Fit perfectly, I loved it!

Material was thick, shiny and flexible. I'm 5'1" and it hit a few inches below my knees. The shoulders were easy to manage. I wore it off the shoulder and was still able to move my arms.

The dress fits like a glove, but is not restrictive, tho' the off-the-shoulders sleeves can be a little tight - you have to be careful with a quick raise of the arms! It looks and feels wonderful, I absolutely loved it (in fact, will probably buy it!!) - it's the perfect LBD. I got many compliments on it, and I felt elegant, sexy - very attractive.

I rented this for a cocktail party but it really feels more appropriate for black tie. I love it and will definitely rent again for a wedding or a more formal affair because it's gorgeous and fits beautifully

I'm usually a 6 or an 8 on a good day and the 10 was almost TOO small. I'm 5'6" and 153lbs. I wish I had a 12 but, alas, I did not. I had to wear some serious shapewear to fit into this dress but it ended up being okay. Even took anti bloat pills just to pull this off. Size up if you order it! Otherwise, beautiful dress!

I got this for a cocktail attire fundraiser. It was really comfortable hit ended up wearing a different RTR because it felt a little big. I'm typically a 4 or 6. A 2 might have fit better. But i loved the material and shape

It's a nice dress. I steamed it and everything but still many wrinkles. Probably from me pulling it down regularly. I didn't love but I didn't hate it. I liked the slit on the side. Classy with a little sexiness. I wore a 14 to fit over my hips/stomach better but then the top was a bit loose so I couldn't do certain poses in my photo shoot.

Complete knock out of a dress. Compliments all night long including "you are the chicest person here." Might buy it! Loved this classic cocktail dress.

Because this was much longer on me than the model, it ended up being the perfect dress for a black tie optional wedding in late fall. Very simple design but the satin sheen brings just the right amount of glam. Paired with rhinestone sandals and a pink fur coat (pictured!).

i wore this for my family christmas photos. we did a dressy theme and i loved it! i got lots of compliments on this dress. it fit me so well and really accentuated my curves in a tasteful way. 10/10

This dress is classy, simple, and beautiful. The fabric is heavy and doesn't wrinkle much at all, even after being transported in luggage. It fit like a glove and me feel like I was a character in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. I would consider buying this.

It fit perfectly and the fabric was a soft luxurious stain, very figure flattering. I felt like a movie star!

I loved this dress. Wore it to a cocktail party with black strappy heels. Fit was perfect. Can't go wrong with this one.

At a petite 130 lbs I was on the fence between a 4 and 6 and almost regret renting the 6 because a 4 would've been more form fitting on the torso area and would've looked better. I rented as one of two options for a wedding this weekend, I'm on the fence on wearing this one. Shoulder area is very flattering but in hindsight I wish I'd gone with a 4.

Felt so hot! I am usually a 4 but wore a size 2 - it fit a little snug but looked great! can't wait to wear it again.

I did not wear this to the gala, as I went with a longer dress from RTR; however, it was gorgeous! It fit like a glove and I felt amazing in it. Wished I had another event to wear it!

Highly recommend. The sleeves don't let you raise your arms, the one drawback.

Great dress I'm actually considering buying because it looked great and got lots of compliments. I wore to a black tie event but would definitely rent in future for weddings coming up this year.

Loved this dress. Very well made and fit like a glove. Never felt it was going to fall down or move. High slit but able to wear regular spanx. Lots of complements!

I wore this gorgeous dress for a non-profit Gala, and had several compliments! I thought the off the shoulder would bother me, but it actually was extremely comfortable. The slit on the side added a but of a sassy angle, but still kept the dress extremely elegant. Definitely wished I owned it!

Wore this for a murder mystery party set in the 1950s. Very cute and flattering. I would wear it to another event that was not costume too.

This dress is a beautiful, satiny LBD. However, it hugged my bottom half too tight and was loose on the top. I ended up not being to wear it.

I'm usually a 2 or 4 in dresses... though lately I would say I'm a solid 4. They only had a 2 available in this, so I tried it. It's a very pretty, simple LBD but it was too tight and pulled in my hips, so I didn't wear it. I would definitely rent again in a 4 for another event. It perfect for a cocktail event or even a formal event if you dress it up with jewelry. I would say it runs pretty true to size.

I rented this to wear to a wedding and ended up wearing something else. The sleeves, although flattering, were a little large and didn't look great on my arms.

I really wanted to wear this dress to a wedding, and spent almost an hour reading all the reviews, and trying to assess fit. I wouldn't bother. The dress is pretty, but the fit was totally weird on me, and while I could have walked outside without it looking bizarre if I kept it very pulled down (so the sleeves had some contact with my shoulders) it would have been not flattering. I could see how if it did fit it would be sexy and beautiful. I found that none of the 6 dresses I ordered fit at all, so I would be wary of trying to make it work,

It was very hard to close and I feel it runs small.

Very simple but pretty dress.

Unable to wear

Dress is pretty and very form fitting but true to size. Problem is that seaming at bust creates very noticeable points where nipples would be. Its extremely distracting and borders on inappropriate. I planned to wear to my rehearsal dinner but my had to nix it as it was NOT the look for a bride to be around family.

I'm a size 4 usually and this dress was wayyy too big for me. I couldn't wear it for my event.

Great black dress for a formal affair. It was very slimming and flattering on, the material made it very forgiving. I rented it for a charity event which turned out to be more casual than I expected so I didn't wear this. Would have loved a reason to though!
