I ordered a 2 and a 4. I opted to wear the 4 due to the chest area on the 2 being a little snug. It was snug in the armpit area actually. I think I would have been annoyed by it all evening. I am a 34C. The 4 felt a little big- but it still looked great. Lots of compliments. VERY comfortable. High quality fabric. This was my first RTR experience and I am 100% a fan. Will definitely rent again. I also rented the necklace that was in the photo of the dress- loved it too!

The 0 was too tight in the chest, the 2 fit perfectly in all areas including length. Wore Kate Spade necklace from RTR and added just amount of additional color. Fabric was not what I expected. Heavier than it looks, almost like a heavy taffeta which made it look dressier. Very comfortable dress and I would highly recommend! Oh, and it has pockets!!!

I rented this dress from the Chicago store location for a casual-ish date night and theater outing. This dress is so comfy (even has little pockets) but has a nice structure to it with a beautiful silhouette. I had to size up to a 6 to make room in the chest of this dress but it was a perfect fit!

Has pockets! Fits well. Slip hung lower than dress so it was a quick pin up. Loved this dress!

The dress was actually the backup in case the other one I rented didn't fit. I'm glad this worked out! It was a bit tight in the bust, but was still extremely comfortable. The pink at the bottom really pops and the black is extremely slimming. I would absolutely rent this dress again and again.

I loved this dress, and it had pockets which is always a win. It was pretty tight in the chest, so if you're big chested this might not be the dress for you.

Loved this dress! I received so many compliments at a wedding. It was very comfortable, nice thick material, and such a cute pattern. The pockets were nice, but not very functional, as they were not very deep. I highly recommend this dress!

I'm a 36D. I was unable to wear anything under it and had to pretty much smash my boobs in. I wear a 6 in everything else. And when they were out of an 8, I was scared to go to a 10... I think with my chest size a 10 would've been perfect. I started the night with a black slip under Bc I thought it might be a little short for my event. Everyone convinced me to get rid of it after this photo. Great chest. But not for ladies with boobs!

I forgot to get add on a second size of this dress, and I would have added a size 4 so that I could get a little more length. I'm 5'8" and 120 lbs and I would have liked to wear a size 4 instead of a 2. This dress was constructed with heavy satin and I really loved this dress. I received many compliments throughout the night.

Dress ran a little small so definitely recommend going a size up. Also a statement necklace goes really well as it's a bit plain at top.

This was my first rental from RTR and I'm officially hooked! The party was at a bar, sort of semi-formal. I felt amazing in this dress. Perfect for tall girls (5'10) like me! I wore a size 6 and was super comfortable. Was a bit worried about the pockets as I'm not usually a fan of them, but they stayed in well with the silhouette of the dress. The colors were fantastic and slightly different, the dress definitely stood out. I'd recommend it to anyone and would love to rent it again!

Loved wearing this dress from start to finish. It was super comfortable and I could wear a regular bra. I chose the larger size (6) because it's a little bit snug up top and I wanted to be comfortable, but it's just an awesome easy to wear dress all around. I got a ton of compliments - the pink is really striking and beautiful!

I was definitely happy for the two sizes! I ordered up from my normal size, based off of the reviews, and got a size up from that as my extra rental. I ended up having to go with the 10 for added length and more room in the bust. But I absolutely loved the cut of the dress and it ended up being a hit!

This dress is so cute and fun. I find Milly always runs true to size. It is pretty short so just be aware. That's a lot of leg showing without tights. I loved the pockets and the material is thick and high quality. Hate to send it back

Dress ran very small. I would normally wear and 8 or a 10. It looked great though. Very form fitting and perfect for the Manhattan roof top bar I went to. Wished I owned it.

Loved the fabric and look of this dress. I wore it to an evening bridal shower and it was the perfect blend of fun and classy. This guy definitely runs small though. I wore the 10 and it was a hair too tight in the chest. I'm a D cup so this isn't out of the question, but I'm usually more than fine in a 10. It was so tight it actually hiked up the outer sheath and separated it from the lining underneath. Because I was sitting most of the time it wasn't a huge deal. I'd definitely rent again, but I'd size up to the 12 I think for the extra chest room.

