Perfect for weekend brunch. Very flattering stripes, and a-line fit. Might be a little short for work, unless you wore opaque tights.

I wasn't so sure at first. Seemed a bit like an ice skating dress, not right for work. But then i paired it with thick black tights and black suede boots. And it was awesome. Lots of compliments. I liked the thick fabric - more forgiving on the less perfect parts. Today I am wearing it for the second time, and I love it even more. Really a great dress. Hugs the curves, but totally right for work.

The fit is close to the body and if you have curves, it works perfectly! It is sophisticated yet fun! Lots of compliments and I was able to wear to more than one event!

Great fit, wore it twice.. Would definitely rent it again! Thick material, fun bottom that flares out a bit, I am short though and it was about as short as I would go for work! So if you are tall then just be aware :)

I love the weight of the fabric and how it fits. I'm larger in the top do sometimes dresses like this can be loose on me at the waist. If I had one critique, its a bit in the short side and Im only 5'4.

One of my favorite things about this dress is how SUBSTANTIAL it feels. The sweater material is thick without feeling like a winter frock; it's fitted without showing off every roll or the lines of my underwear. Working for a convention, I needed something both comfortable yet also that looked dressy and nice, and this dress fit the bill perfectly! It needed very little to dress it up and it was super low-maintenance - it never needed tugging into place or smoothing out, and survived crowds, sitting, and even a massive group selfie standing precariously on an armchair. I would ABSOLUTELY rent this again and honestly would even purchase it given the opportunity!

I really loved this dress! My husband called my cute, adorable and beautiful. It is very comfortable and easy to wear. I agree with other reviewers that the bottom rolls up a bit, but it doesn't bother me too much. It is a design flaw. Regardless I gave it five stars! I wore it 5 times before sending it back.

I rented this dress via Unlimited and I raved about it on my blog. It's the perfect dress! It's thick material hold you in and the stripes are placed in the most strategic location to give you the illusion of a smaller waist! I adored the neckline (not too high, not too low) and the 3/4 sleeves are perfect for work or an evening out. A MUST. The only con is that the hemline rolled up a bit. I wish RTR would steam/starch it flat - as other reviewers noted this as well.

Wore for Christmas with tights, booties and a red scarf. Fabric is nice weight and very comfortable. Usually a size 6, so fluctuate between small and medium depending on the item. Wore the medium, the small felt restrictive. Would rent again.

Do you want a dress that says "I'm a professional!" but also "I have a body!"? Then this is a good option. Fitted and stretchy. Incredibly flattering. Thick fabric. I'm a 4 and the small fit me perfectly. However, it may be a bit short depending on 1) your office and 2) your height. I'm 5'4 and it hit right above the knee.

Got this dress as part of rtr unlimited for work. The length was great.. Not too short and not to long. Stripes were strategically placed to be super flattering - no worries about wearing horizontal stripes here ladies. The fabric was thick and stretchy and held its shape well. Overall a beautiful dress that is easy to wear and quite flattering. Can't beat that. I'm sad to give it up!

I'm very very very tempted to buy this dress. I received compliments every where I wore it. The fit was perfect and flattering. Incredibly comfortable while being Parisian chic. When it started to get chilly out I paired this with the Parker Belfast jacket. It had that perfect rocker mod balance. I was worried how my arms would look in this because sometimes they look 'bulky' in fitted sleeves, but this wasn't the case at all. You need to rent this dress!

The L fit just perfectly. It was a little shorter than I expected, but ended up looking just great with my strappy high heeled black sandals. Wore this dress for my Valentine's birthday night out and felt wonderful! Definitely wish I could have kept this dress!

This is a beautifully tailored dress. It would look better with taller women as I am only 5'1". The skirt flares out a little in the back but not too much. I would rent this again.

This was an absolutely amazing dress. The fabric is just warm enough for fall/winter and is very high quality. Had some stretch, definitely hilighted all the right parts of my body. Wish I owned it!

I loved the fabric of the dress. It was thick, almost like sweater material. The cut was very flattering and I received several compliments while wearing it. I like the flare of the skirt and it felt very feminine. The one downside (and the only reason I didn't buy the dress) is that the material at the bottom of the skirt rolls up, making the dress appear to be even shorter than it really is. Perhaps if the skirt was lined, this problem wouldn't happen?

So this is a great dress with tons of versatility. Pictured is on the way to church with pumps and pearls. I also wore it to work with a red cardigan, tights and flats. The one thing that I loathed about the dress was the bottom of the dress continued to flip up. It wasn't horrible but it took away about an inch off the length. I have long legs so I needed that length.

The only problem I had with this dress is that the hem kept flipping up. Fit was maybe slightly small. But this is a very cute dress.

I am a 32 F/FF therefore I have a small waste which his dress is good for but the bust size was a little tight however still fit well. I also have very long legs and wore it with heels and it was short but still was good for work. Got a lot of compliments. Would rent again.

The fit of the dress was nice but it was a tad shorter than I would have liked. Also as other reviewers mentioned, the hem at the bottom rolls up and you can't get it to stay down. Material is thick but not uncomfortably warm.

I liked this well enough. Fit true to size, I'm usually a 4 and the small fit nicely. Standard sweater dress--nothing wrong with it, but nothing particularly knockout about it either. Looked cute with gold flats for a casual work conference and then a day walking around the city. Hem rolled up on me a bit, but nothing out of hand. Was a little on the short side, even for me at 5'3".

This a cute dress from Milly. The dress runs small. I normally wear a xs but sized up to a small which worked well. The dress has horizontal stripes so the fit would not flatter all shapes or sizes. I thought it widened my figure. That being said, it was comfortable, well made and stylish.

I was worried the horizontal stripes would make my middle look big but it was actually super flattering!! The material is heavy which was nice for winter. I would not recommend wearing this dress in hot weather. Normally with this brand I size up but this time I think the dress fit true to size as it is stretchy and was a bit big on me. I'd rent this one again and try my usual size.
