Beautiful material can either dress it down as I did but could've also dressed up!

This was a great dress, the only issue I had was that none of my bras seemed to be the right style since the top showed through the sheer part. I was able to fold one down and pin it though! Other than that the dress was great- very eye catching and flattering!

True to size, though a little tighter in the waist. Super lightweight

I was worried about the size 8 after gaining some weight and reading that it fit small, however, the 10 would have been too big. (The 8 was just a bit smug on the rib cage). Details on the dress are great and make it just a bit more formal. Love the flowers and the lace too. I was comfortable dancing, received compliments, and felt beautiful.

Loved the mesh straps and nice prominent waistline. The neckline is already pretty detailed that there was no need for me to embellish with accessories

A little snug in the rib-cage area, but SUCH a beautiful dress. I got lots of complements on it, and totally wanted to keep it! Just the right balance of classic and retro. Loved the pockets, too!

I wore this dress for an engagement party. The material is a little odd, it feels like the lining of a rain coat, but was light and airy on a hot day. I loved the pockets and I received so many amazing compliments on this dress.

The dress came in on time and was adorable. I ordered up in both sizes because milly tends to run small. The 10 fit great, it was very comfortable and I loved the pockets! Would definitely recommend! Thanks RTR for another great dress!!

I absolutely LOVED wearing this dress. I wore it to my cousin's bridal shower/party. I would have preferred wearing a 10 for more room because it's almost like wearing a corset. It's tight and hugs you. If you have somewhat of a butt, it is short. I wore it anyways lol Everyone loved the dress, as did I. I wanted to keep it!

Fits true to size. The material is a a bit like a raincoat and the pockets make it very flattering. A bit right in the chest.

I rented this for a recent June wedding. The fit was true and comfortable. You should probably wear it with a strapless bra, however I had a black lace bra I wore under it and it actually looked like part of the dress. A lot of compliments throughout the night. I discovered halfway through the reception that the dress has pockets! Bonus!

The material is unique, but this is a unique dress. A little bit of a retro feel, but still modern (pockets!). I am pretty flat chested, so it was loose on top but I remedied with some inserts. Great silhouette!

What a fantastic dress. Another winner from rtr. The dress is true to size but if you are concerned with fit order a size up as there is no stretch. Fit notes mentioned the dress was up to a C cup but I am a 32DD and it fit perfect. Saw some other reviews that the fabric felt weird like a raincoat - which made me think it would feel thick, shiny and cheap - not true. I think the material is a silk- like blend and has some sheen to it but was very comfortable. Kept jewelry to a minimum on this but added a pop of color with poppy red lips and manicure. The cut and floral pattern give off a retro pin-up vibe.

I usually wear a size four and ordered that size without the 6 backup (it wasn't in stock when I ordered) and while I probably could have "made it work" I chose another Milly dress in its place. This dress is really beautiful. If you are a bit hippy, you might want to consider at least going up one size for back up because it has a slight fitted drop waist and the material has absolutely no give. I really wish I could have worn this dress, but I just would have been too uncomfortable. I will definitely rent this at some other time in the correct size. So pretty, dainty and sophisticated with the most beautiful neckline!

I got this dress in an 8 and 10, and ended up wearing the 10 because I was squeezed a little bit in the top (I have broad shoulders, which made everything feel like it was pulling). The sleeves were a perfect touch. I was nervous I'd be moving them around all the time to make them stay on my shoulders, but that wasn't the case. The length was perfect - hit right above the knee. I wore it to a Saturday night wedding and I fit right in with the dress. A+!

This was the perfect dress for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I'm definitely pear-shaped, and this was super flattering. I love it so much, and wish I could keep it. My now husband loved it too!

Absolutely loved this dress and want to buy it!! It was my back up for a bridal shower and liked it so much I made my husband take me out to a nice restaurant just to wear it! Strange feel, almost like raincoat material, but it looks awesome. Perfect fit for my curvy frame. Very girly, yet sexy at the same time, the Hubs loved it :)

I can't say anythingggg bad about this dress! It was amazing!!!! have always loved wearing Milly, and this dress was no exception! Fit like a glove and made me feel so beautiful and sexy. Milly does an amazing job of really flattering the figure. Would totally go out and buy this dress now.

