Dress fit perfectly and was great for a family holiday party. Not too short, and not too deep of a v-neck - I'm an athletic shaped b-cup and didn't need any fashion tape or anything to keep everything in place. Great dress.

A little sparkle in the fabric makes this great for the holidays! Very flattering cut - especially with the bow belt. There is a cute slip that is underneath the dress that helps keep it not too revealing when you have a larger bust.

This was the perfect pick for my BFs holiday luncheon. Great color and the mettalic thread in the fabric gave it a fun festive feel. Easily transitioned from a midafternoon firm uncheon in a modern urban restaraunt to drinks in the early evening. I am a curvy yet petite girl and the 0 fit perfectly. Photos don't do this dress justice, that satin bow belt is so adorable. Demure and ladylike yet still feminine and sexy. Paired with the Kate Spade Gold Monet Clutch. Would rent again. . .

This dress was beyond cute! I loved it. It was just right, and it was very comfortable. RTR sent me a size 10 belt which didn't work but I just got a cute belt somewhere else and it worked like a charm.

I wore this to a party and it had just enough pizzazz to it. The dress was comfortable and fit true to size. It was a little low cut for me (I have a large bust and don't like to wear things too low cut) but that was easily fixed with a camisole underneath. Loved the dress and got a lot of compliments.

I wore this dress for New Years and it looked amazing! Fit perfectly, just be warned that the slit in the front can flop open a bit if you a dancing a lot. Is fairly low cut. Loved it!

I paired this dress with black patterned tights (much like the model in the photo) and black patent leather pointed pumps. The dress was extremely comfortable throughout the night - I could eat, drink, and dance without worry. The deep V is remedied by a built in navy tank that barely shows but is there for coverage. The belt was a cute addition to the dress.

The belt really gives this dress shape and prevents it from being too conservative. The v-neck can be somewhat revealing - you might want to pin it. Milly is making this dress again in 2011 in purple with a thinner belt but the navy and wider belt from 2010 on RTW is gorgeous.

Loved loved loved this dress for my engagment party. I got it in the 2 and the 4 (I am usually a 4) and it fit just perfectly. Zipping near the chest area was a little tight but fine once I got it zipped (I am a 34D). I also noticed that there was a small hole in the seem under the right arm. I did my best to close it up with fashion tape. I wish that I would have noticed it before I left the house! Overall, loved it and got a lot of compliments :)

In the end, the dress was great: both beautiful and comfortable. I wore the smaller size dress with the belt of the larger size because the second belt I got was of a different size entirely AND broken. I used fashion tape to keep the front together, but I am particularly sensitive about showing cleavage. The length was fine, even at my age. :-)

I rented this dress for an event recently and it was perfect! I'm normally a 2/4 depending on the fit through the chest and this dress fit great in the size 2. I'm 5'5" and thought the length of the dress was perfect (worn with tights) though it might feel too short on someone taller.

GREAT DRESS! The fit was great, and SO flattering. If ordering a second size, I would go down one. I have hips, and sometimes dresses that fit well up top are too tight on the bottom. This was great all over! I got a ton of compliments and felt really comfortable all night! I will definitely rent this dress again.

I loved this dress and got many complements. So sophisticated and lovely. Milly is one of my all time faves. One thing I would note: the cut of the sleeves add a little breadth and square shape to the shoulders, but this isn't at all a bad thing. I'm usually a size 4, and the 4 fit well. As noted in other reviews, the V neck does not plunge too low.

Great dress, a little short maybe for some, but looks great with black hose or tights to not seem so short. I was worried about the v-neck being too low, but not an issue at all.

Loved this dress! I'm 160lb, so I'm no stick and this dress really made me feel like a million bucks! I got the 12 just in case but the 10 fit great. (The arms were a little tight when I reached forward for something, but not unbearable). I received so many compliments from this dress and questions about where I got it. This dress is amazing! I've rented three times from RTR and this has been my favorite dress by far! The belt cinched my waist and made it look so tiny and the material is perfect year-round and I loved the sparkle that was woven into the fabric. This is an awesome rental!!

OMG I LOVED THIS DRESS! So sad to return it! I wore it to a wedding and with everyone else in black cocktail dresses it really stood out. Just the right amount of sparkle too! I did need to use some of the double sided take in the bust area on the fabric not skin but it held all night and was not an issue. LOVE IT!

Really cute. Was afraid about being too revealing around the chest but it was all good. There's actually a hidden camisole underneath that is really cute and hides the goods. :) A really good choice for a winter party since the fabric is thicker than most party dresses.
