I loved this dress and wish I could buy it.

The fit was cool I normally wear a size 6 but read the reviews and went a size up based on it runs small. The 8 was better because it was tight around arm area so when you had to lift it was a little difficult, Other than that I loved it was a total fun dress the material was fine I didn't get hot like everyone else said, but the material did feel different.

I loved wearing this Milly dress for an interview with my co-founder Jenn. It's super comfortable and lightweight. Plus, it's not your average LBD - has a great pop of color!

This was a RTR dress that I did not want to return. When my original dress became unavailable in my backup size, RTR Stylist Justine suggested this dress. The dress arrived with the tags still on and much cuter than I imagined. The model photo doesn't do the dress justice. It is a very comfortable dress, but still very fashion forward and well made. I dressed it down with sandals since it was for a more casual rehearsal dinner, but you could easily dress this up with a pair of patent leather heels for a more formal affair. Plus, this dress has pockets, which was perfect for storing my favorite lip gloss.

the fabric on this dress was really cool and unexpected- its hard to describe. the pink grosgrain ribbon at the waist added a cute touch to an otherwise plain LBD, and this dress fit REALLY well. I'd say it runs very true to size and was comfortable.

I ordered the 4 and the 6, as I usually wear a 4. The 4 was way too tight. I couldn't even zip it up. The 6 was perfect. Just like others said, the dress is almost like a parachute material. And it doesn't give at all, so you have to fit into it properly in order to wear it. I couldn't raise my arms up completely, because of the lack of give, but I was able to move well enough to dance. I got a lot of compliments on the dress. I'd definitely recommend it!

This was the perfect dress for the night. Wore it to a Bachelorette party, and it was not only a hit, it saved me. The material of the dress was exactly what the day called for. I was walking to meet up with the rest of the party at the Burlesque lesson ( the picture) when all of a sudden in NYC there was a total and complete downpour. I wasn't prepared with an umbrella and got soaked even after purchasing on the bottom of the dress got drenched the rain was coming down so hard and fast. but, within 10min of the rain stopping, the dress was completely dry, and looked perfect. I wish I could have said the same for my hair, but that's life. hahahaha... Plus the dress, although short, was comfortable and easy to move in. Really like the dress and couldn't have been happier to have been in it.

I rented this dress for a rehearsal dinner and it was perfect. Overall fit ran a little small and the material was light so would be a great dress for summertime.

I wore this dress for an interview for a summer internship position at RTR. It was fairly snug in some awkward places but it overall made me feel very chic and professional and even wore it on the plane ride home! Lots of complements!

This dress was not as fitted as I expected.. I had lots of room to move, it did not look bad, I just wished it fit a little more true to size.

For some reason I was overly hot in the dress maybe due to the material which is more of a windbreaker material rather than a dress material. I think that material added to it looking modern and chic. Also i am a 36 B and it fit tight around my chest and don't try lifting your arms in the dress because the cap sleeves don't allow it.

I ordered this dress as an addition to my original order for an extra $25, so I was only allowed one size. The dress was really pretty and I'm just would've been very comfortable in a larger size, but this was tight and restrictive. I loved the dress, the material felt like snow pants (weird, I know) and if I had gone a size larger, I would've been much more comfortable. I would recommend going a size up.

I wore this dress to breast cancer fundraiser at an art gallery, so the pink belt was perfect. I wore the larger size because of the length. The 10 was a little short for this professional event. I loved that the dress had pockets! It made it really fun. Be aware the dress is a little bit of a strange material...almost like a wind breaker material which makes the dress a little more casual than other materials like silk or satin. It was fine for me, but you should know before you rent.

This dress fit perfectly. I love the pop of color at the waist. It was perfect for my more-than-casual-but-not-formal event. The material was strange like others stated but that's what made it so comfortable I think. This is one of my favorite dresses and I'd buy it if I could. It's the perfect little black dress.

Dress fit very true to size! I'm 5'11 so the dress was more of a mini, but not too short. The pink attached ribbon gave definition to my waist which I liked. At 5'11 these types of dresses are often too short waisted on me, but this one fell at just the right place. Got lots of compliments!

