Really liked this dress - it is very easy to wear, and I wore it with tights and boots since it was cold out. Only complain is the material which is a polyester blend.

This dress made me feel like a boss. The material is structured. The cut is kimono like. It was very flattering and modest while also having a sexy slit. Love it, want to buy it.

Wore this to work and got tons of compliments. Struggled to find a shirt to wear underneath and landed on a short sleeve white button down but wasn't my favorite. Was too large in the armpits to wear without a shirt underneath. Fit through my hips wasn't quite as comfortable as I'd like, it didn't wrap as far as I'd like, so the split at front was pretty open when sitting and when walking in the wind - would have been more comfortable with more coverage, but was a cute look for work!

Cute work basic. It was too loose on top for me to pair with a blazer, so I improvised with a turtleneck. Not my favorite look, but it was comfortable and well made.

I'm typically between a 12 and 14, 36G, hourglass figure, large hips, and am 5'10". The horizontal fit of this was pretty good, but the armpits were a little big and it was SOOO long! Also, the wraparound was pretty flap-open, so prepare with shorts :) The fabric is a stiff linen and wasn't super flattering on me, but I think on a more slender person this could be really fun!!

The fit and overall aesthetic of this dress is very flattering. It's a tad long under the arms but I wore a black bra so it all blended it. It was so comfortable and I received a lot of compliments on it.

Like the other reviewers, I found the arm holes large, but was able to fix by just popping a black tank underneath. More frustrating for me was the hem where the dress wraps in the front. It didn't lay flat and would pop out when I walked.

Fit was normal, but didn't wear it. Didn't like the look.

Absolutely love the dress, it is extremely flattering and well structured. The fabric is a thick linen that covers everything, but still feels soft. I didn't think the armpit holes were too big, but I don't have a large chest so my bras might not have as much coverage around the sides. You can still wear this dress if you have bigger hips because it wraps! LOVE!

The dress is long, I'm 5'7" and went to just above my ankles, but looked good. The slit can be a little high when sitting.

This was a great dress for every day wear. Very sturdy and comfy with a hint of class. I wore with high heel mules and dressed it up just a bit. Love Mara Hoffman and was not disappointed with this piece.

Wore this to a 12 hour shoot in 90+ heat. It was cool and comfy all day and I got tons of compliments. Runs large on top for sure. I'd have this tailored if I owned it bc I thought the bottom fit perfectly.

Great wrap dress. I wore with a red turtle neck, black tights and boots around xmas for work and out for a dinner date. Could also be great since it's linen with sandals. Will def be renting again. Also very flattering.

I wore this dress at a meeting and during the day in Marrakesh in the fall. It was perfect to dress up and down. I much liked the material and the fit. Only traveling wrinkled the linen a bit.

I love Mara Hoffman, but can't afford her. So pleased RTR carries her, especially this dress! Wore this to my cousins weekday engagement party at a formal location with a pair of boots. I am a solid 8 these days, and the medium fit perfectly / was even a little big at the waist, which I believe is the intended look. The fabric is definitely a crisp kind of cotton, which would make it great for spring, summer and into fall, but maybe not much of a winter dress in a cooler climate.

I adored this dress. I felt very chic wearing it with gold hoop earrings. This dress definitely requires a slip or under layer on windy days.

this designer usually runs small or true to size but in this case it big under arms etc. Because of the color I was able to pull it off but I will go with the smaller size.

I rented this for a work meeting where I had to fly in and out of a city for one day and I was comfortable all day. The hem needed to be sewed, but aside from that, it's such a great professional but different dress. I'm an hourglass - bust and hips - and it fit well. Sometimes the wrap part opened when I was walking, but I could have pinned it to prevent that from happening. Also, it's a thick linen but was still perfect for 90 degree heat.

Very classy - thicker linen-like material. I probably could've sized down by one size since it is a wrap. Almost like a maxi on me since I'm 5'4" so I paired with wedges.

Great fit on this dress. I wore it layered over a button down and tights in winter but would be great on its own in summer!

I rented this for work, expecting it to look a little sharper than it did. It arrived fairly wrinkled, but easily steamed out. That said, the appearance wasn't what I was going for. Yes, the style is nice, but the length was borderline dowdy even for me (and I'm 6'2". I imagine for shorter women, it would be even longer looking - almost floor length. Made it tough to walk, it slowed me down. Also, the large wasn't available so I got the XL - I could've fit into a size down, easily, but because of the large size, the arm holes kind of gaped. I wore it with a grey, fitted long sleeve shirt underneath and felt more comfortable.

As I left for work, my boyfriend told me "have fun at Hogwarts". Other than that comment, I liked this. It fit well, the tie stayed tied all day, but it was thinner than I expected. Would not recommend to wear in a northern winter.

Runs a little large, especially in the top. Was thicker than I expected, but I still liked the way it wore.

I got an extra small and still found this to be large-ish especially on the bust---I had to tie the belt tight to make it flattering.

Would have loved this dress a month ago, but too cold now. Came quite wrinkled and don't have a lot of time for ironing before work, so I'm sending back after just trying on.

Great dress, but the armholes are very large and low cut so you really need to wear another shirt under it.

The dress is definitely chic and unique – I'm already a big fan of Mara Hoffman. It definitely was a bit long/large on my small frame (5'3, 105 pounds), but it still worked. I probably would have had it tailored had I purchased it myself.

I rented this for work. It was pretty long on me. It went to about ankle length, so a bit longer than I expected. The wrap makes it easy for any size woman, however, the fit on the armhole area was off. I think I went with too big of a size. The fabric is nice, however, it was extremely wrinkly when I received it. Overall I am giving it a lower rating because it just wasn't overly impressive or flattering. Some might love it though. Just didn't work for me.

This dress was just okay. It wasn't the most flattering (came up too high around my neck) and was too long to give any shape. For reference I'm 5'10 and it was just above my ankles. The fabric was also super quick to wrinkle which is not ideal. I didn't end up wearing it. If you're on the conservative side, I would recommend though! (That's just not really my vibe)

Prolly should of gotten one size down. I swam in the MR size. It looked like a night robe on me so I ended up not wearing them to work. Im sure it would of been a cute style if it fit

This is such a chic looking dress, but it just did not work on me. It felt a bit fussier than I expected, but the biggest issue was the length. I'm 5'8" and it was just too long, so I imagine shorter ladies would find it to look even frumpier. I think I would have been more okay with the length if the fabric hadn't been so structured. A miss this time for me!