I LOVED this dress but unfortunately did not get to wear it since it came late. The dress was a gorgeous shape, the sheer straps were adorable and the fabric was very luxe. I don't normally like the full skirt shape on my body type so I was surprised I liked this dress so much. I was a bit larger and bustier than I normally am (around an 8/10 at the time) and the 8 fit well. Did a great job of camoflauging my middle section. My biggest complaint was with customer service. My delivery was "changed by UPS" and slated to arrive a day after I needed it. I didn't notice until the day before I needed it and I felt it was a huge struggle to get replacements. After an hour on hold on the phone and 2 hours on a online chat (with very little response from the service rep) I FINALLY got replacements...none of which unfortunately worked.

The dress fit perfectly and was in perfect condition! It was a really fun dress (hello pockets!) and I have no complaints about it.

This dress was so pretty! I loved the details throughout the dress. It was tight in the bodice and forgiving in the hips. I did find that the 6 fit me a little to tight in the ribcage, making it uncomfortable to sit for long periods of time. The length of this dress hit me a few inches above the knee and was an appropriate length for a family wedding. I loved dressing this up with chandelier earrings, side swept hair and matte red lipstick.

The dress fit a little tight around my rib cage and my strapless bra kept peeking over the top to show through the lace. Other than that this dress was fantastic, the pockets were super handy and the fabric had a nice weight to it!

Rented for a Kentucky Derby Party on my birthday and it definitely fit the bill. Lots of compliments and light and comfy for a long day at the track. Pockets always a bonus --wish every dress could have them.

I wore this for my sisters rehearsal dinner. It wasn't my first choice, but I'm glad I ended up with it. It's very flattering in the midsection because it hugs you in all the right places. I got a ton of compliments, too! Always do when I rent the runway!!!

I usually wear somewhere between a size 2 and 4, so I ordered both- the 2 fit perfectly. The only con was that the straps were a bit loose on me and kept falling down; but that didn't effect the fit of the dress at all (it was already tight enough that the straps were more for fashion than functionality). This dress was perfect for the occasion, it even has pockets which I used to keep my lens caps in while shooting during the ceremony/reception. I felt like it was somewhere in between a summer sun dress and a formal cocktail dress, which is exactly what I wanted!

an interesting texture, almost feels like a rain coat. I am usually a 4, but this 2 fit me perfectly. very snug bodice so if you are busty, you would need to size up, not down. bonus: hidden pockets! although it arrived with a stain on the front, thanks to the texture, it rubbed right off with damp washcloth. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only due to stain. But customer service was fantastic when I emailed to complain.

Rented for a Friday evening wedding. It was very comfortable and fit well on my pear-shaped figure. I wore a 12 and at 165 lbs and 5'6", it fit snugly around the bust and upper waist, but then flared out for lot of comfortable room in lower abdomen and hips. It was a tiny bit short for my taste, but I did have on 4 inch heels. Overall a great dress that I would rent again!

Beautiful fabric, very flattering cut. The bodice runs small, which made it a little uncomfortable and hard to zip up in back but the upside is you really don't need a bra and it makes your waist look tiny!

Rented this for a baby shower. The pattern is cute but the material feels a bit cheap. The shoulder straps were too long and the chest area too loose so it'd fit better for larger chested girls. The length was fine. I just wish it hugged more!

Rented for a work cocktail party-too much cleavage so I went with my back up. The pockets are great, and the tailoring creates a very flattering waist to hip ratio for those of us who are a little thick. I have another Milly dress that is an 8, but I couldn't even zip the 8 in this style. Order a size up for your back up. I love this dress and will rent again if I have a date!

The fabric was very lightweight, almost like an umbrella-type material. It was great for a warm day, and roomy enough to sit and stand in total comfort. The length was perfect for Point to Point.

I am typically a size 4 but could only order the size 6 since it was the smallest available for my event date. I didn't think it would be an issue since most reviews said that the dress ran small. I didn't think this was the case as when I got it, it was pretty loose in the strap/chest area. I improvised by safety pinning the straps a bit and it ended up fitting like a glove! I got compliments all night and the dress was so comfortable! Such a great first time experience with RTR!

This dress is definitely a different material as others have mentioned but it makes for a lightweight, easy to wear dress. And it has pockets! So pleased with this rental although it probably wouldn't be comfortable in the chest for a large bust. This dress did have some tearing in the inside lining bear the zipper but thankfully it didn't affect the zipper.

Fit true to size. I was a bit worried that the straps were a bit too long, but they magically stayed up all night without any help! Loved the pattern and the detailing on the straps. Paired great with red shoes and red lipstick. Would definitely rent this again!
