The slit is the special sauce here. I could have sized down but it worked regardless. It's mesh and a bit see through but skin-toned undergarments do the trick. I got a lot of compliments and will definitely rent this again.

Fit perfectly. Is completely made of mesh so I went for nude undergarments. The slit is SUPER high. I wore to a dance party and it felt very on point. Loads of compliments. Easy to style. Rent it.

Great dress for dinner date night in Las Vegas despite 90+ temperature. Very lightweight & stretchy. I initially panicked as very see through when held up to light but perfectly fine on with nude undergarments. Medium fit but more snug than I wanted to wear.

Gorgeous dress, super flattering! It is a bit more risqué than the photos - very sheer and a fabulous thigh-high slit. Nothing a slip, nude underwear or a bold cute matching set can't fix. Size wise it had a great amount of stretch to the fabric so I would size down! I am usually a 6-8 (M-L) and the small was a perfect fit.

I am searching for a birthday dress..still. This one came pretty close but something was just off. Fit me beautifully, has stretch. I love the sleeves and slit. You can wear pretty much any intimates with this. I think I may have been able to go braless. But I just couldn't pull off the slip. My legs are showing their age. But beautiful dress!

Loved this dress! Very sexy, super comfy but not revealing. Yes it’s sheer but as others stated it’s no issue with nude or black shape wear or undergarments. I got some shape wear for it because despite the ruching in the front the fabric is too loose to really hide my tummy pooch and I wanted to tighten up. Great look and easy to style with some black accessories and shoes. I live in Florida so the light and breezy material was perfect for a Florida summer night.

Wore this dress to a wedding in Barcelona and received so many compliments. Yes the slit is high and it is sheer, but I wore a black bodysuit under it and it was not a problem.

Loved the style and the fit but it is extremely see through. Would recommend wearing nude shape wear or bodysuit underneath (just make sure it is not a short or thing bottom- the slit is very high and you can also see the thong through the material)

Its 2 pieces of mesh fabric and ypu would think its see through but its not. Wear a nude body suit. Must have leg confidence because this dress is all about the legs. So sexy and fit amazingly. Very comfortable too

I absolutely loved this dress!! If you can get over the fear of the sheer fabric (you really can’t see through it because of the design and it’s two layers). I wore a nude bodysuit and it was perfect. Very curve hugging. Super high slit -and I am short Lots of compliments:)

I'm postpartum after kid 2 and pretty self-conscious about my body right now. I ordered this for date night at a nice restaurant in Napa and was nervous when I saw it was see through and due to the high slit there's no chance of wearing a slip with it. However, it is very comfortable, silky material, that doesn't cling or hug in an unflattering way. That said, I put on some smooth spanx power panties that come above my belly button and a nude bra and my husband and I both determined you'd have to be looking pretty hard - or standing in the sunlight - to realize it was see through. Especially because of the pattern. So I wore it, felt great, got compliments from other patrons and our hostess. Would rent again!

Please excuse my bloated belly. I worse this for a formal New Years Eve Party. It is comfortable but beware the dress is sheer you will need to wear something underneath. Also the slit comes up pretty high.

It’s a beautiful dress, the color is great and the fit too. I do have to say that is really see through. People will definitely see your underwear if it’s not a nude color, and though the shape of your legs and a little bit more could visible in certain lighting. I had to wear a short black dress underneath to make it work for a wedding.

It’s super sheer, and I was worried looking at it on the hanger, but because of the pattern, and because of the double layer, you actually can’t see through it as much as I was suspecting. It’s a great fit, and super-stretchy, but because the fabric is so thin, it definitely shows all of your curves and problem spots. The slit is very high, making it unwearable for me. Had I known the slit was so high I probably would’ve sized up to a large since I’m 5’11”.

Really cute! The slit is pretty high and it is see through…so maybe not to an event where you aren’t comfortable with that. Overall though it was comfortable as long as you keep pulling the dress down.

As all the reviews will tell you, it is really see through, but that doesn’t take away how well and nice this dress will fit you. I got a size up then recommended afraid of being too tight, kept wondering if the other size would have been better, especially because of my height. Otherwise, nothing else to complain. I used it for a whole Saturday for brunch, play and drinks. Thankfully I had a black slip on dress to use underneath, I don’t think just skin tone underwear is enough.

Got more compliments than I expected! It covers everything (except your ENTIRE right leg) and nothing (see through).
