The material is nice, feels expensive, and I love the design. It was a bit snug over the hips and tummy so it's not the best choice for a poochy tummy. Definitely a Spanx requirement for some. I rented it for work, wanting to put a little edge to my work wardrobe but at least for my business casual office, it was a touch too sexy. It would look great for a creative work field or for a night out/party etc. If I was 10 lbs lighter I would have felt more comfortable wearing it.

I sized up in the dress so it definitely runs small. It’s a gorgeous dress despite being simple. The fabric is thick and doesn’t wrinkle easily. I wanted to wear it for a work gala but once on, it was a little too sexy. I ended up wearing another rental that was a little more formal. I’ll probably rent it for a non-work event.

The dress is really attractive. I love the asymmetrical hem of the dress. The zipper is a little risque for my work (attorney for a state agency) but the dress isn't short on me (I'm 5'1''), so I figured it was okay. The dress fits a little tighter than usual in the rib cage area, but not uncomfortably. My only real issue with the dress? The hem! It's completely undone. I didn't notice until I got to work, so I'm going to have to live with it all day, which is pretty annoying. It completely changes the angles of the dress and kind of ruins the look. I'm not sure if it's meant to be sewed or ironed to hold its hem, but it's not working now! Too bad, because it's an attractive dress otherwise. Wouldn't rent again just due to the hem issue.

Tried my regular size, didn't fit. Sized up, still couldn't get it, so I decided to move on. If you're bigger chested/have a big rib cage, be prepared to size up at least once if not twice.
