I loved this dress--I'm not a "cape" person but this was a nice compromise with the sleeve detail. It fit perfectly and I loved the color. The only problem is that the best part is the back and I neglected to get a picture of it! It's a nice V but not too revealing and it is still possible to wear a normal bra. No special undergarments needed which is always a plus!

This dress was perfect for my work event!! It was classy yet simple, the color was amazing and i was complimented on the dress all night - this was my first RTR experience and it was a perfect one!! The dress fit true to size and it was very flattering.

I ordered this dress kind of at the last minute and was nervous it might not work. I ended up loving it! The material was wonderful -felt high quality, the cape was unique and fun, & I loved the color. I did Not want to return it! I thought it was very true to size; I usually wear a 2 in dresses and the 2 fit very well. One thing I would say is it's definitely a shift dress, so for me it was a bit loose all over, especially the waist. If you have full hips/bottom, it could hug your butt a bit. I would recommend getting your usual size + one size up.

There wasn’t anything particularly stunning about this dress and it didn’t come with any surprises. What you see is what you get! It fit me well, the fabric was high quality and soft, the sleeves were cute and moved with me throughout the night. I paired it with some gold jewelry, black stockings and black shoes to make it a bit more formal. The photos I took don’t show the color well, but the other photos posted by RTR and others do look accurate.

Simple dress where you can wear a regular bra. Perfect for a fall or winter wedding .

I’ve put on a bit of weight since the last time I had to go for a nice event (thanks covid), but this fit absolutely perfectly. The back detail was so fun (would have been better if it was a summer/early fall event), and the length was perfect with or without leggings/tights. I really liked the side zip enclosure, as I’m not as flexible as I once was and have a lot of troubles with back zippers. I liked this dress so much that I’m planning on buying one from RTR. Few details that differ from my profile: I’m 5’5”, wear a 36/38B, and am 155lbs. Would recommend this dress to anyone looking for something classic with a twist!

I ordered the 6 and 8 and wore the 8 as the 6 was too tight around my hips. I was about 10weeks pregnant so I wasn't showing yet but still conscious of any bumps. Received many compliments. Would rent again!

Dress fit perfectly. I am 5'3 and 121 lbs. I chose size 4 and 6. 4 fit best and was extremely flattering.

Loved this dress! It wasn't too tight to dance in, but it also looked classy enough for the wedding we attended! I normally wear an 8 (I could have fit in the 6, but went with the 8 for the length). Had a bit of stretch, but not so much that I'd call it stretchy

The fit was perfect. Appropriate for a Catholic wedding that I read in. I somehow was even able to nurse my baby in this. Wore a regular bra. Easy to dance in. The shift fit is forgiving for a buffet.

Fit was perfect...for me. I have a shorter torso and chest and am fairly short at 5’2”.

The color is much better in natural/bright lighting. Slight thicker fabric and fully lined. Able to wear regular bra. Needed alittle steaming when it arrived. Comfortable to wear all night but would recommend sizing up, pretty straight fit through hips.

This dress was very easy to wear. It was quite comfortable and the cape adds a little fun flare. I wore a fun pair of flowered shoes with it. The color is also gorgeous, very bold Jewel toned.

This was my backup dress that RTR overnighted to me and I iffy about it until I put it on for the first time. The best part about this dress was that my shape wasn't lost but my giant chest (currently sitting at a 32K) is concealed. I received the most compliments on the back of this dress! Fit me perfectly, I was comfortable, and not tugging or adjusting at anything all night.

I loved this dress so much the first time, I rented it again! The cape arms make it very unique. I am straight and narrow and typically wear a 0 or 00. The dress is made to fit loose, so if you size like me it'll be perfect. It's a great dress to wear all night on the dance floor!

The dress fit true to size. I am 5'5, 125lbs, 34 A and wore a size 2 perfectly. Several reviewers said they could wear a regular bra with it, however I could NOT without visible bra straps/being worried they'd be visible. I wore a strapless bra just fine. The event was mostly sitting and therefore the comfortable nature of the dress was important so I wasn't tugging at things the whole time. I highly recommend this dress.

The 0 fit perfectly. I'm 5'3, 115, 32B. You can wear with a regular bra, which is awesome. This dress does not get justice in photos. The back of it is draped, but still sexy. Tons of complements while wearing it. I would have bought this dress of the rack, no problem.

Loved this cape dress! My favorite part had to be the deep teal color. It was definitely loose fitting. This dress hit me right above the knee. I would accessorize it with a bold necklace. Can be worn with any undergarments.

Beautiful and classic. Great for a more dressy spring wedding. Wore with statement earring and flats. Wore a size up from usual because of length. I am 5'11 so it was a little bit short on me for a wedding.

I wore this for a fundraising cocktail event. I was looking for something to draw attention away from my upper arms and midsection. This dress was PERFECT. I got lots of compliments, and the feel and weight of the fabric was wonderful. Great first RTR experience!

Not stretchy but it was a good cut for me. Comfortable and flattering. I did have to wear a bra that was a bit lower in back to keep it from showing, but it was just a regular bra -- nothing special. This was for a rehearsal dinner in West Palm Beach, and it was just perfect. I'd totally rent and wear it again -- everyone told me I should buy one to keep!
