Loved this dress. Wore it to a conference and dinner party and got tons of compliments. It was a little tight in the chest area, but I made it work. The slit on the side gives the dress a little edge, which I loved.

Mills compliments my hourglass figure. With that being said, the quality is thick and slit was not too high for me. I received tons of compliments. It totally met my expectations.

First, this dress is so beautiful. Perfect color and the fabric is light and soft and great in summer. But taller ladies, this dress may not be for you because the side slit does come pretty high and may not be work appropriate. It worked for my 5'4" frame but any taller and I would probably have felt uncomfortable wearing to work

Pretty summer work dress with a nicely tailored silhouette. Stretchy breathable comfortable fabric. Side slit is functional and adds a bit to design. Works well with blazer too.

I rented this dress for work and I really loved it. It's very comfortable and a beautiful color. Milly dresses are definitely one of my favorite brands. This is quite fitted, so spanx are recommended. Length is appropriate for work, but there is a small slit on the side that some may not be comfortable with. Got plenty of compliments!

The dress was great and true to size. I'm 5'6" and 100 lbs. It was perfect for work as well. My only issue with this dress was the wrinkles. It creases easily, and the steamer couldn't get them all out. Overall, I would rent again.

Nice fit

This one is really a knockout if it fits right. I ordered it in my normal size for a work party and then ordered it a size up for court (lawyer). It was not much bigger in a 6 than an 8. It's a pretty color for spring and summer or any time if you are a Tarheel! There is a slit on the side which makes it versatile for any occasion. Rent this!

Really liked the color and silhouette of this dress. It is form fitting, runs about a full size small, and has fairly breathable fabric. It has a little give, but I still found it to be slightly tight across the chest. Only thing I disliked was the material shows everything underneath - undergarment lines, belly button, etc. I ended up wearing a longer cardigan to cover most of it so it was more appropriate for a corporate setting.

Conservative dress, perfect for work and nice alternative to black. Fit true to size. Watch the side slit. It can ride up if not used to it.

I loved the color and fit of this dress. Normally I would've sized down to a 6 (I'm usually a 4-6 depending on cut) but I wanted it to be a bit loser for work so I stuck with the 8. Got so many compliments!

This dress did run a little big and was a bit longer than I would have liked but overall was very pretty.

I loved the fit and color of the dress. The only issue was the surprisingly revealing slit on the side of the dress. It made me a bit uncomfortable at work... I was often wondering if it was too inappropriate.

I wish I had sized up in this one. I am normally a 12, but I have recently lost some weight so wanted to try a 10. This was very tight. I had no problem getting the zipper up, but I just felt uncomfortable all day long. If I have ordered this in the correct size, I think it would have been great. In the smaller size, the side slit seemed a bit high and more open than I wanted it to be. I wore it to court with a blazer, but I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The dress is cute though. The side rauching (which I did a poor job showing since I was in a blazer) created the illusion of a waist. The slit created just the right amount of sexiness that you could transition this dress from the office to a date. The hem was starting to fall out in the dress I received and it looked well worn. I will try this designer again, but order the size up.

The dress was a beautiful blue color in a high-quality fabric. The fit was flattering. The slit ram really high (can't really tell in this picture but it rode up every time a took a couple steps). It was so high that I don't feel comfortable wearing it at work (and my work is not conservative). There was also something weird going on with the neckline - the dress' lining was popping out a bit.

I am between a 4 and a 6 and was glad I ordered this in a 6. The 4 would not have fit in the chest or hips but the 6 was big around the waist. I also found the material to be especially unforgiving.

Fits true to size but a little body con, if in doubt you can size up. Conservative fit but with a sexy mid sized slit, perfect for a young professional. Wore multiple times!

Fits like a glove

This was perfect for a client meeting. I packed this in my suitcase by rolling it instead of folding and I had zero issues with creases, etc. I wore a black blazer over and looked very professional . Was comfortable to wear all day and the length hit just to my knee like the model picture. Which surprised me since I am so petite. I would def rent this one again!

IT is a GORGEOUS dress and absolutely LOVED it but, it ran a bit small!

High neckline and appropriate length are great for work, while nice tailored lines make you feel put together- might buy this one!
