but very comfortable for sitting at a long dinner and was classy without being to revealing for an event with co-workers

This dress is perfect. It hugged me in all the right places but not so much that it restricted dancing. A strapless bra wasn't required for me. The fit up top would have been perfect if I wore one (but who wants to wear a strapless for ~10 hours?) I would definitely rent this again and consider purchasing it.

I wore this dress for my 30th high school reunion four years ago. I loved this dress and trusted the look and feel on me. I lost 24 lbs and went down a size. I loved the aspect to send two sizes for comfort. I felt fantastic after going through the pandemic and celebrating with friends and families.

Nice dress, shoulders were a little big, maybe they fit better on a taller person. Overall glad I rented this one that’s been on my list for a while.

Marchesa’s fabric is beautiful. I am usually a size 4 but this did run tight around the hips for those pear-shaped people like myself. As mentioned before the shoulders do you fall down a little bit if you’re not sitting up perfectly straight but they don’t fall down when you’re standing. It was a beautiful dress for a special occasion highly recommend it especially for a fall or winter event

I'm typically a size 8/10 so I ordered in both. The 8 was a little difficult to zip up past my rib cage, although it fit everywhere else. I ended up selecting the size 10 and LOVE IT! It fits perfectly!

The detailing is beautiful and not truly shown in a photo. Compliments all night! Fit perfectly. Only thing to change is the skirt part ...it could benefit from a slit to make walking more natural.

Loved everything about this dress. I have small shoulders so I needed to safety pin the dress to my bra straps to keep shoulder area of dress from falling down. Worked like a charm. No one noticed anything. Will definitely rent again.

As other renters have said the cap sleeves did fall down my arms a bit, but with a bit of fabric tape that problem was solved. I was able to dance and run around all night. Loved the dress and would rent it again.

I'm tall and this dress was the perfect length. I wore it to work on Valentine's Day and got so many compliments. It could get a little itchy around the neck at times, but it was totally worth it!

This is a lovely dress - a nice shade of red with a nude underlay. There are scattered sequins that give off a subtle gold sparkle. The neckline is pretty without being too revealing. The dress definitely hugs curves - I wore spanx underneath. On my dress, a bit of lace on the right arm had separated and a previous renter had tacked it down with a small safety pin - hopefully RTR will repair this! The lace on the shoulders/arms is a little scratchy, but after a few minutes, I didn't notice. The skirt doesn't have a slit so I had to vault myself into the Dodge Ram truck that was our Uber ride :) I am 9 weeks post-partum and between an 8 and a 10 depending on style. The 8 fit very nicely and the 10 was a little bigger but didn't look horribly baggy - my husband thought the 8 looked better so I went with it. I liked being able to wear a normal bra with it. I was able to stand, walk, sit, and eat (a lot!) in comfort. It wasn't too hot or too cold. Overall, a beautiful dress, perfect for the holidays. I recommend this dress!

It was a beautiful dress! I did Love it. I am very busty so it was a touch risque for a church wedding, lol I did it anyway. I paired it with a restored vintage mink wrap, lots and lots and lots of compliments.

This dress is GORGEOUS. It was very flattering on my curves. I was a bit self-conscious that it was too low cut and revealing for the event (political fundraiser with two senators), but I got dozens of compliments. I will say the dress doesn't have a lot of give because of the applique and type of fabric. The top was a bit big on me, but the hips were the perfect size. I paired this dress with black pointy-toed heels, a tan clutch and black flower earrings. This was my favorite RTR rental so far!

Stunning, flattering dress. Embroidery is more purple-pinkish rather than red. This dress runs true to size. I rented my usual size 10 and it fit like a glove (for reference, I am 5'8", 155 lbs, 36C). If my chest was any larger, I would have needed to go up one size. The only drawback is that the sleeves are a little scratchy, but the beauty of this dress more than makes up for that.
