The fit and length are perfect and true to size for the workplace. Hit just below knee, and the waist tie can be tied in front or back. I felt so confident, feminine and sophisticated in this Milly dress.

I have rented this dress twice so far for work because I love it so much. I have a cute pair of black and white shoes that I pair it with. It fits perfectly and I love the little bow in the Front. I will likely keep renting this one with my unlimited because it is the perfect summer work dress!

This dress fits great and was very flattering. Only downside is it does hold a little bit of wrinkle, but not bad at all. The belt is a great touch and I found it extremely easy to replicate how the model was wearing it in the picture. Love this one!

I loved everything about this dress. It's chic yet not over the top, it's a quality material so you don't have to worry about it being see through. And the tie belt hides a multitude of sins. I'm between a 4 and a 6 and the 6 was perfect but almost a little tight so I'd say if you're between sizes to go up.

This is snug. I wouldn't say it runs small, because I think it is designed to fit like a glove, and it did. It made me feel like a million bucks though. Everyone commented on how great the dress was all day long! I wore it again a week later to take a picture I will treasure forever from my former bosses' last day in the office.

Ordered for work, but then weather wasn't ever suitable and ended up wearing to a wedding on a warm evening when none of the other options I ordered were appealing--felt good even tho more of a daytime look--wd definitely rent again

I ended up returning this because the colors didn't look great on me (white doesn't look the best with my pale skin I guess). The cut was fine and the tie hides your belly. I wasn't a big fan of the fabric itself but it seemed like decent quality. Would be good for someone with different skin/hair tones.

This dress is super classy and professional. The white is slightly grayish, not bright white. The dress was great but did show signs of wear.

This dress fits everywhere perfectly (bonus points for not too gaping arm holes, the bane of many a sleeveless dress). Classy length for work, sturdy (and warm, good for still cold DC March) fabric, and love how the tie falls on your front with both colors. Only drawback is, well, it's white, and no matter how careful I was I couldn't keep a molecule of coffee or Pete's hot sauce or whatever from landing on it. Maybe it's a better dress for a meal-less function, vs. a typical work day.

This dress is stunning but I should have known better and sized up. I made it work with a blazer because it was too beautiful not to wear! Will rent again but will size up!

Fits great in the bust but large on the bottom past your buttocks. Only wore once and sent back. Won't rent again.

For reference, I'm 5'5" 135lb and approximately 36/27/37" and this fit comfortably, but was also relatively flattering for a work dress. Unique design and the belt manages to fall very neatly for being manually tied rather than sewn permanently.
