Wore for Halloween at work. Sleeves are tight but the zippers helped. Perfect length for my height- right at knee!

So flattering and professional! Only complaint was the tight sleeves if you had a long travel day it would start to be less comfortable but loved it

The flare at the hips makes this dress look frumpy. It’s nothing special. I wore to work, but am not renting again.

Super simple but awesome work dress! Arms are a tad tight not not unbearable. Plus there are zippers best the wrists so that helps. Def would rent again.

This wound up having an odd amount of extra room in the shoulders. I think it would have been pulled more snug and fit right for someone with a bigger chest- I'm a small B.

I rented this for a last minute funeral while out of town (no pics there). I almost didn’t rent this because of the reviews of the arms being tight but I did not have this problem. The size 6 was perfect on me, flattering, hit right at the knee, and I was warm (it was Winter), and the arms were comfortable. This dress is thick but has plenty of give. I fit into the size 4 but it hugged my curves in all the wrong ways (and then the arms were snug but still doable). Hope this helps!

Wore for a business trip, packs great

I loved this dress, which easily transferred from the office to a gallery opening to dinner out. It is conservative but the close fit makes you still feel confident and feminine. Would absolutely rent again.

Rented for a funeral, did not end up wearing because it was too hot in Southern California at the time, but the dress was really, really beautiful. A thick material. Would be great for the office in the winter. Fit true to size and a very appropriate length for a funeral or office.

Snug fit, but loved it! I wore it with a red, white and black scarf at the neck.

It should have a lining. It fir well, got compliments but it was uncomfortable after a whole cause of the fabric. It would sticks to the body so I had to double check where it would get stuck.

I thought this was a nice basic black dress that would be good for work during colder weather. It was slightly small in the rib cage, waist and arms and was too uncomfortable to wear. May rent again in a size up.

This is a basic LBD with tight sleeves and bodice. Do size up one size. I like it fine but nothing amazing. I wore with green and crystal beads and boots.

I've rented this twice because I love the look/fit and it's perfect for work. My only problem is that at least with tights, the material gathers and bunches/rides up in the front. I spent a lot of time making sure I was still decent!

It’s not the dress. They were out of my normal size and I have a large rib cage.

Cute dress but if you are sensitive to seams, you may want to pass, as the the seams are very thick and noticeable against your skin.

I did not ultimately wear this. Agree with other reviewers that the fabric felt itchy and uncomfortable. Sleeves felt very tight to the point it felt very hot. I did like the overall fit/cut though so was kind of a shame.

Very well made black dress. Fabric was thicker than I expected (but not in a bad way). It is a very straight cut so if you have certain curves, it should show it.

Lovely silhouette but the arms are super tight and makes it uncomfortable. The fabric is very thick and wrinkles easily.

Fit was perfect, as a 32/34B bust size and for my height the dress was still work appropriate length. Definitely a staple piece to have in the closet!

My MIL has been raving about MMLaFleur, so I tried the brand on RTR first. Love the heavy ponte material, very comfortable and moved with me all day. Was perfect for work to happy hour to dinner event. The sleeves have zippers so that you can cuff them up. Fantastic professional dress, will rent again and again, along with more MMLaFleur items.
