This is a truly beautiful dress. It's much nicer in person. It is true to size, I am size 6 US, and wore size 40 It was a bit snug in the chest and the waist is nicely fitted. Plenty of room in the hips.

This style is great for the fall! Very versatile for work or a formal occasion. Overall this style seemed to run a little large on the top. Also, with being 5'5 I would also note this style runs a bit long as well and went over the knee.

I wore this to the monthly networking event I host and it was a show stopper! Everyone complimented me and I felt comfortable and fab. Thanks to another renter I ordered this dress TWO sizes up!!! It fit like a GLOVE. Trust us, size WAY up. Lots of room in the hips, fitted on top.

This might be my favorite dress I've ever rented. Wore it to a big meeting at the office and LOVED it. Looked great all day, got tons of compliments. The unexpected color combo is striking but not too flashy. Highly recommend!

Epic, classy, compliments all night dress. I wear a 6 99% of the time. I first got a 6 and I couldn't even come close to getting it on...then rented the 10 and it fit like a snug glove. You must go at least one size up and I would recommend two sizes up. The pockets were chic and adorable. Loved the length, I'm 5'9. One of my favorite rentals of all time.

This is one of the coolest dresses that I have ever worn; the fabric is beautiful and the cut is great. I usually wear a size 8/10 in dresses and will usually rent a 10 to ensure that I can wear it. I chose the largest size in this dress and couldn't zip it up the back. I still wore it but laying a cardigan over it (so people wouldn't see it was mostly unzipped - ha!) it was worth it to wear this awesome dress just once. I took the other reviewers advice and sized up 2 sizes. I usually wear a size 6, but the size 10 fit perfectly. And it has pockets!

Wow! I usually don't do patterns and I wasn't even that into this dress when I saw it many times on the site. One day I was really digging and I noticed how passionate the reviews for this dress were. I'm so glad I tried it. It's a fantastic dress. It RUNS SMALL. I went up two sizes (from a US 4 to a US 8) and it fit beautifully. People downright stopped me to compliment my dress. The fabric is so beautiful and not too shiny; but I also wouldn't wear it in daytime. I wore it to a relatively conservative event and it was perfectly appropriate.

I rented this dress for Easter church service. It did not disappoint. I took the previous reviews to heart & sized up. It fit perfectly. The pictures don't do it justice. Trust me, it's a mesmerizing color combo. Perfection. My significant other loved it. He couldn't stop staring at me. I wish I could buy it but it's a bit pricey to purchase. It's worth every penny & dollar, though!!!

I ordered this dress in an 8 and it fit perfectly. I am usually a 6 and sometimes a 4 but I agree with other reviewers that it runs small. The size 10 would have been too big. The dress is really spectacular. It is elegant and festive for a holiday work party.

Couldn't zip the back.

It wound up being too small, cutting into my waist making me look like I had a baby bump, and flattened my chest. Loved the dress though and will try to rent again two sizes bigger.

Such a great dress, unfortunately, it was too tight in the bust. Fit everywhere else but couldn't get the zipper all the way up past my chest. (I am a size 34E)

I am a size 5'9" and usually a size 10. Unfortunately I could not zip up around the rib cage and I ordered the largest size which is 42. I wish there was a 44 because it is absolutely stunning.

This was a perfect dress for my brother's mid-November wedding in NYC. The bronze and blue heavy weight fabric is a hounds tooth jacquard and absolutely gorgeous. The bronze glimmered with metallic threads and the midnight blue was more matte. Just beautiful. I am normally a size 10 (sometimes an 8, sometimes a 12 in DVF, esp). This dress fit well almost everywhere. While relatively tall-ish at 5'7", the bodice was a tad long on me, causing a slight wrinkle in the bodice. If I owned the dress, I would just alter it by pulling up the shoulders. It wasn't noticeable and I got several compliments from my brother's friends in the fashion industry. I paired the dress with black suede heels and a black suede bag and carried a black (too) long woven shawl for warmth. I rented RTR dark blue, drop earrings, but opted for my own diamond studs when I switched to my own black shoes and bag. The next time I rent this dress, I may try blue suede shoes and bag. If you have the occasion - rent this dress. It is beautiful.

Dress was fitted nicely at the waist but definitely made for someone taller and with a longer frame. It hit at the middle of the shin and the shoulder part of the material actually stood up about 1 inch higher than my actual shoulders. The material feels great but just isn't the right fit for petite people.

Too small

Dress runs small. The dress itself is so cute and would have been flattering if it zipped. The fabric has no give. I would order a size up.

to small in the rib cage

I rented for fundraising event. Fabric and quality was beautiful, but neither size fit me. 38 looked great, but uncomfortably tight in the bodice (I am a consistent US 4). The 40 was more comfortable, but looked shapeless and a bit long on me. Sadly had to return and grab something from my own closet for the event.

Pretty to look at. Difficult to wear