After a not so great first order, I am so glad I tried again. This was one of two dresses for a wedding weekend and I wore this one to the rehersal dinner. Loved it. Fit true to size, classic LBD with a fun edge. My husband said, "that's short...i LIKE it!" :) This would be a great dress for a girl's night out, date night, etc. I will give one warning on the material - it is almost like the material you would imagine on a parka or an umbrella (sounds odd, i know) - so it will wrinkle a bit even if you have it crisp. It just adds the unique style of the dress. Lots of compliments and the dress looked brand new. Yeah! Sorry I didnt get a pic!

The 2 fit me perfectly. I wasn't a huge fan of the material it was made out of. It was a perfect dress for the occasion! I would recommend this dress.

First time using RTR and it was a great experience. Dress was perfect (wore it for a bachelorette party, just right for the occasion). Fit was a tiny bit snug so decided to wear the larger size. Would definitely recommend the dress and RTR!

Wore this to my birthday party, which was a Hollywood themed murder mystery party. I was voted best dressed by the guests.

Wore this for New Years. VERY SHORT. otherwise pretty true to size which is great since I didn't have a back up rental with this one. Material is different but I thought it was perfect for the occasion. It was like a very thin taffeta. tight in the arms but was going out for dinner so didnt have to deal with dancing or anything

loved this dress, the only slight issue on my end was that the fabric was such a strange material, it was almost like ski jacket material! it didn't really matter and in the end kinda went with the futuristic look of the dress. would definitely recommend! this dress would work best for slightly bustier girls, my top was a bit flat for this but it still looked great.

The fit was great, although the cap sleeves did restrict arm movement a little bit. It was a great length on me for my business attire dinner and look great with a black blazer.

I decided not to wear this dress because I had initially gotten it for a job interview and it was very difficult to move my arms up and down. My arms are my problem area, so if you have smaller arms, this might not be a problem. If I would've worn it, I would size up - just because it was a professional situation and the material had NO stretch whatsoever. I liked the material. It seemed like it would travel very well.

The material felt a little cheap to me. I'm glad this was a rental and I did not purchase this dress. It's a little shorter than I thought it would be so I wore tights. I loved the detail around the neckline and the pop of color. The material had no give so order a size up if you are in between two.

Nothing terribly special about this dress. Fit awkward and material (similar to ski pants) made it look casual. If you need an LBD for a bachelorette party it could work.

I generally always wear a size four, but this one was too snug. Also, the fabric was strange - similar to sleeping bag material. I think if the fabric was nicer I would have worn the larger size, but I didn't like the dress in general. There are much better options for dresses, in my opinion.

I needed a simple dress for a special occasion--but unfortunately this wasn't it. The size: Granted I am a bit bustier, but the whole fit was just a pinch to tight; I got in it for sure, but there's the whole breathe comfortably thing. The style: As for the other reviewers, they're not lying; it really is windbreaker material and very wrinkly at that. Recommend for a low-stakes fun night out over high-stakes professional event.

The material for this dress is WAY more casual than it looks in pictures. The material was similar to a snow suit. I would not recommend this for anything formal. I rented it for a NYE party and even if it had not been too short to wear in public, I doubt I would have felt dressy enough. This would not be my go to if I needed a little back dress.

I never ended up wearing this dress as it just didn't look right on me. As an hourglass shape, I thought it would be perfect with the pink band to accentuate the waist. However, it just looked a little awkward on me. Maybe if I had smaller hips it would've worked out.

I rented this dress for a party because I thought it looked like a great spin on the little black dress. I was not all that impressed when the dress arrived. I was mostly disappointed in the material of the dress. It felt like it was a combination of a trashbag and those swishy athletic pants. Overall, I would not recommend it.

The overall fit and style of this dress is great, however, the fabric is strange. The material reminded me of wind breaker workout pants. Works for more casual events, not great for formal events.

I rented this dress for my NYE party. It didn't fit my curvy body, so I opted to wear a simple black dress in my closet. I did wear the earrings and accessories I ordered for the dress which jazzed up the plain dress I wore. I have rented dresses in the past, this is the 1st RTR dress that did not work out.
