I think I liked it, but I wasn't sure. Super comfy because it was probably too big for me. The sleeves will be too long for short women like me, but I liked that the dress length hit me at my knee. This was my first time renting this brand, but women in the legal industry love it, and I can see why -- well made pieces that aren't too loud.

This is my second MM LaFleur rental and I liked this one much more than the first. The fabric was not too thick and lined - perfect for fall and winter. I liked the structure around the shoulders and arms for something different. The dress fits a bit tight through the hips though overall TTS. The fabric did wrinkle. My biggest question this brand is that the quality does not seem any better than J Crew and at a much higher price point. This is why I'm glad to have RTR so I can try these things!

This cut is great for shrinking the waist with a wider cut in the hips. I like the optical illusion it created. Great fit, perfect for work, but the dress I received was pretty worn. Pulls and pills in the fabric

Arms and hips had a lot of volume but I believe that is the drama of the design. Fabric is not scratchy at all.

Ordered for a presentation but ended up just wearing to work b/c I didn't feel great in it. The sleeves are odd. the sleeve seam is well off the shoulder, but then the sleeves puff out from the seam-makes arms look thick. Waistline is also not super flattering. It has an empire waist, but then puffs out rather than a sheath or A-Line, so it gave me a second set of hips. Looked better with a blazer over top to hide some of the strange fit issues. Might look better on a non hour glass figure.

I felt like it had a very awkward fit on my shoulders and midsection. I wore it anyway and I received many complements.

Perhaps I needed the 2. The 4 just looked big, and in turn made me look bigger. I wanted to like it. And it was a hot day & the material was too much for heat.

Pro: Fabric was soft and stretchy. Chic pattern. Con: The fit was very large, with extra space both in the top and the hips. I felt like a balloon! It was as if there was an artificial hourglass effect thru the hips, which was not flattering.

Cute dress - definitely needs a belt or some other accessory to make it not blah. Post partum and still trying to figure out sizing as I lose weight but size 14 was way too big for 170 lbs / 5'7".

Loved it. Comfy, professional, slenderizing. I'll rent again but in a smaller size. It runs large.

Like the other reviewers, I agree that this has a different cut. I still loved this dress. If you have a belly or larger chest, this dress is perfect for hiding those things. If you are smaller on the top but curvy on the bottom, it looks fabulous as well. Highly recommend this dress.

Sleeve has slight dolman effect - zoom on model photo to see. Perfect for me since my upper arms a little fat so it is not right on them. If it were cheaper I would just buy as this a work dress I would never tire of. I will definitely look more into this brand now and keep an eye out as it fit gorgeous and really is smart for work!!

Chic and comfortable dress for work. You won't find another work dress with more flexible and comfortable material.

Pros: Like puffy sleeves. Cons: Sleeves are a bit short. Guess to show off bracelets?

I didn't take any pictures because i didn't like how i looked - like a potato sack. It has good fabric but it wasn't worth it.

This dress was a miss for me. I have several other pieces from MM La Fleur in size 4, but this one was far too bulky in the sleeves, bodice and waist. If you are larger on top than bottom, it might work, but the thick fabric was unflattering on my frame.
