This was lovely for me, good fit, I have d cup I’m 5’5 and 122 lbs. it wasn’t too revealing for an event where something more modest was indicated . Gorgeous fabric!

Wore to a rehearsal dinner in a big city. It was a bit loose for me in the chest and waist area but it looked like it fit perfect. So many compliments! Unique look. Would rent again.

Overall dress was cute but if you have wider hips I would definitely size up!! It was tight in my hips and butt and loose in my waist to it made it fit a bit weirder than Id like. It also tended to ride up a lot throughout the night. Got a lot of compliments though!!

Very flirty, slits on sides are kinda high but fit very well and material was thick. Very nice for fancy dinner or wedding guest even

This was too large in the chest and too small in the hips for me so I wasn't able to wear it. The slits on the sides came up almost all the way to my hips as well so it would have been tricky to sit in if I'd been able to wear

beautiful quality dress but the cut of the dress + fabric did not work on me mostly due to my body type - i am curvy and have a bum & it was a disaster. Even if I had sized up, the fit would have still looked "off" - this dress maybe works best on athletic builds, not sure!

I tried this dress in a 4 and a 6. In both dresses it was very tight in the hips and weirdly baggy in the waist. I have an hourglass shape, but my butt’s nothing to brag about, so the fit was pretty shocking

Fit was small if you have curves. Slit on both sides went up to mid hip bone, so if you have a big butt, the slits spread out and you are quite exposed, on both sides. Would probably fit perfect if you were not curvy. Also fabric feel is more formal than it appears in the photo. I thought it would be a loose fitting satin dress, but it's heavy formal fabric/cut.

Completely unflattering, a waste of an item spot

I really like this dress but it's just too tight for a 36DD. I love the red silk and the overall cut. Would order again up to two sizes larger to accommodate on top.

I’m a size 6, but often have to size up to 8 for things without stretch as I have curvy / muscular hips and thighs. I ordered the size 8 in this just to be safe. The top was falling off my shoulders and chest because it was stop large, and I could barely get it down and over my hips. Just didn’t look as sheath-like or flowy as it does on the model. If you’re ordering, I recommend a size up and a backup another size up.

Agreed with others on the weird fit - I have 37in hips and a 4 pulled tight across them so the dress didn’t hang at all, but the rest of the top was super loose. Dress would only work for someone built straight up and down with very narrow hips. Was unwearable for me

Agree with all the other reviews that say this is weirdly tight in the hips. If you have even a little bit of a butt, there’s no way this will look good on you. The top fits perfectly and the hips look like they are going to stretch and rip.

As others wrote, the fit on this is not designed for an hourglass shape. It’s tight around the hips and baggy around the waist, so unless you have a very linear body without curves, it will not be flattering. Unfortunate bc the color is beautiful.
