The material of this dress is wonderful it was heavy enough that I didn't feel like I needed to wear a bra. The slits in the front and back can reveal more than you want if there's a breeze or if you sit the wrong way so beware of that. I love the color and the orange pop at the top was really nice. The dress transitioned perfectly from happy hour to dinner to dancing out in Dallas on vacation. I wore flats to keep it casual but you could definitely throw on a pair of heels and go to a more formal events because of the material. The bottom half of the dress is really interesting with the asymmetrical drop waist and the way the slits are set. I would buy the dress.

Surprised by the high slits had to pin them closed but perfect plunging neckline to make it flirty. Great fabric quality, and comfortable to wear.

I loved this so much. I felt amazing in it. Wore it to a play. It is a thick fabric . I'm 5,2" and it came to my mid-calf. The shoulder straps are adjustable. Got tons of compliments!!

I love this trendy dress by Milly! Running small with some stretch, I recommend wearing your true size as your primary and sizing up as your back up. This style is comfortable throughout midsection and loose at the hips. It works for all cup sizes. Should be worn with a strapless bra. At 5ft, the length hits me tea length. The colors on this dress is beautiful. Pair with some fun earrings!

Yes this dress has a drop waist and really high slits, but it's very fun and interesting! I didn't wear a bra and was all good. Wore it to beach vacay and felt chic.

Fit loosely, and felt expensive. The thick material was ok even in 90 degree + humidity! I didn't wear a bra, always a plus in my book.

The colors are pretty, but this dress was a little too long on me and wasn't very flattering. It was comfortable but just average looking. Also, the slits go up pretty high so if you spin around quickly, u might flash someone.

Loved the colors in this dress but the waistline was not particularly flattering on my body. This would probably be 5 stars on someone with an hourglass or very slim figure, but the waist panel skirt thing (?) really accentuated my mom belly... Still wore it because the color combo was really unique and pretty.

The top is quite large but the hips are more fitted than it showed in pictures. The material is beautiful, the powder blue color is very pretty but orange is much more neon in person. Horrible fit on me. I rented the 2 and I definitely could not size down in the hips but the top was too big so the 4 would not have worked either. Bummed bc I normally love this designer.

Dress was perfect for a summer wedding. I am a 36D so the 6 fit my chest better, 5'6 140. I thought it was very comfortable and I got great compliments.

I rented this for vacation and it wasn't quite what I expected when I received it. On the hanger, I wasn't that impressed. But it ended up being the show stopping, cute dress of my entire vacation. I love the older, flapper style cut with the completely revealing slits (if you so choose). It's cheeky!

Ordered a 4 but was pretty loose so returned and will try to rent a 2. Usually between a 2-4 in dresses so I would recommend sizing down.

Very classy day or night summer dress. It just looks expensive. People seemed startled (in a good way) when I walked into the room. It really does stand out.

This dress is a show stopper cans my absolute favorite thing I've rented. I got it in a size ten as I'd rented from milky before and needed a 10 ... however this dress was too big but still looked phenomenal. I got so many compliments.

A bit dressier than I needed but wore it anyway. It's a flyaway skirt you can't really see from photos.

I got a size smaller than I normally do and it was perfect. I matched it with a pair of white sneakers to make it more casual. Can be dressed up or dressed down. I got tons of compliments from people on the street and everyone wanted to know where it was from.

Very different and secy

This is an easy dress with a nice flow. It does have slits that can open, but I just wore some athletic shorts under. Generally the skits stay closed fine, but the shorts avoid overshare. This dress is thick enough that if the girls are perky you do not need a bra. I was very comfortable in this dress. It also works when you are not sure how casual or dressy to be as it can fit in easily to many levels of dress. Since I am small chested I might try a smaller size. It may run a tad large.

Usually wear 8. Good for women larger on bottom and smaller on too.

I have a short torso and had to raise the straps pretty high to make sure the pleat would hit at the right spot. I love the colors but the execution on this dress didn't work for me.

I have another Milly dress in a size 6 that fits just right, unfortunately, this one did not. It was ill-fitting on top and bottom. It will work beautifully for someone with a long torso and narrow hips (I have neither).

The material is fantastic, but the orange is more like a highlighter orange, much brighter than I expected. The fit is very boxy, which wasn’t complimentary to my body shape. I ended up returning it without wearing.

Maybe it is just not right for a pear shape body. It just fit me strangely. Quality was nice though.

Pretty blue color but the slit on the skirt (not visible from the photo) was so high in the front that it made it a bit uncomfortable to wear to work. Also, the drop waist was a bit low (or perhaps it was just too large for me). I wore a strapless bra but felt like the material was still a bit revealing. The dress is actually very pretty on but runs large and the skirt is a bit fuller than depicted.

I wanted to love this dress with its retro colors and cut, but it is really odd. The skirt is cut into four panels, so when the wind blows you end up uncovered in unexpected places. Just not as flattering or easy to wear as expected.

This dress is cute, but it ran a bit large. It also has an odd cut, tighter at the top and really big in the hips and legs. I felt too busty in the top while the bottom swallowed me. It may be better for someone with a pear shape.

I took a gamble despite other shaky reviews, but this is an oddly cut dress. Somehow the bottom is huge while the top is ill-fitted and unflattering.

It's more of a bathing suit material and pretty unforgiving. Hard to wear a bra due to straps, but it also flattens you up top like a sports bra. Better for flatter chests but I (36 c) couldn't make it work.

This dress is really pretty but is just a little weird. It makes your body - no matter how curvy you are - look like a box. If you have a really athletic build then this is a great dress - otherwise it's kind of a miss. Also, the slits go all the way up to your butt so be forewarned that if the wind picks up you'll be giving everyone a show.

Odd fit in waist & bust

The WEIRDEST dress, it has a semi drop waist with like an asymmetrical overlap skirt? I can't even explain it.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews on this one, but now that I have I agree with those who say this is a weird dress. I was hoping for a simple little sundress, but it's a weird sort of formal material and the skirt has all these geometric slits almost like a skort. It was also a terrible fit through the bodice. Just strange.

The colors are beautiful on this dress - but the cut is weird. If your a straight, narrow body - this is the dress for you. Any curves - ehhhh, I don't know if it's for you.
