The top is too small for anyone with a chest and the rest is a little big (but wearable). It came new with tags and unfortunately I won't wear it. It also has a side zipper (which I never understand). I don't know why they would make the chest area so small and with a shelf.

The bust area has an interior liner that is small and has no stretch making it unwearable. The rest of the dress fits slightly large. Small busts only for this one.
