I was worried about this dress since it hugs the hips and I am severely pear shaped. I was so wrong – it was wonderful. Super stretchy and hit perfectly at the flare mid-leg. The bodice was cut well and had unexpected built in cup liners, so no bra needed for those of us with a smaller chest. As far as length, I am 5'7" and wore a 3' heel and it was perfect, though I could have worn a 1" heel and still not stepped on the dress (super tall girls may find even the long a bit short). The only downside is that the sheer strip hits just low enough that you cannot wear spanx (but control top panties are a god-send and work perfectly). The dress is just thick enough to smooth you out, but still has movement. Loved it.

I wore this gown to a Mardi Gras ball and absolutely loved it! It was very flattering and comfortable. I'm 5'5 and wore roughly 3-inch heels and the dress perfectly grazed the floor. I'm small chested and didn't have to wear a bra (the material was thick enough that you couldn't tell I wasn't wearing one). I went with the 6R because I do have wider hips in comparison to the rest of my body and I felt that the roomier size hung better along my curves.

Super happy with this rental. I was concerned about the cut out but it ended up being fine! The dress is very comfortable and the cut is flattering. There is light padding in the top so you don't have to wear a bra if it fits you tight enough. I am 5'3 and the dress was THE perfect length with 3 inch heels. The fabric is really great quality - thick and and slight stretch but not heavy.

The dress is a jersey material and very easy to move in. I received many compliments about the dress and felt gorgeous all night. Wore this to a "black tie optional" party.

This dress fit perfectly. It was tight enough to show off curves but wasn't too tight where you can't move. There is a little padding in the top which helped because you can't wear a bra with it. Even with the mesh section it was still very elegant.

I rented this for the SF Ballet gala night and it did not disappoint. Super comfortable, easy to wear, very dramatic and very slimming ! No need to wear a bra . The fabric is very heavy so it hugs all the right curves. I just wish they had this in many different colors. One of my favorite rentals to date!

Fits large, material is very heavy so the dress would be better for cooler temperatures or a fall/winter event. The nice thing about the material being thicker is that it holds you in and I didn't need a bra. The mesh around mid-section is a really cute touch.

If you are over 5’7 order the Long. The dress runs pretty true to size. Very comfy. If your considering this as an option you won’t be disappointed.

Wore this gown to my sister's work event. It was very comfortable and great with 3-inch heels. It's very form-fitting so I had to wear underwear that had no lines or else it would show. Didn't wear a bra, but didn't need it.

This dress has built in cups so you don't need a bra. I'm 5'5" and the one con was that I felt the dress was just an inch shorter than I would have liked.

This dress was very comfortable and stretchy! I wore a strapless bra, but it looked okay without one as well. I am almost 5'11 and the 4L was just long enough with flats on. Overall, the dress does run slightly large. I normally wear a six but the four fit really well and I may have even been able to wear a two. Got lots of compliments all night - very flattering dress!

I wore this to a school auction gala. It fits very comfortably for such a beautiful dress. Tons of compliments all evening. Can wear a bra or not and either is fine. Needed extra length since I'm 6' and it was perfect. Hated to return the dress.

Originally ordered a 2 and went with the 0 backup size. Ended up wearing the 0. Great fit overall. A bit big in the hips but I have a slender build and it allowed room for dancing. Lots of compliments and comfortable fabric. Only drawback were the built in bra cups. They were smushed and hard to move but luckily it wasn't noticeable.

I rented this dress for a black tie wedding and it was the perfect look! I ordered the size 0 and size 2, and the size 2 was perfect. It was tight enough in the bust to not need a bra (if you are bigger busted, you may need a larger size) but was not too tight to wear I felt constricted. The length was perfect with 2 inch heels but if you went any higher, I think the length would be too short. I wore silver jewelry but gold looked great also! The only "complaint" I have about this dress is that with the see-through mesh in the middle, you could see the loops for hanging it on a hanger. I tried to move them more towards the middle but throughout the night they would fall and be visible through the mesh. It was just a little annoying to have to be checking to see if they were visible. But overall, I loved this dress and would definitely rent again!

The petite length worked out great. I am just under 5'4" and the 2R was too long and loose on me, but 0P was perfect.

Loved this dress the back was my favorite. It was super comfortable wore the dress for an NYE wedding 5pm -4am. I did wear spanxs but you need a pair that isn't too high because of the cut out. It was true to size and was tight enough that I didn't need a bra. Absolutely loved it!

This dress was great. I am a 36D bra size and didn't wear a bra with this dress. It looked better without my strapless bra. I got lots of compliments. I only wore some chandelier earrings, bracelet and hair band as accessories.

Another amazing RTR dress! Based on the reviews it said the dress ran true to size but a touch big/long! Glad I listened I'm usually a size 4 or 6 but without a bra the 2R was the perfect fit! It was formal enough for a black tie gala, but fun at the same time! Received a ton of compliments, and felt fabulous! My only complaint is that this time the order shipped to my house in a disheveled cardboard box, without a dress bag or return label. I was worried the dressed would be ruined/wrinkled but they were fine after hanging over up overnight. It was a bit more of a hassle this time, then with previous rentals.

I wore this as a guest to a girlfriend's wedding. Originally this was my "backup" dress and I was bummed when I couldn't get my first pick. However, I take back what I said about it! I got so many compliments on the dress and felt so comfortable, no pulling the top up which is a A+ in my book. For sizing, I usually order both 6 and 8, the 6 was way too small to zipper, even san bra. The 8 was perfect sizing and the dress came with built-in cups. The long dress was perfect for the colder weather and I wore a cream blanket shawl over my top. Def recommend for winter weddings!

It wasn't quite as long as I hoped with heels, but I am 5'11. It fit perfectly for an athletic build and the built in bra worked so well for a C cup. So many compliments- so comfortable and stretchy!

I wore this to a friends black tie optimal wedding. Bc of be the mesh, you want it to be fitted, but I got several compliments and the color was elegant and classy and fit was flattering. Danced in it all night and loved it! I am 5'6, 134 lbs with 34D. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I honestly could have worn a 2 but the 4 fit fine as well. I'm 5'6 and I wore 4 inch heels so I'm glad I ordered the long length. The regular length wouldn't have been long enough with heels. I could have worn the dress all night! It was so comfortable!!

My original order never made it in time due to hurricane Mathew. I called RTR the night before my event at 7:00pm when my dress didn't arrive. They overnight shipped a second order for free. Crisis averted! The dress was beautiful! Great quality fabric that fit like a glove and was so comfortable. Got so many compliments. I was one happy girl. I'm hooked!

It was great! The fit really showed off my curves and I received compliments all night. Cons: because it was form fitting, you couldn't wear shapewear to smooth out your figure. Pros: it was simple, yet the cut outs made it sexy.

This dress was stunning! It hugged me like it was made for me. The dress did not feel heavy although the fabric was of good quality. The only problem I had was the length. I wish i could have gotten a 2P but it was not available for the time frame I needed it. I got tons of compliments!

I received so many complicates on the dress and when I posted pictures from the evening I had several text from friends asking where I got the dress. I am usually a small so I ordered the 0R. The size fit perfectly. I am 5'4 so the dress was a little long, but it worked out perfectly.