I didn't realize the material was shiny in the online photo and I away sure I would like it when I first got the dress, but it was perfect! My boyfriend loved it!

I wore this to a concert for my birthday weekend. It was so fun to wear. It does run pretty short. I got the size 6 and the size 8 and ended up wearing the 8 to get the extra length. It was still shorter than I usually wear. It would be perfect for a date night or a girls night out!

I wore this dress to a rehearsal dinner down the shore. The dress I rented arrived a little damaged, and RTR was awesome and overnighted this dress to me. The fit was great and length was appropriate. It was a great twist on the little black dress!

It fit perfectly. Shorter than your average cocktail dress which was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was complementing the dress all night long. I wish that I keep this one. Definitely my favorite so far.

Loved the pockets. With my silver cuff and booties I thought the dress looked a lot edgier than when it's on the hanger. Still classy but the black satin almost looked like leather. I'm probably a 2/4 size now, gained a bit more back in my hips. Wore the 4 and it was perfect. I'm prob a 4 bottom and 2 top.

I rented this dress for a pink themed birthday party and wanted to go the classy route. This dress just feels luxurious when you put it on. It was super flattering and every single person at the party complimented me on it. The best part was that it has pockets! I ended up wearing the 6 because the 4 was a little tight under the arms but you couldn't really tell that I went a size up in the rest of the dress. I'd definitely recommend this dress!

This dress ran really small!! I generally don't like anything tight so I wear a size 10... saw the reviews and got a second size 12 to be safe. Thank god i did! The 12 fit perfectly. Very flattering and comfortable. Paired it with the Henri Bendel Bond St necklace. I didn't want to send this dress back!

The only con i have is that..above the waist area it was very tight. And this dress is not strechable at all. I normally wear size 0 and this one i had a size 2..it was still a little tight there.

This dress was fabulous. The colors were bright but not too loud and paired very well with fun accessories. Definitely try to pair this with pink heals for a pop. I noticed in some pictures that the slip was "slipping out" especially if you wear the size 4 or below. I noticed this while wearing it too, which become a little annoying at times but for the most part was not a problem at all. The fit was true to size. The bust is definitely tight such that you probably will not need a bra. The pockets were an added bonus and definitely did not add too much girth to the waist line (as pockets sometimes do). I would highly recommend this dress!

I wore this dress for a work fundraiser. The theme was a little edgier than I typically dress, but this dress saved me! I had a fabulous time dancing the night away and got lots of compliments. The size 2 was a perfect fit from length, bust, waist, everything. But I was glad I read the other comments and knew to pick the size up. My one complaint is the dress smelled a little funny when I got it - almost like vinegar. This was my first rental so I don't know if that's common. But I would still use Rent the Runway again in a heartbeat. A great experience!

This dress was great but it runs really small. I ordered a size 0 and 2 and neither fit me. They didn't have a size 4 so I took the 6 and it fit me fine. The 4 might have been a bit better but may have been too short. The 6 was short but it didn't feel inappropriate. I loved the pockets. I did have to pin up the liner because it showed around the bottom hem.

So pretty! Photos do not do it justice. Being 5' tall, most dresses (even those considered short) end up being too long. I liked that this dress was the perfect length. The fit was good, however, it was very snug and tight on top. Another thing that I liked was that it had pockets.

Most of the other reviews I read stated that this dress ran really small. I guess since my chest is on the smaller size (34B), I did not find that it was too tight or small even in the slightest. I normally wear a size 4 in dresses so I rented the 6 & 8, based on the other reviews. I wore the 6 but had room to spare. The extra room helped make the dress more "length appropriate" for a Wedding Rehearsal dinner and overall I was satisfied with the fit and material of the dress. I probably would not rent this dress again, but I was happy with my winter-appropriate look and did receive a few compliments on the splash of pink.
