Compliments all night!

This was the perfect dress for a ball, it hit all the right curves.

This was a very elegant dress that fits very true. The material is not quite the most comfy, but looked great. Plenty of room up top and nice flow with the wider bottom hem.

Fit like a glove! Small amount of stretch gives the dress the ability to hug all your curves beautifully. Stunning embroidery over solely gives the dress depth and detail. Black and gold is always a classic and works for any occasion. I am 5”4” and the lengthy was PERFECT!

The fit and length was absolutely perfect.

I usually wear a size 10 for a dress, however the embroidered overlay had no give and other reviews said it ran small so I ended up wearing the backup size 12R. At 5'2" the dress was a little long but was perfect with a comfy pair of wedge heels that were about 2" high. I received many compliments on this dress!!

Beautifully constructed but no stretch whatsoever. I had to take very small steps all night long! It wasn’t the most comfortable but it was worth it. I felt very elegant and had many compliments on the dress.

Rented this dress for my husband’s company party in February and it was perfect! In my opinion, this dress is very much simply elegant & classic, but also a show stopper due to the gold embroidered detail and how the dress hugs your curves! I am 5’8, usually wear a size 4-6, smaller chest, and rented the 4L. It fit like a glove which meant I didn’t feel the need to wear any undergarments other than pantyhose (it was freezing) and 3in heels. I felt super comfortable + confident all evening long and relieved nonstop compliments!! Would rent again in the future for other formal affairs!

The moment I put this on, I knew this was the right choice for this fall wedding (as I am ALWAYS the one who gets cold). The detail is decadently gorgeous and it’s easy to wear (ie. with the long sleeve, covered back and full zipper, I didn’t have to worry about my bra - or other things - showing!). My only concern was that it would be scratchy; it was slightly scratchy, but didn’t keep me pre-occupied all night. I would highly recommend this gown for a formal affair.

Wore this to a black tie event and looked and felt like a million bucks! The dress is beautiful and unique. I got compliments all night. A few other reviewers commented they found the material a bit scratchy, but I wasn’t bothered by it. I was so sad to send it back after my event! 11/10 would rent again :-)

This dress is perfect for the opening nice at the ballet! I wanted something floor length, fancy, and this dress delivered. It was also long sleeve and conservative, kept me warm in the cold theater and I got approving looks from old ladies that love ballet.

I wore this for a black tie optional wedding. I typically wear a 4 or 6 and went for the 6 in this dress. I have an athletic build with a wide rib cage and curvy hips, and this dress fit beautifully. It was like it was made for my body - fitted but still comfortable. Borderline snug through the arms, so if you have muscular arms/shoulders, I would consider sizing up. Got so many compliments on this dress and would definitely rent again!

I rented this dress for a formal, Muslim wedding. Not only was it respectively conservative, it was also incredibly elegant. The gold embroidery is perfectly placed to highlight the curves. The dress has a little bit of stretch. It was initially tight when I put it on, but within a few minutes it had stretched enough to be comfortable. I ordered both the 4L and 6L. Both fit, but the 4 was just a little better. Be aware, the Long cut is long. I'm 5'7.5" and with 4" heels it was perfect.

This dress would be perfect for a mother of the bride. If I rented again I would get the long because I'm 5'5" and the regular hit the ground without wearing heels. Really nicely made dress with great material

Fit so well. I wore 2-inch heals and that was just right for my 5'3" height. Usually with regular length gowns, I have to wear a much higher heal or hem gown. It was fitted enough to wear without a bra which is a huge plus. I hate strapless bras. I am a little on the heavier side than usual. I carry the +6 pounds in my chest, stomach, and bum so I am glad I went with the 8 since I usually fluctuate between a 6 and 8. I kept touching this dress in awe. It is very high quality and stunning!!

Would recommend! I did have to wear 4" heels to prevent it from dragging along the ground which was only sustainable for so long

The fit was comfortable - I usually wear a size 8 and I'm 5'6". My wedges were 2.5" which worked out perfectly for this dress. The top was snug (but I could move my arms up) and the the bottom was stretchy so pretty easy to walk around in. I rented this for a formal Indian wedding ceremony and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

I wore this to a Mardi Gras ball and it was great. The weather was below freezing, so I wanted longer sleeves but also wanted something I could comfortably dance in. This fit the bill! I am 32/26/36 and this fit like a glove. Length was perfect in heels (hard for us petites!) and the embroidery was truly beautiful and unique. My only complaint is that it read pretty conservative, but it’s hard not to in a full coverage gown!

This dress is beautiful, photographs well, and isn't too heavy. It's modest and elegant without feeling frumpy. I received tons of compliments. However, as a petite woman, the length was perfect for me with heels but the fit up top was not. The back zipper bubbled and the front didn't lay flat either. There's no stretch so raising your arms above shoulder height is uncomfortable. There's no built-in boning or cups, so a strapless bra was a must for me. Overall, still happy with the rental!

Runs small iusually wear 6 wore 8L and I had 3.5 " heals so that helped with tHe lenght. very pretty dress and awesome detail! i recommend this dress.

The gold metallic & black lace is more stunning in person. The fit was flawless and truly comfortable. No fussiness of wrinkles. A rarity in formal attire.

Tons of compliments for a special dress for a special occasion. I wore this to a benefit and loved how luxurious this dress looks. It does run a bit long for someone who is almost 5'5", even with heels, but the little pool of fabric looked a little like a train and wasn't difficult to manage - I didn't step on myself.

I wore it for a Christmas party and it was a hit! Got compliments all night long !

As a full figured 54 year old, I do love when I can wear my normal undergarments instead of an "unknown quantity" of strapless bra, thong, Spanx, or whatever. I chose the bra that most closely matches my skin color and the layers of high quality fabric and lace did the rest. I was completely comfortable all night and got plenty of compliments -- best of all, I felt completely comfortable and this size was perfect. Plus, I was as "fancy" as my husband in his tux!

I rented this for an upscale murder mystery night I was hosting and received endless compliments for both the dresses details and the perfect curve hugging cuts of it . Truly a Beautiful dress

My friend wore this, so the size/about me section won't be quite accurate. She is a bit skinnier, taller, and smaller chested than me, so keep that in mind as you're reading for fit purposes. :) This dress fit her beautifully!!! She was absolutely stunning as she modeled for our Art-Deco-themed shoot and then got surprised by her boyfriend and proposed to! The dress was the perfect length for her tall, slender build, accentuating all the right places, making her look classy and gorgeous. She definitely stole the show! The details in the dress are beautiful and the dress is even prettier in person than on the RTR model photos. We would definitely recommend this dress!
