It's a beautiful dress that allows you to go from office to happy hour. Sexy yet very classy.

Only criticism is that it's too low cut on me, especially for work. Used a white tank body suit underneath for a little more modesty.

Nice fabric, don't wrinkles, have some stretch,nice pattern. Work or casual dinner appropriate.

This dress was really flattering! Slim cut and soft to the touch, with a great lining that kept everything looking smooth. Had to wear a sports bra because it was too low cut for work, but that was fine. Wore a short black lace moto jacket over it when the office got too chilly. Wore it to an event after work and it was perfect.

Cute work dress - it's tight so be aware of that. My one criticism is that it is pretty low cut....but good especially if you are going out after work....

Rented this from my Unlimited program. I'm wearing this to work. Can add a suit jacket or a sweater to complete the look for the office. Highly recommend this dress. Can be worn to church or a day event.

Edgy, yet appropriate work dress! Love the design and fit of this dress and can be worn day-to-night! Perfect length and style to wear to work and then to cocktail hour! Fits very true to size, however, this dress works best for A to C cup sizes. It was a little hard to zip over the bust but fit perfect everywhere else! I would suggest sizing up if you are a larger bust size (I wear 36D) Fitted at the waist and throughout the midsection, and the material has some stretch. Would look great on an athletic body type! Mid-thigh to knee-length on 5'6" model. I am 5'2" and the length was right above my knee caps. Pair with black heels and a black blazer!

The dress fit well, and was flattering, but it was definitely low cut. Other reviewers had commented on this, and I'm normally not all that bothered by it, but it was difficult to find a bra to wear that did not show and did not push things up too far to fit in the dress - there is no give in the fabric for things like that! Otherwise it was a nice dress; the fabric was good, and it was pretty true to size. I probably won't rent this one again, though.

This dress is WAY too low cut and the slit in the back is way too high. You need to wear a tank under it which is fine but the huge slit isn't even appropriate for going out at night almost ... the quality is good and it is lined with some stretch

I rented this dress for work, but I'll have to wear a cami under it or pin it up because, as you can see from the picture, it's too low cut for a professional environment. I love the subtle print. It's well made and the fabric is very nice. When I pulled up the shoulders by a couple inches, the neckline was perfect and the waist was I the right place. It's a nice dress, but clearly not made for a petite.

As a 34B it is rare that I have cleavage to flaunt, but this dress (and a good bra) gave me some!! That being said, the top was a little tighter than I was used to, and the cut a little lower than I expected, but the rest of the dress fit comfortably. The dress pattern is a lovely departure from traditional navy or black dresses in similar cuts. It was a little longer than I desired (given the significant cleavage up top), landing mid knee.

Fit true to form. I loved how sexy this dress made me look without going over board.

I absolutely LOVED when I slipped into this dress. I WISH I could have worn it before having to send it back. I will rent again. It was very form fitted when zipped up and I may have had to pair a bandeau with it if going to work -- it did show a small amount of cleavage from certain angles. It would have been fine in a less conservative work place. Would be perfect for a shower or dinner party as well!

The dress fit great, very flattering but still professional. One downside -pretty high back slit.

This dress is sexy but work appropriate with the right jacket, accessories, and foundations. Pros: comfortable soft fabric, conservative print, excellent profile/style for all body types Cons: gapped a little in the armpit holes no matter what bra I tried! Overall I loved wearing this dress and got tons of compliments. I styled it with a silk ruffled jacket, nude hosiery, silver bangles and earrings and black suede cut out pumps.

Runs VERY small. I wear a 6 and rented a 10.

The dress is super light and the material feels like silk on your body! The neckline way too low for work, so I had to wear a tank top underneath. This is better suited for a date. The dress hugs my curves, so that is much appreciated.

The pattern of this dress is pretty, kind of eye catching. I rented a 6, which is my usual dress size, and it fit nicely all over. However, the dress is pretty low cut, in my opinion, for business functions. And, I don't think it would look right to wear a cami under it. So, this dress is better for a date night or going out.

I love Milly dresses and this was beautiful - the fabric was nice and the quality was great, but the neckline was pretty low. I wore it once at work and felt like I was constantly pulling the neckline up. I wore it one other time to a dinner with my boyfriend. Better suited for a more casual wedding or a date night than for a work function.

A great dress, but I had to wear a tank top as it was very low cut in the chest area. It was deceptively more low-cut than on the model in the picture, but it was great material and was very slimming.

I didn't end up wearing this dress. I got it for work and am on the bustier side. It was a little too smooshed in the chest area.

This dress was fun to wear! However, it was a bit lower cut than I was anticipating (as other reviewers mentioned). So I wore a cardigan with it. On the bright side it does have some give/stretchiness in the hip area, which is much appreciated if you have wider hips like me.
