Fit well, looks great on the ear! If you have sensitive ears though, you may want to clean the jewelry and your ears between uses. I wore them two days in a row, one for a cocktail party then a wedding the next day, and one of my ears swelled up a bit. Just a precaution! Other than that, amazing!
