I usually and between a 0-2. I wore the 2 and it was form fittingly snug, in a good way I think but good to keep in mind! The length was perfect at a little above my knee and i am not tall, 5'3". I felt really confident in this little number and wore a theory black blazer and black sheer hose and black heels. Definitely a beautifully made and versatile all season dress. Will def rent again or buy!

I love the pattern, green color, and fit of this dress, which is knee-length on this petite gal. I can wear it to work with a normal bra, and the size 2 fits well on my 34C/D hourglass figure. The dress is snug at the waist - it would be uncomfortable on a bloated belly day.

Loved this dress and got tons of compliments at because of the interesting pattern. I am 5'5, 142lbs, 32 B bust with an atheletic body type. The length was work appropriate hitting right above the knee. This dress is very form fitting and hides nothing, so may want to size up if you have hips or want to have a looser fit around your stomach.

Another great piece from Milly! This style is true to size, if not a little small. I am wearing the size 6 but I would have wanted the size 8 for comfort. There is a slit in the back that is a little too high for me being 5'10" and I think sizing up would have helped that a little. The fabric has no stretch and is fitted throughout. You can wear a standard bra and it would probably be best for A-C cup sizes. Pair it with some fun black heels and this would be a great work to night option!

Great dress for work. The length was perfect. I had to wear it with a sweater on top for my cold office but I removed it and wore it without it for dinner. It's not the best dress I've rented but it had a different and fun pattern plus it was comfortable. I could rent again.

I love this deep green pattern Milly fitted sheath. Green is a tricky color for me but this shade is perfect - deep emerald? The fit is to die for / I will definitely be my best Claire Underwood in this beauty. There is a seam under the chest that really shows that there is a nice figure in there. It does run small - I can usually wear a 0 in Milly but, after reading reviews, I went for the 2 - cuts a tiny but under arms but any bigger would be baggy - any smaller, I wouldn't be able to zip all the way up, breathe or wear to the office, I am 5'5" in my best posture, which you must have in this dress, and the length is right at my sweet spot just above the knees. Adore this dress.

Definitely size up. I'm normally a 4, and the 6 fit me perfectly. The cut in the shoulders is really flattering, lining is thick, and fabric high-quality. It also photographs even better than it looks in person. This was a personal favorite and I'll definitely rent it again. I paired it with some knee-high superhero boots and felt like Poison Ivy.

Had kind of a uniboob going on, but I felt secure and like this dress was true to size. I felt super comfortable in this dress at work and I loved the dark green. Very true to size - 34ddd and 144 lbs I wore a size 6.

The dress runs small. It was an ok dress. Not one of my favorites I gave it a low score because the hem was hanging. I had to use tape to hold it up. And the dress would shift so that the design seemed odd.

Loved the fabric but runs small and the back slit is cut really high. I also kept pulling it down because it was uncomfortable on my arms. Form fitting though and looks great under a black blazer.

Very pretty green and black with snaps to keep bra straps in place (bonus). Snug but okay in bosom (I'm 36D) but a bit more snug though hip/butt/thighs if you need more space/ give in that area (I'm curvy/athletic). I suggest sizing up if you're on the split, but very pretty and high quality.

I wore this to a work event paired with a sleeveless long black jacket and got multiple compliments all evening. The graphic green print is bold and is eye catching for sure. Wear your Spanx because it is form fitting! Will rent again.

Not the flashiest dress, but it was very flattering! The slit in the back is way too high though. I definitely felt like I was exposing my butt whenever I bent in the slightest.

The dress fit like a glove. The material is quality, but not too heavy and could be worn in warmer weather. It is a great length and easy to move in because of the slit in the back.

My first RTR I'm sending back without wearing. I normally wear 2-4, but the 4 on me was very tight, constantly riding up, and the back slit was millimeters from my rear. My curvy bottom half required at least one or two sizes bigger and I didn't think the top was flattering on my small chest. Color, pattern, material all gorgeous - but the fit didn't work for me ... and even if it had fit perfectly, I think it still would have been too body-con for my fairly conservative office.

Me: 5'3, 137lb, 34dd, Apple/busty/short waisted This dress fits great! It's made of a thin fabric but the lining fits close to the body while the outer layer skims over it--the effect is the dress fits nicely without clinging to lumps, even though the fabric is pretty thin. Great color-very subtle sparkle, works well with a blazer. Hits right at knee length at my height. Nicely masks any armpit fat. Size is true to Milly dresses--maybe fits a tiny bit looser but I think that makes the dress look more elegant. Only con is the color is a bit dark for summer but the fabric is a little thin for fall.

I just rented this through Unlimited for work, so it wasn't too disappointing. But, I couldn't wear this to work because there is a slit off-center in the back and when I walked you could literally see a cheek. Bending over..well just not office appropriate. It was cute, but that slit just made it unwearable for what I intended. I did like the material, quality and color, so maybe I'll see if the 2 adds enough length for office-wear!

Great dress! Tight but flattering.

I ended up not wearing because it was too small. It fit my upper body but it was so tight around the butt it made the slit in the back come up too high. Would rent again but in a larger size.

I thought this dress was really cute. At my height, the slit in the back did not cause a problem. The design was polished, but interesting, it was great.

This dress was perfect for my conservative office, but still let me feel feminine. It is cut beautifully and is very flattering. The fabric is a drapey silk. I noted this dress as running small - in my experience, no matter what size i am, I need one size larger in a Milly dress.

One large con of this dress is the slit in the back. You cannot tell in the model photos and I'm surprised I didn't see a review on this earlier. The slit goes up extremely far in the back... made me feel pretty self-conscious wearing this to the office. Did not notice until I was already out of the door. Tall girls - be careful! I'm 5'9" and it was an extremely close call.

Runs very small. A 6 was too tight for me to wear to the office.
