The colors are vibrant, the fabric is great quality, and it fit great (wish I had size smaller). This was a fun, versatile summer dress for the office.

I adore this dress! I got TONS of compliments in it. I'm struggling to decide whether to buy it. It's extremely flattering, comfortable, and chic. I felt like a million bucks in it. I also can't imagine a size or body shape it wouldn't flatter. I'm a size 12, 36DD and it totally worked for my curves (IMHO!).

This dress is extremely comfortable and cute. The stretch is so great and I love the vibrant colors. I wore this 3 times! Twice to work and once to a graduation. I threw a red cardigan over it for work and added blue heels. Wore red flats for the graduation. I'm quite tall and the ONLY possible negative is the waist hit a little high. But I was the only one who thought so. Really love Millay and this rental was no exception.

I loved this dress and would totally rent again (if I weren't in the midst of losing weight, I would seriously have contemplated buying). It was so comfortable. It was quite flattering too (especially when worn with shapewear) and I got lots of compliments. It is a substantial knit, perfect for spring. It matched my navy blazer perfectly!

Dress feels like a comfy sweater. I wore on a rainy FL day, it may be too warm for a hot summer day. I wore w/ jacket to see customers but can totally wear w/out. Good length. Felt nice around shoulder and chest. Not too tight or lose.

Very good quality thick material. I wore it with tights and boots because the temperature in Florida is all over the place and I wanted to wear it even though it's still cold. I got a lot of compliments. I like the fact that the dress was long enough for me to feel comfortable wearing it to work. I'm 5'9".

I wore this dress twice. It can be dressed up or down. It fits nicely my petite frame. The colors are amazing and the fabric is stretchy so it doesn't loose its shape. I will definitely rent it again!

This dress is amazing! Great heavy weight knit but still summer appropriate. Easy transition piece. Rocks the hourglass figure and COMFORTABLE

I really loved this dress. I wore it to work and got compliments all day. It was very flattering and hit my waist at the perfect spot for the ideal hourglass shape. The ONLY problem with it was that it was a little tight in the chest. A bigger size might have relieved this, but it might not have fit so well everywhere else. Would rent again.

Even though the dress feels like a cotton jersey dress, it has a fitted waist and a flare to the skirt. The colors are so bright and cheerful. I got two compliments right away when I wore it to work. I would definitely rent it again for a bridal shower type event. So comfortable plus you look put together in a flash.

I rented this for a work related Pride event and it was perfect. Flattering and comfortable with the right amount of stretch.

There’s a reason some of these dresses cost so much retail - the cut and quality. This is the perfect example. From the photo it doesn’t look like much more than a basic striped dress. In person, the fabric is a gorgeous medium weight sweater knit that hugs just the right curves and flares at the most perfect spot on your hips. The skirt then lays in such a lovely way. I’m super tempted to keep this classic, but alas.... I would say rent it early before the fabric pills. For sizing - tons of stretch here, but don’t underestimate the power of those stripes to get too stretched if your trying to squeeze into it. Runs true to size.

Great fit, nips in nicely at the waist. It runs a little long for my taste, but still cute. I got a lot of compliments, and since it's winter I wore a blouse underneath.

This dress fit like a dream -- it's heavy enough that it lays beautifully and conceals any bumps but didn't feel heavy or hot. Fits true to size and hit just a bit above the knee. I would have given it four stars if it hadn't been kind of smelly...

Rented a size up based on comments but could have worn a medium and had it fit well. Very comfortable and fun dress. Paired it with a bright yellow jacket and that made all the difference. Would also wear it with a pair of flats for a fun weekend dress

Knit dress has a good weight to it for fall. Holds shape well for a slimming waistline. Colors in the stripes are bright.

I wore this to a conference for work. Dress was very comfortable and professional. Length was perfect for work. I liked the pop of color instead of wearing all black or navy to my event. Topped the dress with a navy cardigan and got tons of compliments!

This dress was nice for a not overly formal day at the office. The material is heavy and flattering but not overly hot I'm generally a medium in Milly and this fit well. I could have done a small but wanted to be a little more conservative for work.

Good knit dress for work

Perfectly cute dress - just as it looks. Good quality sweater fabric. I enjoyed wearing it several times, with my yellow pumps but wasn't drop dead in love with it.

Cute dress but a little bit young for me and my office. I wore and got compliments but felt a little like I was borrowing my kid sisters dress (I'm 38 and not afraid of fashion but this just felt slightly junior for me as a tall gal)

This fit my 5'3" 120 lb. frame, but just wasn't flattering at all. I think it actually looks better in the photo than it did live. I felt like a child. The fabric is basically a sweater and it's just not very flattering.

Dress is easy and comfortable. Perfect for work and also great day to night piece.

Super cute pattern and colors, also the fabric was a really nice heavier weight. Dress was a little bit short and tight for me - probably should have gone one size up.

This got true to size except it was (way) longer thank how it looked on the model (but can't get away with making. It look like a midi). I looked awkward in it. Nice dress though but for taller ladies.

Absolutely loved this dress

Because it is so fitted, it is on the sexy side for work. I wore a denim jacket over it to minimize that. After work, took he jacket off and it was perfect for dinner out.
